우리나라는 장기전력수급계획 및 10개년 에너지기본계획, 그리고 최근에 수립된 대체에너지보급 3개년 기본계획의 달성 및 보급확대를 위한 보급시나리오 구성에 따른 보급목표를 설정하였다. 대체에너지 지원규모를 산정하기 위한 방법으로는 대체에너지수요전망에서 산출된 대체에너지원별 전망치를 이용, 지원비율을 책정하여 지원규모를 시산하는 방법이 있으며 또 다른 방법으로는 전망된 수요량을 공급하기 위한 시설 및 장비에 드는 투자비를 산출하여 일정비율을 지원한다고 가정한 다음, 지원규모를 시산하는 방법도 있다. 본 연구에서는 후자의 방법을 통하여 재생전원의 보급목표의 설정과 현재의 설치단가를 기준으로 보급에 필요한 설치비용에 대한 지원규모를 개략적으로 분석하고자 하며, 아울러 정부의 대체에너지 보급목표를 달성하기 위한 지원금액을 추정 하고자 한다.

산자부는 ESCO의 활성화를 위해 ESCO사업에 탄소펀드를 적극 활용하고 정책자금의 세분.조정, 체계적 기술인력 양성, 공공기관.군부대의 ESCO활성화, 국내 ESCO들의 동남아 CDM 시장 진출 추진 등의 내용을 담은 'ESCO 혁신방안'을 지난 9월 5일, 간담회를 통해 논의 후 최종 확정했다. 또, 내년부터 민간자금 조달이 용이한 대기업에 대해 지원 비율을 낮추고 금융 환경이 어려운 중소기업에 대해서는 현재 지원비율을 유지한다. 신고유가, 기후변화협약, 에너지진단 의무화 등 환경 변화로 인해 ESCO 시장의 성장잠재력이 커지고 있는 지금, 이번 'ESCO 혁신방안 수립'이 ESCO 시장에 새바람을 일으킬 수 있을까?

본 논문에서는 업무맞춤메뉴를 설계하여 기존의 연구지원포털에 구현하였고 사용로그를 분석하여 맞춤메뉴 사용비율과 설정유형의 2가지 측면에서 효과를 평가하였다. 사용비율은 연구지원포털의 트리구조메뉴 대비 업무맞춤메뉴의 사용횟수를 비교한 것인데 트리구조메뉴의 메뉴항목수 대비 업무맞춤메뉴의 항목수는 10%에 불과하지만 업무맞춤 메뉴를 사용한 비율은 43%로서 업무맞춤메뉴의 사용비율이 상대적으로 대단히 높은 것으로 나타났다. 설정유형으로는 (1) 사용자별로 사용빈도가 높은 메뉴를 종합하여 모아둔 유형, (2) 담당업무에 자주 사용하는 메뉴를 종합해서 모아둔 유형, (3) 동일업무를 자주 반복하다 보면 메뉴사용순서가 자연스럽게 정해지므로 사용순서 기반으로 메뉴를 설정한 유형의 3종류를 식별할 수 있었다. 이것은 사용자들이 자신의 필요성에 맞추어 적절하게 맞춤메뉴를 설정사용하고 있다는 것을 보여주는 것으로 해석된다. 분석결과로부터 사용편의성 측면에서 업무맞춤메뉴의 도입효과가 뛰어나고 사용자들의 자발적인 설정사용을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 사용빈도가 낮은 메뉴항목까지 맞춤메뉴화 할 필요는 없으므로 트리구조메뉴와 병행하여 맞춤메뉴를 도입하는 것이 바람직하다는 점도 알게 되었다.

