Abstract :본 논문에서는 관리제어시스템의 동적특성을 허용언어(admissible language) 범위 이내에서 최적화시키는 최적 관리제어기법들을 소개한다. 본 논문에서 주로 다루고자 하는 최적 관리제어기법은 Kumar와 Garg에 의해 제안된 기법과 Cho와 Lim에 의해 제안된 계층적 최적 관리제어기법, 그리고, Sengupta와 Lafortune이 제안한 최적 관리제어기법 등이다. 첫 번째 기법에서는 우선 시스템의 최적화를 위해 고려되고 있는 비용함수(cost function)를 소개한 후, 최대흐름 최소분할생성 정리(max-flow min-cut theorem)를 이용한 최적 관리제어기 설계기법을 제시하고, 이를 부분관측 하에서도 최적 관리제어기를 설계할 수 있도록 확장한다. 그런 후 제시된 설계기법에 의해 설계된 관리제어시스템에서 발생 할 수 있는 문제점들을 지적하고, Cho와 Lim에 의해 제안된 완전 최소분할생성(complete min-cut)이라는 개념을 도입하여 지적된 문제점들을 해결할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다. 또한 시스템의 고장을 고려한 계층적 최적 관리 제어(layered optimal supervisory control)기 법을 소개한다 그리 고 마지막으로 Sengupta와 Lafortune이 제안한 최적 관리제어기법에 대해서 살펴본다.

This study investigated children's realistic response on problematic word problems focused on number operations. Even though word problems and problem solving should be considered in terms of realistic context, results indicates that children's responses didn't show realistic consideration in solving problems. Also, children showed their tendency of mindless or mechanical operation in solving problems and modeling problems

This paper reviews the applicabilities and the problems of copyright law and patent law to the computer-related intellectual properties such as data bases and computer softwares, with special reference to the practices in the advanced countries like U.S., U.K., and Japan. It also discusses Japanese proposals of-the new computer program right law which has been based on entirely different concepts of new media. The author concludes that the legal protection devices of any individual countries should be considered in the context of the eventual international agreements.

Hair styles which independently coexist by transcending the time and space under the environment of highly developed information and communication technology of recent years, were analyzed. Moreover the concerned trends of art which influenced on these styles were introduced in this study. Through IT based information exchange produced new hair styles which have the technological images. The characteristics of these hair styles are investigated also. For the examination of yearly trends, hair styles in fashion collections of Yves Saint Larent during 1962 to 1999 were examined and classified. The results show that time variated trends are appeared in this period. For the analysis of the trends of hair styles featuring technological images, hair styles in fashion collection of Christian Dior, Giorgio Armani, Gucci, Jean Paul Gaultier and Chanel in the early 2000s are quoted.

This study explored the sandplay therapy case of an elementary school-aged boy who was mentally handicapped for the purposes of understanding his psyche. The goal of the therapy was to help him to adjust more appropriately to situations he commonly encountered within the free and protected space made possible during sandplay therapy. Fifty-five therapy sessions were held. The client showed a lack of fundamental care, which was accompanied with regression in the initial phase of therapy (1~14, my situations & regression). In the intermediate phase of therapy (15~52, rebirth), he experienced rebirth and grew psychologically with the death of both a spider and a king snake. In the final phase of therapy (53~55, the acquisition of treasure), he finished his journey with the acquisition of treasure in a free and protected space. By exhibiting a similar psyche with non-handicapped boys, this study confirmed an archetypal pattern existing even in a boy who was mentally handicapped.

이 연구에서는 어머니의 자녀 양육 행동에 대한 청소년과 어머니간의 지각 차이와 청소년의 적응을 연관시켜 고찰하였다. 자료 수집은 질문지를 통해 이루어졌으며, 참여자들은 미국 동부 소도시에 거주하는 82명의 9 학년 남녀 학생과 어머니들이었다. 자료 분석 결과, 평균적으로는 어머니들이 청소년 자녀들보다 자신의 자녀 양육 행동을 더 긍정적으로 지각했다. 청소년의 적응을 어머니와의 지각 차이에 따라 살펴 본 결과, 어머니의 양육 행동을 어머니 보다 긍정적으로 지각하는 청소년들이 어머니 보다 부정적으로 지각하는 청소년 보다 문제 행동을 하는 경향이 낮았으며, 자신감은 높았다. 또한, 어머니의 양육행동을 어머니 보다 긍정적으로 지각하는 청소년들이 그렇지 못한 청소년들에 비해 어머니와 원활한 의사소통을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 결과들은 청소년과 어머니간의 지각 차이가 측정 상의 문제만이 아닌 청소년 발달과 연관 있는 요인임을 지적한다. 그리고, 지각 차이를 연구할 때는 그 차이의 크기 뿐 아니라 청소년과 어머니 중 어느 편의 지각이 더 부정적인지도 고려해야 한다는 점을 지적한다.

