많은 국가에서 중소기업의 기술혁신을 지원하기 위해서 다양한 직 간접적 지원 프로그램을 기획하고 운영한다. 이 연구는 R&D 투자 효율성을 제고하기 위한 간접 지원의 대표적인 사례 중에서 지식서비스, 특히 그중에서도 R&D 기획, 기술가치평가, 정보 지원 사업에 주목했다. 이 연구에서는 지식서비스의 일환으로 공공과 민간에서 다양하게 제공되고 있는 3가지 지원 사업을 대상으로 R&D 중소기업 중에서 수요 집단의 특징을 프로파일링 했다. 이런 프로파일링을 통해 기업의 해당 지식서비스 지원 적합성을 진단할 수 있는 계량적인 방법을 제안하고 나아가 이를 통한 처방 방법을 논의한다. 구체적인 연구 방법으로는 데이터 마이닝을 통한 분석 방법으로 수요 집단을 프로파일링 했으며, 전통적인 통계 방법인 판별분석 방법을 활용해서 구체적인 지식서비스 적합성 진단 모형을 제시했다. 본 연구에서는 특정 지식서비스 수요에 대한 중소기업의 특징을 프로파일링하기 위해서 설문정보를 활용했으며, 모형의 적정성을 검증하기 위해서 새로운 설문을 활용하는 등 총 6,600 기업에 대한 대규모 설문을 활용했다는데도 차별적 의의가 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 대규모 데이터를 바탕으로 한 중소기업에 대한 지식서비스 또는 R&D 진단과 처방 서비스를 제시해 중소기업과 정부 R&D 투자 효율성을 개선시키는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to discern elementary students' career education model based on career anchor. For this purpose, we have researched literatures and case studies related to career anchor and developed a draft of the career education model. Afterwards, through expert formative evaluation of the draft, we have developed the final model. Specific model's processes include 'finding yourself' - 'selecting learning contents based on career anchor'- 'studying based on career'- 'over coming things lacking in your career' - 'assessment'. These steps include activity content and supporting elements for learners. This study is different from precedent career education related studies because through career anchor the learner can find his true self, teachers can able to teach flexibly while adjusting to diverse environment changes, also this program can be utilized within the class setting immediately, and it is developed to help learners and teachers to utilize the program with ease and systematically.

The purpose of this investigation was to examine the mediating effects of delinquent peers between attachment to parents, low self-control and adolescent deviant behaviors. After specifying a research model based on Gottfredson and Hirschi's general theory of crime and Hirschi's control theory of delinquency, the study analysed the model using structural equation modeling. The data for this investigation came from a sample of 2,448 Korean adolescents. The results showed the both measurement model and structural model had a good fit to the data and all paths of structural model were statistically significant. The main findings were the attachment to parents and low self-control had direct and indirect effects on adolescent deviant behaviors through delinquent peers. The implications for practical intervention and further research in the field of delinquency were discussed.

의사결장지원시스템은 다양한 분야에 적용되어 왔으며, 그 중 수자원 및 수질 관련 분야에도 다각적으로 적용되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 미 농무성의 자연자원보전국(NRCS, Natural Resources Conservation Service)에서 개발한 유출곡선법(Curve Number Method)과 EMC(Event Mean Concentration)을 사용한 L-THIA(Long-Term Hydrologic Impact Assessment) 수문/수질 모형을 강우자료 데이터베이스, 웹기반 지리정보시스템, 웹 사용자 편의 시스템과 통합한 수문/수질 L-THIA web 의사결정지원시스템을 개발하였다. L-THIA web은 도시계획가나 지방자치단체, 또는 지방의 공동체가 사용할 수 있도록 쉽고 단순한 사용자 편의 시스템을 제공하고 있으며, 미국의 50개 본토의 주와 카운티(County) 이름으로 기상자료와 수문토양분류(Hydrologic Soil Group)을 인터넷 지리정보시스템을 이용하여 제공하고 있다. 본 연구는 지방자치단체 및 지역공동체의 실무자를 사용자로 수문/수질 평가 및 관리를 위한 시스템으로 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

컴퓨터의 기술적인 응용과 발달이 계속되면서, 멀티미디어 및 하이퍼미디어를 적용한 컴퓨터 보조 학브 시스템 개발 연구가 확산되고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 더욱 효율적이고 실용적인 지능형 교습시스템 개발 요구가 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 보다 효율적인 실제 개발 가능한 하이퍼미디어 지원 지능형 교습시스템 도구 모형을 제안하였으며, 이를 위하여 학습자와 ITS개발자를 위한 효율적인 인터페이스를 위해 에이젼트 개념을 도입하였다. 또한 학습자 모형을 구축하기 위하여 multilayerd 학습자 모형을 사용하였다. 이러한 모형에 의해 부분 구현하여 $\alpha$ test한 결과 학습자 수준에 맞는 교습과정을 제시할 수 있었다.

