소프트웨어 프로세스 모형은 실세계 소프트웨어 프로세스의 개념적인 표현이다. 소프트웨어 프로세스 모형들은 프로세스 프로그래밍 언어를 통해 추상화됨으로써 모형화 될 수 있으며, 프로세스 모형들을 자동으로 수행(enactment)하고, 이미 수행된 프로세스 모형들을 체계적으로 관리하는 수행지원시스템을 통해서 소프트웨어 생산물의 질적인 향상을 기대할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 프로세스의 수행 중에 발생할 수 있는 프로세스의 feedback을 지원하는 SimFlex 프로세스 프로그래밍 언어의 확장된 언어구조와 프로세스 수행지원 시스템인 SEED 엔진에서의 효과적인 feedback 지원 방법에 대하여 설명한다.

In the long-term care insurance (LTCI) system, National Health Insurance Service (NHIS) provide counseling services for beneficiaries and their family caregivers, which help them use LTC services appropriately. The purpose of this study was to develop a Target Selection Model for the Counseling Services based on needs of beneficiaries and their family caregivers. To develope models, we used data set of total 2,000 beneficiaries and family caregivers who have used the long-term care services in their home in March 2013 and completed questionnaires. The Target Selection Model was established through various data-mining models such as logistic regression, gradient boosting, Lasso, decision-tree model, Ensemble, and Neural network. Lasso model was selected as the final model because of the stability, high performance and availability. Our results might improve the satisfaction and the efficiency for the NHIS counseling services.

This study aims to develop suitable and appropriate support models for ADHD children to provide effective and efficient support for the target children. The diverse characteristics of target area, educational, social conditions, and supporting organization and delivery systems have been comprehensively considered. Domestic and overseas literature review has been performed to analyze the status of support services for ADHD children to develop the model. The FGI was adapted to identify eligibility and expectations for the qualification of ADHD children and the awareness and expectations of relevant professionals. Based on the theoretical rationale and empirical analysis results derived from these systematic procedures, suitable and appropriate support models were developed for ADHD children as a special educational subjects. The support model includes the development of individualized support programs for the needs of the entire ADHD student population, which require screening and assessment of the entire student population and requiring support for special needs. Support methods were developed in a system that supports family support, educational support, medical assistance, and medical support.

전자상거래의 초창기에는 하나의 사업 모형과 거래 모형에 특화된 거래 형태가 주로 이루어 지다가, 최근에는 한 사이트에서 여러 가지의 사업 모형과 거래 모형을 지원하는 형태로 발전되고 있다. 이러한 추세를 볼 때 앞으로는 더욱 다양한 거래모형이 등장하고 또한 한 marketplace에서 이와 같은 거래모형들을 지원할 수 있어야만 고객의 요구를 충족시킬 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 현실세계에서의 디자인회사와(디자인 판매자) 신발제조업체(디자인 구매자)간의 신발 디자인 거래를 온라인으로 지원함과 동시에 다양한 거래모형을 적용하여 판매자와 구매자의 욕구를 동시에 충족시키고자 하였다. 지원하는 거래모형은 고정가격제(fixed prico), 경매(auction), 구매자가 디자이너에게 특정 디자인을 요청하는 디자인 요구(design request), 그리고 협상(negotiation)이며 디자인 요구란 구매자가 자신이 원하는 디자인을 해 줄 수 있는 디자이너를 구하는 시장이다. 본 연구에서는 신발 디자인 거래 상품으로 Concept design과 Drawing design을 대상으로 하였다.

요즘 의사결정지원체제에서 모형화지원에 관한 연구가 활발해지고 있다.모형화지원에 있어서 데이타베이스는 모형화를 위한 기본자료의 저장소의 역할만을 할 뿐 아니라 모형화를 위한 지식이 내재되어있다. 특히 지식베이스가 구축되지 못한 환경에서 모형화를 할 때에는 데이타베이스에 있는 지식을 활용하는 것이 유용하다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 데이타베이스의 내재된 지식으로부터 수리모형을 유도해내는 과정을 객체지향적 데이타베이스를 예로 하여 보이고자 한다. 이의 해결을 위해 General Intelligence와 Fit이론을 사용하였다.

미국 환경청의 SWMM 5(storm water management model 5)는 유역의 홍수유출 모의 및 연속 유출 모의를 할 수 있는 모형으로서 국내뿐만 아니라 세계적으로 많이 사용되고 있는 모형이다. SWMM 5와 같은 유역 유출모형에서 결과의 적절성을 향상시키기 위해서는 모형에 사용되는 매개변수를 올바르게 추정할 필요가 있다. 하지만, 외국의 정교한 유역 유출모형들이 우리나라에서 제대로 적용되고 있지 못하는 이유 중 하나는 적절한 매개변수의 추정이 이루어지지 못하고 있는 점이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 SWMM 5의 매개변수 추정 지원 시스템을 개발하였다. SWMM 5의 매개변수 추정지원 시스템은 민감도 분석, 최적화 기법에 의한 모형 자동보정, 매개변수 할당 및 도움 모듈로 이루어져 있다. SWMM 5의 매개변수 추정 지원 시스템에 사용되는 최적화 기법은 전역최적화 기법 중 하나인 SCE-UA(shuffled complex evolution-University of Arizona) 이다. SWMM 5의 매개변수 추정 지원 시스템의 개발은 국내 수자원 기술자들의 SWMM 5에 대한 이해 및 활용도를 더욱 향상시켜줄 것으로 기대한다.