이 연구는 취업여성을 대상으로 추진되고 있는 한국 보육정책의 특성을 분석한다. 우선 취업여성을 대상으로 하는 기존 보육정책의 규정들은 무엇보다 성 평등의 관점에서 볼 때 불완전하다. 취업여성의 육아가 사회의 책임, 남녀공동의 책임이라는 인식에 못 미치고 있다. 둘째, 기존 보육정책은 일반적인 취업여성의 대리보육 지원을 표방하고 있지만 실제적으로 저소득층 영${\cdot}$유아, 영아보다는 유아에 대한 보육지원에 역점을 둠으로써 취업여성의 실제 보육수요를 충족하지 못한다. 셋째, 정부는 강제적 규정, 재정지원의 확대라는 조치들을 통해 취업여성의 보육을 지원하고 있으나 그 수준은 그렇게 강력하지 못하다. 넷째, 정책결과의 관점에서 볼 때, 그동안 보육시설은 상당한 정도로 증가하였으나 공공보육시설, 직장 보육시설의 비율은 매우 낮다. 육아휴직 정책 역시 전체적 이용률이 낮은 수준이며, 남성의 이용률은 특히 낮은 것으로 나타난다. 기업체 및 근로자의 보육실태에 대한 사례조사 결과에서도 취업여성의 육아부담은 여전히 매우 높으며, 특히 가족에 의한 대리보육 비율이 높은 것으로 나타난다. 이 연구의 정책적 함의는 보육정책이 취업여성의 육아부담을 경감하여 고용평등을 제고하고, 출산율 향상을 도모하는 방안과 연계되기 위해서는 정책의 보완이 요구된다는 것이다.

Prior bankruptcy studies have established that bankrupt firm's pre-filing financial ratios are different from those of healthy firms or of randomly selected going concerns. However, they may not be sufficiently different from the financial ratios of other firms in financial distress to allow the development of a ratio-based model that predicts bankruptcy with reasonable accuracy. As the result, in the multiple discriminant model, independent variables divided firms into bankrupt firms and healthy firms are retained earnings to total asset, receivable turnover, net income to sales, financial expenses, inventory turnover, owner's equity to total asset, cash flow to current liability, and current asset to current liability. Moreover four variables Retained earnings to total asset, net income to sales, total asset turnover, owner's equity to total asset indicate that these valuables classify bankrupt firms and distress firms. On the other hand, Owner's Equity to borrowed capital, Ordinary income to Net Sales, Operating Income to Total Asset, Total Asset Turnover and Inventory Turnover are selected to predict bankruptcy possibility in the Logistic regression model.

기업 경영이 점차 글로벌화 되어가는 환경 하에서 중소기업의 경쟁력강화대책의 일환으로 경영컨설팅 지원사업이 시작된 지 10년이 되었다. 그동안 실증적인 사후자료에 의한 평가는 전무한 실정으로 본 연구에서는 중소기업 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅 사업을 통한 사업참여 중소기업의 재무적 상황을 중심으로 사업참여 전 후를 비교 분석함으로써 본 사업의 시행성과를 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2005년도 중소기업 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅 지원사업 참여기업 중 지원사업 중 지원예산의 규모가 가장 크고, 업체에 지원금액이 많은 사업 혁신과제컨설팅(II)부문의 컨설팅을 수행한 기업들을 대상으로 수집한 재무비율분석 자료를 활용하여 사업참여 이전 및 이후의 재무상황 변화를 분석하였으며, 2005년을 기준으로 이전 1년 및 이후 2년간을 비교하였으며, 2005년 중소기업 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅 지원사업 혁신과제컨설팅(II) 70업체 중 사업참여 이전 및 이후 2년간의 자료를 구할 수 있는 34개 업체를 대상으로 하였다. 각 년도별 표본의 재무비율 산출은 EXCEL 2007을 사용하였으며, 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅 전 후 두표본 집단간의 차이 검증은 SPSS win 15.0K의 Wilcoxon 부호순위검정을 실시하여 검증하였다. 검증결과 경영컨설팅 전 후 전반적으로 가설은 기각되고, 성장성지표의 매출액증가율 및 활동성지표의 경영컨설팅 후 2년 총자산회전율은 기각되지 않으나 역의 영향력(설명력)을 가진 것으로 나타나, 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅사업의 실질적인 효율성 제고가 필요하다.