최근의 빅데이터 처리 환경은 실시간 빅데이터를 기반으로 하고 있다. 실시간 빅데이터 처리를 위해서는 기존의 배치처리 방식의 빅데이터 기술에서 발생하는 기술적 요구를 포함하여 추가적으로 요구되는 다양한 문제들을 고려해야 한다. 기계학습 모형을 활용한 의사결정 지원 시스템의 경우 모형 개발을 위한 배치처리 기술과 함께 모형의 배포와 최적화 등도 고려되어야 하며 발전 설비나 제조, 공정, 배송 등의 분야에서 발생하는 대규모 실시간 데이터를 이용하여 추론을 수행해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 센서 데이터를 활용한 예측 모형 개발과 실시간 데이터 처리 그리고 추론을 위한 모델 배포와 최적화 과정을 지원하는 시스템 환경을 제공하여 실제 현장에서 발생하고 있는 데이터를 활용하여 실증을 수행하였다.

This study analyzed the ripple effect of the demand-side support for start-up venture companies on the macro economy using Dynamic General Equilibrium model. In the model, start-up venture companies were expressed in a manner that distinguished between workers and entrepreneurs by applying the span of control in the Lucas(1978). As a result of the analysis, when the share of public procurement of start-up venture companies was increased from 5.7% to 10%, the actual production of start-up venture companies increased by about 46.17% and the number of venture companies increased by about 150%. In addition, it was analyzed that the number of jobs through venture companies increased by about 61.56%. In addition, it was found that the economic effect was greatly reduced when the start-up venture company was supported as a subsidy for the supply sector with the same amount as the public procurement support. This is interpreted as the fact that if the government implements the supply-side support policy, the expansion of supply causes the price of start-up venture companies to fall, reducing the effect of the support policy in half. Therefore, when supporting start-up venture companies, the government should make efforts to maximize the policy effect by expanding the demand-side support through public procurement and reducing the payment of simple subsidies to start-up venture companies.

대학도서관이 수행해야 할 보다 적극적이고 활동적인 서비스 형태로 이용자 학술지원을 위한 지식관리시스템의 모형, 즉 T 대학의 특수교육분야 중에서 장애인의 전환교육에 관련한 지식관리시스템 모형을 설계하였다. 이러한 지식관리시스템은 기존의 도서관 서비스의 확장된 영역으로 T 대학의 특성화를 달성할 수 있는 전문화된 서비스를 제공할 수 있고 전환교육에 대한 형식적 지식과 함께 조직구성원의 암묵적 지식을 축적함으로써 최신성 있는 데이터베이스를 유지할 수 있다.

This study aims to analyze the influence relationship between the level of fringe benefits and relational contract among social workers in the non-profit organization. Under this relationship, we explored the dual mediating effect of perceived superior's support and perceived organizational support. A total of 371 self-administered questionnaires were distributed to social workers in Gwangju, South Korea, and 271 questionnaires (73.0%) were used for study analysis after excluding incomplete and unreliable responses. This study performed structural equation modeling, the results are as follows. Perceived superior's support and perceived organizational support both have a positive (+) influence on relational contract. Furthermore, perceived superior's support and perceived organizational support were found to mediate effect between fringe benefits and relational contract. Therefore, these results contribute to provide academic meaning that the range of future studies by identifying the dual mediated effect of the fringe benefits and social worker 's relational contract.

유역 내 수문학적 조건은 변화하게 되고 이러한 변화에 대처해야만 하는 유역관리자는 적절한 수자원의 운용에 어려움을 느끼게 된다. 이러한 수문학적 조건 변화는 갑작스런 인구증가, 산업발전 등에 의해서도 발생될 수 있으며, 이 경우 용수공급, 수력발전, 그리고 환경용수 등 서로 상충되는 이해관계를 조정하여 물이용의 효율성 극대화하는 범 유역 단위의 수자원 평가 및 배분이 고려되어야 한다. 더불어 정치적, 경제적, 그리고 환경목적에 부합된 새로운 수자원 개발을 위해서도 지속적인 수자원 통합관리를 위한 의사결정지원시스템은 매우 중요하다. 복잡하고 다양한 요구를 만족하기 위해서는 유역관리 대상을 통합 관리할 수 있는 효과적인 운영 도구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 장기 수자원계획시 댐군의 연계운영을 위한 물수지분석 모형으로 KModSim 모형을 선정하고, 이에 대한 댐군의 연계운영 효과를 비교 및 평가를 수행하고자 한다. KModSim 모형은 수자원배분에 관련된 물리적, 수문학적, 제도적, 그리고 행정적인 요구들을 동시에 만족하도록 디자인된 범용 우선순위 목적 선형최적화 모형으로, 조절점 및 저수지조작에 대한 우선순위를 지정할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 reservoir balancing 방법을 통하여 저수지별로 용수공급 분담률을 지정할 수 있어 보다 현실에 가까운 연계운영이 가능하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 의사결정 지원 모형들 중 네트워크 알고리즘을 이용하는 KModSim 모형을 이용하여 낙동강권역에 대한 수자원평가시 댐간 연계운영을 하였을 경우와 하지 않았을 경우를 모두 수행하여 비교 분석함으로써 급속히 변화하고 있는 수자원 이용환경에서 보다 합리적인 댐군의 연계운영 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
