The purpose of this study is to develop the research support service model of a university library, which prepares for the changing research environment and supports the entire research process. In particular, components of the research support service at each stage of research are developed based on 'the research lifecycle' to support the entire research process. First, constructed elements of research support services that should be supported at each stage of the study through literature reviews and surveys of service demand. Next, a survey and in-depth interview were conducted with service providers to ensure effective service operation. This research support service model developed through the processes above are proposed as 'the research support service component model' that consists of six steps and 50 components including 20 core elements and as 'the research support service operation system model' that is composed of the organic system among government and related organizations, university libraries and organizations inside universities.

This paper is, first of all, to explore what kinds of character are implied in Korean policies and support programme for foreign immigrants, secondly to analyze immigrants' recognition on them in terms of their types and dwelling places, and finally to suggest some measures to improve policies and support programme. Policies for foreign immigrants are often classified into three models of assimilation, of differential exclusion, and of multiculturalism, but the marginalization of foreign immigrants is suggested either as a new model or as implied in all of those models. As a result of questionary survey, it is found out that foreign immigrants, irrelevant to their type, recognize their policies as mixing those characters. Finally, multiculturalism with distributive equality and recognition justice to overcome marginationalization, network governance for foreign immigrant policies to reflect their needs and participation, and sustainable and multicultural programmes for improving regional identity, ensuring covil rights, supporting comprehensive welfare, and multicultural education are suggested as measures to improve foreign immigrants' quality of life.

I conducted structural model analysis which is considered the influence of "government policy and micro-enterprise manager's characteristics" on management performance through effective analysis on governmental policy for micro-enterprise funding, training and consulting support. This study results showed characteristics of micro-enterprise manager and government policy significant to management performance. In the structural model, significant independent variables are customer's accessibility, promotion availability, goods mobility, customer attractive ability, effectiveness of funding, size of supported training, and effectiveness of training and satisfaction of supported consulting size.

The purposes of research is to understand the need of and the effectiveness of multilevel model to evaluate community support program in watershed areas. If the properties of policy target have hierarchical characteristics, the multilevel analysis is an adequate method to evaluate and test the effectiveness of policy. Also, the technique of multilevel modeling is extended to testing the relevance between performance appraisal and policy effectiveness. The case study of watershed region's community support program was estimated using satisfaction and economic aid level of policy target. This research has three results. First, the multilevel analysis should be used in nested data structure to estimate the effect of policy intervention. Second, the indexes of multilevel modeling should be used complementally to that of the traditional index approach. Third, the spatial hierarchical structure should be considered as the hierarchical structure in policy evaluation.

정부 포탈 사이트는 국민들의 참여와 이용을 장려하여 정부와 국민간의 활발한 커뮤니케이션 창구로 이용하려는 전자정부의 의지를 반영하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 어떠한 요인들이 정부 포탈사이트 사용의도에 영향을 미치는지를 검증하여 그 목적을 가지고 있다. 이를 위해서 정보기술 수용에 관련된 연구들 중 널리 알려진 Davis(1989)의 TAM 모형과 DcLone & McLean(l992)의 정보시스템 성과측정 모형을 사용하여 연구모형을 도출하였으며, 지각된 모호성과 정부지원을 조절변수로 사용하여 지각된 유용성에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였다.

Network를 통하여 분산되어 있는 멀티미디어PC들의 사용자간에 개별/공동학습 및 저작을 지원하기 위한 CSCW모형에 대하여 논한다. 이 응용 모형은 사용자나 저작자들이 어떻게 협력할 수 있는지, 다사용자 간의 상호작용을 지원할 수 있는 모드에는 어떤 것이 있는지를 기술한다. 또한 통신과 협력기능을 갖는 하부구조를 기반으로 멀티미디어 인터페이스를 통한 공유작업공간을 구축하고, 헙력하여 복잡한 문제를 해결하는 환경 설계에 대하여 논한다.

소상공인은 우리나라 경제의 중요한 역할을 하는 경제적 근간이루고 있지만 상대적으로 영세하고 경영여건이 불안하다. 정부정책적인 자금지원이 필요하나 재원의 한계로 효율적인 자본분배가 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문은 랜덤포레스트 모형을 활용하여 소상공인 정책자금 대출에 관한 부실예측모형을 개발함으로써 부실징후를 사전에 파악하고 예방함으로써 사회적비용을 절감하고 자원의 효율적 분배에 기여하고자 한다.

Recent advances in technologies such as internet have led to the emergence of virtual universities. However, existing technologies have many problems to be applied on virtual university implementation. Especially, existing transaction models are not appropriate to support virtual universities. In this paper, we present a transaction model to support virtual universities. First, we discuss general virtual university environments. After that, we introduce transaction model requirements for virtual universities. Those requirements include on-line processing, flexibility on transaction length, unpredictability, interactivity and parallelism. Then, we present a transaction model reflecting those requirements, and transaction processing techniques. Finally, we discuss future research issues based on our transaction model and processing techniques.

This study developed a system model to provide teachers unskilled in counseling with contents and methods of counseling so that they can counsel students addicted to the Internet. The system is composed of three modules, which are counseling contents module that provide contents and methods of counseling, counseling support module that maintains and provides information about students and the results of counseling, and evaluation support module that is for the diagnosis of Internet addiction and questionnaire evaluation. The system was applied to 30 elementary and secondary school teachers in their counseling of students addicted to the Internet. According to the result, we analyzed the problems of the developed system. Based on problems and suggestions raised by teachers participating in counseling, we modified this system model.

본 연구는 현재 중장년층 퇴직자를 대상으로 실시되고 있는 전직지원 프로그램의 현황을 분석하여 문제점을 확인하고 이를 효과적으로 개선하기 위한 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 전직지원 프로그램을 분석하기 위해서 CIPP 모형에 따른 상황평가, 투입평가, 과정평가, 산출평가를 분석틀로 삼아 전직지원 프로그램의 요구분석, 교육목표, 교육과정, 교육성과를 분석 준거로 설정하였다. 프로그램 대상으로 공공부문은 노사발전재단 전국경제인연합회 한국무역협회, 민간 부문은 A,B,C 전직지원 컨설팅회사, 기업부문은 D기업을 들었다. 그 결과 시사점으로는 첫 번째, 중장년층 퇴직자의 직무와 역량에 맞는 효과적인 전직을 위해서는 퇴직 전전직사전교육 프로그램이 전제되어야 하는 것이다. 두 번째, 장기적인 관점에서 정부 주도 하에 공공부문과 민간부문의 전문가가 협업하여 국가직무표준에 기반한 전직지원 프로그램이 개발되어야 하고 세 번째, 분야 직종별로 각각 운영되고 있는 전직 관련 정보와 구인 구직 사이트를 체계적으로 네트워크화 하여 퇴직자가 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 방안이 모색되어야 한다.