12월 20일, 성탄절 이튿날 지구촌은 최악의 대재앙을 실감했다. 인도네시아 수마트라 앞바다에서 발생한 M9.0의 강진과 함께 지진해일이 인근 연안에 내습하여 근 30만 명의 목숨을 앗아갔다. TV를 통해 비추어지는 참담한 모습만으로도 그 공포를 실감할 수 있었다. 온 세계가 지진해일의 공포를 느끼고, 그 위험에 대해 인식하기 시작했으며, 국제적 차원에서의 대책마련에 관심이 집중되고 있다. 지진해일 경보 미비, 피해자들 대부분이 지진해일에 대한 지식과 대처요령을 터득하지 못했으며, 저빈도 재해로서 피해국이 투자우선순위를 뒤로하였던 공통점이 이번 대규모 인명피해에 대한 직접 원인이라는 지적이 제시되고 있는 한편으로, 그동안 선진국을 중심으로 발전해 오던 지진해일 대책에 대한 취약점이 지적되면서 대책의 수정이 필요하게 되었다 경보체제의 정비를 뒤로하더라도, 주민의 방재의식과 재해에 대한 지식 함양을 지진해일재해에 대한 직접적 해결책으로 선진국들은 주장하고 있다. 본 고에서는 그 위력과 예측불허의 특성 때문에 지구상의 대재앙으로 여기는 지진해일에 대하여 우리가 처해 있는 위험환경과 대책마련에 있어서의 문제점에 대해 짚어 보고자 한다.

지식기반사회와 정보홍수시대로 갈수록, 도서관의 존속여부에 대한 고민으로 도서관경영의 중요성은 심화되며, 관련 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 동시출현단어 분석을 통해 도서관경영 분야의 지적구조를 분석하였다. 데이터 수집은 2001~2013년도까지 한국연구재단에 등재된 5개의 문헌정보학 관련 학회지를 대상으로 하였으며, 해당 논문 수는 413건이다. 데이터 처리후 군집분석을 실시하여 9개의 군집을 형성하였으며, 해당 군집은 장서개발, 디지털도서관, 공공도서관, 마케팅 및 조직관리, 국립중앙도서관 및 작은도서관, 인사관리(직무/자격제도), 대학도서관, 학교도서관, 서비스 품질평가이다. 이러한 연구 결과는 기존의 도서관경영 분야의 주제영역과 비교하였다.

The international government committee is progressing their agreements about intellectual property protection of traditional knowledge(TK), gene resource(GR), folklore(FL) in WIPO. It is in the course of selection with precedence of TK, GR, FL in WIPO, focused on discussions about listing of TK documents, standardization of DB construction, sharing and profit distribution of GR. We made some plans to deal with agreements in WIPO. These plans consist of 5 subjects which are investigation about intellectual property related laws and systems, study of examination and finding, construction of DB information, development of value evaluation system, development of industrialization system with TK, GR, We suggest preceding details about 5 subjects respectively. It is the character of this plan that patent information DB system of TK, GR is the axis. It is the most important thing in these plans to succeed that we have to have connections with expert groups in order parts and government officials, taking whole supports of government because our traditional medical related study basis is weak.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the identity and relationship of library and information science by exploring theoretical aspects of LIS research, including theory building and theory use. The sample of this study consists of 1,661 research articles published from 1984 to 2003 in two Korean and two American core LIS journals. Theory articles are analyzed with two scales, such as '4-degree of theory efficiency' and '5-degree of theory use' Each article is coded in terms of journal, country, publication year, subfield, and methodology of the article. and affiliation, department, and research experience of the first author. The theories used therein are coded according to their origin and age. Also, an author co-citation technique is applied to represent intellectual structure on a two-dimensional map, which has been constructed by theory use of LIS authors fur 20 years.