구(phrase) 단위 또는 문장(sentence) 단위의 연어(collocation) 정보는 자연언어 처리를 위한 단일어 또는 이중어 데이터베이스를 구축할 수 있는 중요한 기초 자료가 될 뿐 아니라, 외국어 학습에서도 어휘 단계를 넘어선 학습 자료를 제공할 수 있다. 불어는 굴절 언어(inflectional language)로서 기본형 대 굴절형의 비율이 약 1:9 정도로 비교적 굴절 비율이 높은 언어다. 또한 불어 표제어 중 95% 이상을 차지하는 불어의 동사, 명사, 형용사 중 상당한 비율이 암기해야 할 목록(list)이라는 특성을 갖기 때문에 검색과 학습에 있어 오류가 지속적으로 일어나는 부분이다. 표제어의 검색의 경우 불어 굴절 현상을 지원하는 전자 사전이 개발되어 있지만 아직까지 연어 정보에서 굴절형을 지원할 수 사전 또는 데이터베이스는 개발되어 있지 않다. 본 연구의 목적은 전자 사전과 형태소 분석기를 이용하여 굴절형 처리를 지원할 수 있는 불-한 연어 데이터베이스를 구축하는데 있다. 이를 위해 부산대학교 언어정보 연구실에서 개발한 불어 형태소 분석기 Infection와 불-한 전자 사전 Franco를 사용하였으며, 지금까지 구축된 불-한 연어 정보는 94,965 개이다. 본 고에서는 두 정보를 이용하여 불어 굴절형 정보를 분석 및 생성하는 방식 및 불-한 연어 데이터베이스 구조를 살펴 본다.

This study investigated the current status and needs for nutrition education to help reduce children's sugars intake at the Center for Children's Foodservice Management (CCFM, n=115), and Child Care Facilities (CCF, n=646) through an online survey conducted from October $5^{th}$ to $30^{th}$ 2015. A total of 14.8% of CCFM respondents and 31.9% of CCF respondents provided nutrition education on sugars intake to young children as a main topic (p<0.001). A higher percentage (CCFM 47.8%: CCF 42.4%) delivered nutrition education on sugars intake to young children as a sub-component (p<0.001). Over 90% of the CCFM and CCF participants agreed on the necessity of providing nutrition education on sugars intake to children. The most common reasons given for delivering nutrition education on children's sugar intake were "there are many more urgent nutrition education topics" for CCFM, and "insufficient nutrition education information and materials" for CCF. The percentage of nutrition education on children's sugar intake provided to the children's parents was low showing about 20% in the both groups. The percentage of CCFM participants providing nutrition, education on children's sugar intake to the teachers in CCF was also low, showing about 14.8%; however, 68.0% of the CCF participants wanted to received teacher's education on guiding children's sugar intake. Regarding ideas about a nutrition education program on children's sugar intake for young children, most respondents in both groups answered "sugar intake and dental cavities or obesity" for appropriate education contents, "story telling or puppet show" for appropriate education methods, and "dietitian from CCFM and class teacher together" for appropriate educator. For appropriate education time, there was a significantl difference between the CCFM responses (average 2.7 times) and the CCF responses (average 4 times). Based on the above results, we found that implementing nutrition education on children's sugar intake at the CCFM and CCF, was low; however, awareness of the need for nutrition education on children's sugar intake and the program development and supply was very high. Also, the opinions of CCFM and CCF participants about a nutrition education program on children's sugar intake for young children can provide foundation data to develop and implement the CCFM-based nutrition education program.

Recently the status of statistics is in a critical condition in the curriculum of the universities. It is largely due to the decrease of applicants for the admission to the universities and growing tendency to prefer the departments that are advantageous for getting a job after graduation. Another reason for the present crisis of statistics is that scholars of statistics and related scholarly associations fail to prepare measures for the activation of statistics. In order to cope with these general problems, this study surveyed the courses which are related with or support the subject of statistics in the department, other than statistics, of two universities in the Yeongnam province. Based on the survey this study aims at suggesting some ways of activation of statistics.

본 논문은 고객의 관리 및 서비스의 중요성이 강조되고 기존의 마케팅 방법들이 온라인을 기반으로 한 고객 마케팅으로 바뀌는 경향에 따라 고객의 만족도를 반영한 고객지원시스템을 제안한다. 고객의 제품사용 능력을 향상시키기 위하여 고객을 수준에 따라 분류하여 수준별 학습에 따른 정보서비스를 제공함으로써 비즈니스 퍼포먼스를 향상시키는 방법을 제안하였다. 또한 전문가에 의해 검증된 지식을 각 항목의 제품평가 기준으로 설정하고 삼각퍼지 수에 의한 컨텐츠만족도 평가를 통해 고객 의사의 반영비율을 알 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제안한 고객중심의 지원시스템은 고객관리 및 서비스지원부문에 활용 쥘 수 있을 것이다.
