This study intends to make a comprehensive inquiry about the appropriateness of library cataloging in Korea. Emphasis was on analyzing how both reasonable and systematic library cataloging process and method are as the central axis of library operations. To the md this study examined U.S. libraries' cataloging principle and practice with the case of 2 research libraries and 2 public libraries in Washington state. The focus was on investigating their values and philosophies about library cataloging. The result of this study is expected to be useful in preparing the strategies to overcome the problems and limitations in cataloging practices of Korean libraries.

본 논문에서는 재난안전관련 근무자의 업무연속성 향상을 저해하는 부분들을 파악하고 해결의 방향성을 제시하고자 한다. 공공단체의 재난안전분야 인사제도의 특성을 살펴본 결과, 현행 순환보직 제도와 새롭고 다양한 유형의 재난위험에 대응할 전문화된 근무자의 부족이 재난안전업무에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 현재 문제점으로 지적되는 것은 기간이 짧은 순환 근무형태와 임기만료가 임박하여 전보 사실을 공지하는 문제, 그리고 비전문성 등이 나타났다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 부서 당 평균 재직 기간을 최소 5년 이상으로 연장하고, 정책의 지속성 및 업무 연속성을 위하여 2인 1업무제 도입을 고려할 필요가 있다. 그리고 충분한 시간을 두고 전보를 준비할 수 있도록 해야 할 것으로 보인다. 비전문성에 대한 해결 방향으로는 최근 재난의 예방과 대비를 중시하는 추세를 반영하여 공공기관과 민간부문 등 다양한 전문가들의 참여를 통한 해결방식이 필요하다. 미국, 독일, 일본 등에서 민간부문과의 협력적 재난안전관리가 성공적으로 이루어지고 있듯이 국내에서도 의사결정체계를 민간부문과의 협력적 거버넌스체계로 전환해야한다.

The :Ministry of Transportation and Construction has a plan to finish up the construction of digital topographic map which is based. on airphoto intepretation method by the end of 1998 as a part of NQS (National Geogaphic Information System) Project. The digital topographic map, especially 1:1,000 scale, is used as a basemap of many local government's GIS projects. The digital topographic map, however, does not include property information such as cadastral and urbanplan data that are essential for the GIS database of many local governments. This study aims to develop a set of technical guidelines for the construction of digital cadastral map, which can be used together with the 1:1,000 scale digital topographic map, through 1) analysis of the inconsistency between topographic map and cadastral map, 2) comparison of technical methods for the integration of GIS data that have different accuracy, and 3) requirement analysis of the departments related to urban planning of Seoul Metropolitan Govemment. For this research, edited digital cadastral map has been experimentally produced in pilot study area, a part of Hwanghak-dong, Shindang-dong, and Soongin-dong in Seoul.

간호학에서 간호업무를 이끌어갈 간호이론이(지식체) 필요하다는 생각은 20세기가 되면서부터 시작되었다. 하지만 아직도 간호학은 간호학 특유의 지식체가 부족하다는 지적을 받고 있다. 주된 이유는 간호 업무가 재대로 확인되지 않았고 간호업무를 이끌어갈 간호학 특유의 간호이론이 확실히 정립되지 않았기 때문이다. 따라서 간호가 독자적 학문으로서 인정받고 발전하기 위해서는 간호업무에 적용이 쉽고, 간호 업무에 바탕을 둔 간호이론의 개발이 필수적이다. 왜냐하면 간호 이론이 간호업무에 쉽게 적용됨으로서 간호학의 지식체가 발전할 뿐 아니라 환자 간호도 더욱 증진 될 수 있기 때문이다. 이 논문에서는 간호지식의 발전 단계를 시대적 순서와 배경을 덧붙여 고찰하였고 간호학에서 간호 분류체계가 발전하게 된 동기, 그리고 간호 분류체계가 환자 간호와 간호학의 이론개발과 발전에 어떻게 활용되는 가에 대해 서술하였다. 그리고 간호분류체계가 가지는 특성으로는 먼저 간호실무를 체계적으로 명명하고 분류함으로서 간호학에서 필요한 연구영역을 확인하게 하게 하고 간호학 고유의 지식체의 발전에 공헌하는 것 뿐 아니라 간호정보화 시스템의 개발, 다른 의료전문가들과의 효과적인 커뮤니케이션 수단 제공, 간호의 지속성을 유지, 그리고 간호의 효과성 연구에의 활용 등이 있다.

