In the recent pandemic situation, importance of artificial intelligence has been highlighted and major countries are making efforts to secure leadership in AI technology. The Korean government has been continuously expanding government investment to secure technological competitiveness. Despite the importance of efficient operation strategies for government-supported projects, related discussions rarely existed. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the AI voucher support project, which is a representative government project in the AI field, and to suggest improvement plans. An interview with AI solution companies was conducted, and issues in the process of promoting AI voucher support projects were identified through content analysis. Based on the analysis results, improvement plans were presented in stages of project preparation, progression, termination, and follow-up management. This study has significance in suggesting improvement plans for the government support project for the successful growth of the AI industry at a time when the importance of AI is increasing.

The purpose of this study is to find out the operational status of regionally focused home rearing support projects. The existing rearing support policies on the government level are assessed as not capable of reflecting various requirements of each family and not practically supportive. Therefore, to overcome these limitations, this study focused on the operation case of Jinju City's child rearing comprehensive support center, which is operating various rearing support projects on the regional community level. To find out the operation status of regionally focused home rearing, this study performed literature collection related to home rearing support projects in JinjuCity, interviewed the persons in charge as well as participants, and observation by actual participation. The results show the characteristics of realization of publicity in child rearing focused on municipalities, operation of projects with consistent directionality, and creation of networks reflecting various characteristics and requirements of the community, through the operation status of regionally focused home rearing. This study will be a useful reference for the settlement and operation of the child rearing comprehensive support center, which is entering into a new transition period, and is meaningful as this study provides the basic material for the desirable direction to be pursued by the regionally focused home rearing support projects.

Gangwon-do has evaluated the result of technical support business and marketing support business separately as a part of enterprise support business, and the evaluation, targeting enterprises, has been restricted to the investigation of satisfaction only. The study develops the model that assesses the efficiency of the enterprises using DEA, the econometric model which is approved the utility in efficiency evaluation, and evaluates it through the model. As a result, the model can be developed to the appropriate variable of the enterprise support business using the elements of input and output in the business. And by using the model of DEA, it is suggested the efficiency measurement of each enterprises' and improvement that inefficient enterprises must have. Especially, it is important to assess the efficiency of supporting enterprises primary.

본 연구는 농촌관광사업의 Stakeholders간의 관계 측면에서 참여주민의 특성이 개발기관과 주민조직의 특성과 어떤 관계가 있으며, 이 세 요소가 개발 성과에 어떤 인과관계가 있는지를 밝히는데 있다. 참여주민의 특성으로 사회와 참여주민에 대한 가치체계, 즉 사회자본의 요소들인 신뢰, 규범, 공동체의식 및 네트워크에의 참여를, 개발기관의 특성으로 지원내용과 지원만족도를, 그리고 주민주직의 특성으로 주민조직의 경영역량인 기획, 조직, 지도력, 통제를 측정항목으로 설정하였다. 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 45개 마을에서 227명의 농촌관광 참여자들을 대상으로 상관분석과 경로 분석을 실시하였다. 경로분석 결과 사회자본이 사업성과에 미치는 직접적인 효과는 0.60으로 상당 부분의 영향을 미침을 설명하고 있었다. 반면 개발기관의 지원특성은 주민조직의 경영역량과 유의성 있는 상관이 있었으나 사업성과에 직접적인 효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 개발사업의 효과가 외부지원에 의해서가 아니라 주민 자체의 역량에 의해서 결정됨을 설명한다. 농촌관광사업이 효과를 얻기 위해서는 공동체의식, 주민과 개발기관간의 상호 신뢰감 조성 등 주민의식의 고양이 필요하며, 특히 주민조직체의 경영역량 함량을 위해 제도적 지원이 강화되어야 할 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 정부의 R&D 지원사업에 참여하는 유형별 중소기업들의 R&D참여 요인에 관한 연구이다. 각 정부부처별 R&D 지원사업이 지역전략산업별, 뿌리기술전문기업, 부품소재기업등 특수 산업분야별, 다양한 형태로 운영되고 있으며, 각 기업에 보조금, 지원금 및 마케팅, 기획, 교육등의 다양한 지원이 이루어지고 있고 각 기업들 또한 이에 참여하게 된다. 따라서 본 연구는 이와 같은 정부 R&D지원사업의 참여요인 즉, 다양한 유형의 중소기업이 정부 R&D과제 참여에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 지에 대한 가설을 검증한다. 또한 기술적 성과인 R&D 참여강화와 기술역량 강화에 영향을 미치는지에 대한 가설을 검증한다. 이 분석결과를 통한 연구결과, 중소기업의 연구개발투자에 영향을 미치는 요인중 지역전략산업별, 뿌리기술전문기업, 부품소재기업등 특수 산업분야별등 기업유형에 따라 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있다는 결과를 바탕으로 정부지원사업에 참여하는 유형별 중소기업들의 전략적 R&D참여를 위한 방향설정에 도움이 될 것이다.