Gangwon-do has evaluated the result of technical support business and marketing support business separately as a part of enterprise support business, and the evaluation, targeting enterprises, has been restricted to the investigation of satisfaction only. The study develops the model that assesses the efficiency of the enterprises using DEA, the econometric model which is approved the utility in efficiency evaluation, and evaluates it through the model. As a result, the model can be developed to the appropriate variable of the enterprise support business using the elements of input and output in the business. And by using the model of DEA, it is suggested the efficiency measurement of each enterprises' and improvement that inefficient enterprises must have. Especially, it is important to assess the efficiency of supporting enterprises primary.

K-WEAP(Korea-Water Evaluation And Planning System)은 유역의 물이용 순환체계를 컴퓨터 프로그램으로 구현하고, 수량, 수질, 환경, 수요관리 등을 종합적으로 고려하여 통합수자원계획 수립을 지원하는 전문 모형으로서, 과학기술부와 건설교통부가 공동으로 지원하는 21세기 프론티어 사업인 수자원의 지속적 확보기술사업단의 연구비 지원에 의하여 SEI-B(Stockholm Environment Institute-Boston Center)와 한국건설기술연구원이 공동으로 개발한 모형이다. K-WEAP의 대부분 기능은 기존의 SEI-B가 개발한 WEAP(Water Evaluation And Planning System)에 기반을 두고 있지만, 월 단위 물수지 분석뿐만 아니라 5일 및 임의 시간 단위 물수지분석이 가능하고 물공급 안전도평가와 하천수질모의가 가능하다는 점에서 기존의 WEAP과는 다르며 메뉴와 도움말이 모두 한글로 작성되어있어 국내 사용자들이 이용하기 용이하다. K-WEAP의 기능은 단계적으로 보완 및 개선이 이루어지고 있으며, 현재는 1단계 개발이 끝난 후 2단계 기능개선 작업을 수행하고 있다. 2단계에서 개선하게 될 주요부분은 물수지모형의 개선과 하천수질모형의 개선, 편익산정모형의 개발, 의사결정지원 기능을 고려하는 사용자인터페이스 개선 등이 포함되어 있으며, 2단계 1차 년도에서는 물수지모형과 하천수질모형의 부분적인 개선과 함께 의사결정지원 기능을 고려하는 사용자 인터페이스의 부분적인 개선을 시도하였다. 물수지모형의 개선에서는 하수처리장의 회귀수를 수요처에서 직접 이용할 수 있도록 하였으며, 하천수질모형의 개선부분에서는 기온과 풍속 등의 기후자료를 이용한 수온 모의모형을 개발하였다. 또한, 사용자 인터페이스 부분에서는 사용자의 의사결정을 지원하기 위해 하천유량과 수질 등에 대한 초과비율그래프 조회 기능과 결과를 지도상에서 확인할 수 있는 지도보기기능, 사용자가 필요한 자료를 요약하여 조회할 수 있는 사용자 정의보고서 작성기능을 추가하였다. 개선된 기능을 통해 사용자는 보다 편리한 환경에서 모형을 구동하고 구동결과를 평가 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Government bodies offer various policies and programs to support small and medium sized enterprise. There's no only one business firm's performance model for the management performance assessment for the government's supporting and/or resupporting program. However assessment factor had been supposed to manage for the enterprise. Current assessment standards, that is Business Innovation Small and Medium sized firm Certification Model, Technology Innovation Small and Medium sized firm Certification Model, Productivity Management System Certification Model, Small and Medium Sized Firms of Korea Federation of Banks, and Business Performance of the State Owned Enterprise would be collected and then develop performance assessment model for the start-ups small and medium sized firms.

본 연구는 최근 공공부문에 급속히 확산되고 성과 관리시스템을 수용하는데 있어 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 실증분석으로 검증하기 위한 연구 이다. 정보시스템 형태로 구현된 BSC(Balanced Scorecard)기반의 성과관리시스템을 수용대상으로 하고 있어 Davis(1986)의 TAM (Technology Acceptance Model)을 기본 틀로 Venkatech et al.(2003)의 UTAUT(the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology)를 접목하여 연구모형으로 활용하였다. 설문조사는 BSC시스템을 도입하여 사용 중인 공공부문 기관(회사)을 대상으로 251부의 유효표본을 확보하였다. 구조방정식 모형의 경로분석을 통한 가설검정 결과 13개의 가설 중 9개의 가설이 채택되었다. 교육훈련, 정보시스템 지원, 최고경영자지원, 개인의 혁신성은 노력에 대한 기대에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 사용 자들이 새로운 기술 수용에 있어서 보다 쉽게 사용 할 것으로 기대하는데 교육훈련, 정보시스템 지원, 최고경영자지원 등 조직차원의 다양한 지원과 사용자 개인의 혁신성이 요구되는 것으로 해석된다. 성과에 대한 기대의 경로분석 결과 BSC시스템 수용 요인들 중에서 최고경영자지원과 개인의 혁신성만이 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과는 공공부문의 실제 BSC시스템 구축에 대한 사례연구들에서도 지적된 사항이기도 하다. 한편, 노력에 대한 기대는 성과에 대한 기대에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기존의 TAM 관련연구들의 결과를 지지하는 것으로 공공부문 BSC시스템 수용에 있어서도 노력에 대한 기대가 높을수록 성과에 대한 기대가 높은 것을 보여준다.
