Fabrication of a Dual-structured Biomaterial Combining Collagen and Fibrinogen (콜라겐과 피브리노겐을 합성한 이중구조 생체재료의 제작)

  • Bio materials of fibrinogen and collagen are widely used in tissue regeneration engineering. In this study, I aim to create a new dual-structure support using these two materials. Strategically, tissue regeneration takes priority over blood vessel regeneration, so by forming a fibrinogen support that helps blood vessel formation on the outside of the double support and placing collagen, which is more effective in tissue regeneration, in the center, a synergistic effect in new tissue regeneration is expected. Although these two materials have been used interchangeably in previous studies, there has been no report yet on making a support through the formation of a support structure for the core system. Therefore, the core of this study, the double scaffold, is to propose a method for manufacturing a core structure with a collagen scaffold on the inside and fibrinogen on the outside. The experimental results showed that the fibrinogen located on the outside of the scaffold resulted in rapid biodegradation and drug release due to strategic biodegradation of the dual structure scaffold. On the other hand, collagen scaffolds were found to be able to maintain drug release time relatively longer than fibrinogen scaffolds. In conclusion, it is believed that applying the method of creating a double scaffold will have a synergistic effect on defective tissue regeneration.

Analysis of the Influence of Physical Function and Social Support on Depressive Symptom in the Community Elderly Using the Structural Equation Model (구조방정식모형을 이용한 노인들의 신체적 기능과 사회적지지가 우울수준에 미치는 영향 분석)

  • This study was performed to determine the levels of depressive symptoms among community elderlies and to reveal its related factors, specifically aimed at revealing factors such as social support, family support and physical function. The interviews were performed, during the period from April 1st, to June 30th, 2010, to 995 elderlies in Daejeon city. As a results, social support, family support, ADL and IADL was found to be in a positive correlation with depressive symptoms. With the analysis of covariance structure, social support was more influential on the level of depressive symptom than family support and physical function. It was found to have the inter-relational effects that the greater the social support, family support and physical function, the lower the level of depressive symptoms.

  • 이 연구에서는 MMORPG 게임의 길드 내에서 사회적 지지가 캐릭터와 길드를 통해 플로우 및 충성도에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 MMORPG 게이머들을 대상으로 포커스그룹인터뷰를 한 결과 사회적지지 요인을 발견하였고, 인터뷰 결과와 선행연구를 토대로 캐릭터통제력, 사회적 지지를 독립변수로 제시하였고, 매개변수로 캐릭터 동일시, 길드 동일시, 자아존중감을, 종속변수로 플로우, 충성도를 도출하여 연구모형을 개발하였다. WoW(WorldofWarcraft) 이용자 244 명의 자료를 수집하여 전체적인 연구모형의 구조적 적합도를 검증하기 위해 구조방정식모델(SEM)분석을 이용하였다. 분석을 통해 다음과 같은 주요 연구결과를 밝혀냈다. 첫째, 사회적지지는 캐릭터 통제력, 캐릭터 동일시, 길드 동일시, 자아존중감에 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났으며, 캐릭터 통제력은 캐릭터 동일시, 길드 동일시, 자아존중감을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 캐릭터 동일시는 자아존중감과 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 길드 동일시는 자아존중감과 플로우, 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 자아존중감은 플로우에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

  • 전동기는 산업 전 분야에 걸쳐 다양하게 사용되는 회전기기로서, 소형화, 경량화, 고속화하는 추세에 있다. 이는 전동기 프레임의 구조강성을 약화시키고, 축계 위험속도를 낮춤으로써 진동에 취약한 구조를 가지게 된다. 회전체 진동 관련 규정 중 API 684 에서는 베어링 지지강성이 베어링 강성에 비해 3.5 배 이하인 경우 베어링 지지강성이 위험 속도 해석 모델에 포함되어야 함을 명시하고 있다. 산업 현장에서는 베어링 지지강성을 정확하게 산출하기 어려워 이를 고려하지 않고 회전체를 설계하는 경우가 많아 실제 조건에서 예측하지 못한 진동 문제가 발생할 가능성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 전동기 베어링 하우징 및 프레임에 대한 가진 시험을 통해 얻은 주파수 응답함수의 실수부를 분석하여 베어링 지지강성을 추출하는 방법을 제시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 유한요소 해석모델을 이용하여 베어링 지지강성을 해석적으로 예측하는 기법을 정립하였다. 추출된 베어링 지지강성을 축계 해석 모델에 포함하여 베어링 지지강성 포함 유무에 따른 축계 위험속도 및 안정성을 비교하였다. 그 결과 베어링 지지강성을 포함한 경우, 보다 정확한 위험속도 및 진동응답 수준을 예측할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

A Study on the Evaluation of Track Support Stiffness on the Various Track Type in Urban Transit (도시철도 궤도구조별 궤도지지강성 평가를 위한 실험적 연구)