가금농가들의 철저한 차단방역에도 불구하고 고병원성 조류인플루엔자(AI) 확산되고 있어 정부를 포함한 가금농가의 비상 상태가 지속되고 있다. 이번 고병원성 AI는 지난해보다 22일 빨리 발생했으며 주로 서해안 벨트 위주로 발생한 것과 달리 전남, 경기, 충북 등 전국에 거쳐 매우 빠른 속도로 확산되고 있어 예년보다 위험성이 높아졌다. 특히 오리농가가 많이 모여 있는 전남 지역에서 집중적으로 발생하고 있어 전국의 오리농가를 비롯한 오리업계의 근심이 커지고 있다. 1월 18일 기준 가금농장에서 총 63건의 고병원성 AI가 발생한 가운데 육용오리 25건, 종오리 8건으로 오리농장에서만 총 33건이 발생했다. 이처럼 고병원성 AI가 오리농가에서 집중적으로 발생하고 있는 이유는 양계보다 상대적으로 낙후된 사육시설 때문이라고 전문가들은 지적했다. 이에 한국오리협회에서는 시설현대화를 위해 정부에 지속적으로 요구하고 있지만 막대한 예산이 투입되기 때문에 쉽지만은 않은 상황이다. 정부에서는 우선적으로 2019년부터 가금과 양돈 대상으로 '방역인프라 설치 지원사업'을 통해 축산농가의 방역시설 개선 사업을 진행하고 있다. 지원대상과 지원항목 등 변경된 올해의 '방역인프라 설치 지원사업'에 대해 살펴봤다.

미들웨어는 다양한 하드웨어환경을 하나의 플랫폼으로 보이게 하고, 이를 이용한 단일 플랫폼 상에서 동일한 디지털 어플리케이션을 구동할 수 있는 환경을 지원하는 소프트웨어 운용환경이다. 이러한 미들웨어는 특히 통신망을 기반으로 한 IPTV에서 그 필요성이 절실하다 하겠다. IP망은 기존의 방송망과 달리, 미디어를 방송 형식으로 소비자에게 전달하기 위해서는 많은 제약을 안고 있었으나 최근 광대역화 고속화의 진화속도에 따라 그러한 제약은 기술적으로 탈피하기 시작하였고, 다양한 사업모델 구축을 위한 통신사업자들은 미디어 사업영역에 그들의 사업을 확장해나가기에 이르렀다. 일반적으로 유료방송 (PayTV)라는 사업모델에서 수신기는 그들의 사업모델을 구현하는 필수적인 것이며, 사업모델의 진화에 따라 수신기 또한 진화를 하게 되어 사실상 현장에는 다양한 하드웨어가 보급되게 되는데, 이러한 사업모델을 지원하기 위한 하드웨어/소프트웨어적인 단일화 플랫폼 기술인 미들웨어의 기술적 지원이 필수적이기도 하다. 본 고에서는 미들웨어(middleware)라 불리우는 일반적인 데이터방송 및 양방향 방송 지원환경의 필요성과 현재의 기술수준, 그리고 표준화 동향에 대해서 간략하게 조사하여 알아보기로 한다.

2008년 3월 20일부터 추진되고 있는 "농가 특별사료구매자금 지원사업"이 5월 29일 관련 대책을 통해 지원규모 및 지원조건 완화 등이 발표됨에 따라 농림수산식품부에서는 "농가 특별사료구매자금 추가 지원 지침"을 마련, 각 시.도와 농협에 지침에 따라 필요한 조치를 취하고 농가에도 적극 홍보하여 사업 추진에 차질이 없도록 만전을 기할 것을 당부하였다.