The current cadastral business is being operated by conversion to a digital cadastral management system through computerized registers (land register and forest land register) and maps (cadastral map and forest cadastral map). Digital surveying methods, such as GPS surveying and electronic plane table surveying, are also used for cadastral surveying. At present, fees for cadastral surveying are calculated based on a standard pursuant to the Construction Standard Production Unit System and an announcement by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transportation. In many cases, however, the cadastral surveying fee system announced at present fail to apply the digitalized environment depending on the item. This study sought to analyze the cadastral surveying fee system that requires improvement in the rapidly changing digital cadastral management environment, and to prepare a basis to establish a cadastral surveying fee system suitable to the digital environment by suggesting an improvement method for such system. As a result of the study, the following suggestions were made: a method of changing to terms suitable to the digital environment based on the current status analysis; preparation of a new estimation system regarding new estimation items; and re-survey of an estimation system of cadastral confirmation survey and preparation of an estimation system.

사이버 금융 시스템은 안정적이어야 한다. 은행 시스템에서 거래 내용이 누락되거나 월말 업무 폭주 등으로 인한 전산 시스템 마비가 오는 경우가 있었고, 최근 인터넷 증권 시스템이 고객 숫자에 비해 용량이 부족하다는 점이 지적되고 있다. 사용자 수의 급증, 정전 등의 사태에 안정적으로 대응할 수 있는 시스템 구축이 필수적이다. 사이버 금융 시스템 구축 방안에 대해 살펴본다.

회계정보시스템은 재무적 자료를 수집.처리하여 회계정보를 산출하고 이를 조직내의 경영관리자와 외부의 정보이용자에게 전달하는 시스템이라 할 수 있다. 기업의 환경 및 조직구조 등은 회계정보시스템을 설계하는데 영향을 미치게 되며, 회계정보시스템의 설계자는 이러한 기업의 내적.외적 환경요인에 가장 적합한 시스템을 구축하고자 노력하여야 한다. 본 논문은 기업의 외부환경요인(환경의 불확실성)과 조직구조요인(조직의 집권화, 공식화, 조직규모), 전산화 환경요인(최고경영층의 지원, 사용자의 전산능력) 및 업무특성(업무의 비구조화 정도, 상호연관도, 업무의 난이도와 다양도)등이 회계정보시스템의 개발 및 실행, 산출정보의 특성(정보의 대상, 정보의 시점, 정보의 형태, 정보제공 빈도, 정보의 통합도)에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 상호간의 적합도가 회계정보시스템의 성과에 미치는 영향을 연구할 것이다. 또한 국내기업의 회계정보시스템의 운용실태와 현황을 파악하여 문제점을 지적하고 개선방안을 모색하고자 한다.

본 연구는 'KTX 여승무원 사건'을 통해 위장도급에 대한 노동부 법적 판단의 문제점을 분석한 것이다. 노동부는 이 사건에 대한 두 차례의 조사결과(2005, 2006) 당시 한국철도공사와 (주)한국철도유통이 체결한 'KTX 고객서비스 위탁 협약'이 적법한 도급에 해당한다고 발표했다. 그러나 실제 노동을 제공한 KTX여승무원 등에 대한 면접조사와 관련 사건자료를 바탕으로 한 분석결과에 따르면 위와 같은 노동부의 판단은 여러 가지 문제가 존재한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 위장도급에 대한 노동부 법적 판단의 문제점을 지적한 후, 이 사건 업무위탁이 사실상 '위장도급'에 해당하며, 한국철도공사 사업의 성격 및 지금까지 수행해온 여승무원 업무의 본질상 승무업무를 담당하는 근로자를 간접고용 하는 것은 사실상 적법한 한도 내에서는 어려운 일임을 밝히고자 했다.