  • Track support stiffness which affected track maintenance and riding comfort had a big effect on the track and train. Also, track support stiffness of the track design which was based on theory differs from track support stiffness of the track generated on the field. Track support stiffness was generated by several factors such as dynamic wheel loads, vertical displacement of track, and stress at rail bottom on the field test. With the results of the field test was compared with theoretical value. This paper analyzed that track support stiffness of ballast depended on condition of ballast, and support stiffness of concrete track also depended on the characteristic of track structures such as, normal elastic fastening system, rail floating system and sleeper floating system. However, on the ballast and concrete track, the designed track support stiffness was underestimated less than the measured track support stiffness. When the track condition was estimated on service line, it would not consider the track condition on the field. Therefore, this study proposed the various track type and the range of track support stiffness based on the experimental test.

A Study on the Buckling Characteristics of Spacer Grids in Pressurized Water Reactor Fuel Assembly (경수로용 핵연료집합체 지지격자의 좌굴특성에 관한 연구)

  • This study contains the static buckling tests and static buckling analyses for small size grids and full size grids. The buckling tests and finite element analyses were performed to evaluate the buckling characteristics of the spacer grids in a pressurized water reactor fuel assembly and to evaluate the possibility of the prediction lot the buckling strength of spacer grids. The buckling tests were performed for small size grids and full size grids, and the correlations between buckling strength and the number of straps and the correlations between buckling strength and the number of rows are derived based on the test results. The static buckling analyses were performed to identify the effect of the number of rows and the number of columns on the buckling strength of spacer grid by a finite element method using ANSYS program and the results were compared with the buckling test results.

Vibration Control of the Framed Building Structures Using KGDS System with Isotropic Damping Devices (등방성 감쇠장치를 갖는 KGDS시스템을 활용한 라멘조 건물의 제진효과)

  • In this paper, the vibration control effect of the isotropic damping devices (so-called Kagome dampers) was investigated by applying the Kagome dampers to a 20-story frame structure apartment. A new Kagome Damper System (KGDS) composed of the dampers and supporting column was proposed and numerical analyses were performed to investigate the effects of stiffness ratio between controlled structure and supporting column, the damper size and the number of the dampers. The numerical analysis results of a structure with KGDS up to the third story showed that the stiffness ratio should be higher than 6.4 and the damper size be at least $700{\times}700mm$ to effectively reduce the base shear and the maximum drift of the uppermost story. When the KGDS was installed up to the fifth story, the stiffness ratio should be higher than 7.0 and damper size needs to be at least $500{\times}500mm$ for obtaining the target performance.

  • ITER 초전도자석 전원공급장치는 대전류를 흘리기 위한 자체 지지구조 버스바와 이를 지지하기 위한 구조물로 구성된다. 장치설계에 있어 버스바와 지지구조물은 단락 시 전자기력에 대한 내성, 통전전류에 의한 버스바 발열 등의 요구조건을 만족하여야 한다. 본 논문은 ITER 초전도자석 전원공급장치에 유한요소해석을 적용하여 여러 요구조건에 부합하는 설계의 적합성을 검증한다.

Seismic Response Analysis of Support-Isolated Equipment in Primary Structure (감진계통 지지부가 설치된 기기의 지진해석)

  • The effectiveness of the support-isolation system for the equipment mounted on the primary structure is evaluated to reduce its responses under the earthquake load with considering the interaction between the primary structure and the internal equipment in this paper. A computer code (KBISAP) is developed to analyze the above system using the matrix condensation technique and constant average acceleration method. To evaluate the effectiveness of the support-isolation system, three systems are used in this study as follows: i) fixed-base structure with support-fixed equipment, ii) base-isolated structure with support-fixed equipment and iii) fixed-base structure with support-isolated equipment. The results of case study show that the acceleration of equipment with the support-isolation system is less than that of the support-fixed equipment in the base-isolated structure and significantly reduced the response compared with that of the support-fixed equipment in the fixed-base structure with the reduction factor of 8. The support-isolation system used in this study can reduce the response and also increase the safety margin of the important safety-related internal equipments.

해상작업장 구조물과 알루미늄 부표의 건전성 평가

  • 육상에서 가까운 연안에서 어부들이 작업하는 작업장은 주로 스치로폼 부표를 사용하고 있으나 환경 및 생태계 문제로 알루미늄 부표로 대체하는 경향이다. 원통형의 알루미늄 부표는 경제성이 문제이기 때문에 작업장 구조물을 하중을 지지하고 외압의 좌굴(buckling)에 견디는 최소두께의 선정이 중요하다. 또한 부표가 지지하는 해상작업장의 강(steel) 구조물도 풍압과 해상하중에 견딜 수 있는 설계가 요구된다. 이 연구에서는 해상작업장 구조물과 부표를 설계하는 절차와 건전성을 평가하는 방법을 제시하였다.
