The multicultural family support project provides support services to female marriage immigrants to promote their settlement in Korea and their adaptation to marital life. This study thus investigated whether utilization of such support services is indeed related to positive changes perceived among these female marriage immigrants, and these changes, in turn, contribute to less marital conflict, marital well-being, and hope. Data were drawn from a self-administered questionnaire study in which 558 female marriage immigrants participated through the 36 centers across the nation that provided multicultural family support services based on cultural relativism and a strengths perspective. Results of structural equation modeling analyses revealed that utilization of support services, as predicted, contributed to positive changes, and such changes, in turn, were directly related to less marital conflict, higher marital well-being, and hope. As expected, marital conflict was negatively associated with marital well-being, which, in turn, promoted hope. Thus, through these paths positive changes also contributed positively to both marital well-being and hope. However, when the effects of length of residence in Korea and an ability to command Korean language were controlled for, a positive significant relationship between service utilization and marital conflict was revealed. Therefore this paper discussed the ways in which positive functions of such service utilization can be strengthened while at the same time actively addressing the dysfunctional components of such support services.

This research is to empirically analyze the effects of governmental policy including R&D subsidiary and tax reduction, which are both direct and indirect financial supports, during the examination period (2007~2009). The analysis was based on 2,751 firms that received governmental support via both R&D subsidiary and tax reduction with 7,038 panel events during the economic recession (2008~2009) and found that governmental support drives R&D investment of firms during the recession. The contribution of this research is that investigation of policy effectiveness categorized by firm sizes, particularly during the economic crisis. The result of the study is that during the recession, large firms had more elasticity increase towards tax reduction whereas smaller firms and ventures had it towards direct financial subsidiary. The elasticity increase of both large and small firms was in positive association with firms' R&D investment. The result indicates that government support obviously has positive influence on R&D investment of firms during the crisis, even enforcing the investment.

정부는 대학발 창업에 대한 기본계획을 확정하고 그동안 산재되어 있는 창업지원기능을 대학중심으로 전환하고 있다. 본 연구는 기업가 정신을 확산하고 창업성과와 연계하기 위한 대학의 창업교육과정 및 창업지원체계 구축이 창업성과에 미치는 영향을 종단적으로 분석을 시도한다. K대학은 1998년 지역 내에서 가장 먼저 창업보육센터로 지정을 받았고 이후 2011년 창업선도대학, 2012년 LINC사업, 2013년 사관학교식 창업선도대학 및 2014년 글로벌창업대학원 지원사업 선정 등 각종 정부지원사업을 통해 창업인프라를 구축하여 왔다, K대학은 학부생, 대학원생을 대상으로 창업수준 4단계, 기술분야별 교과과정 체계를 구축하였다. 또한 아이디어 도출부터 기업설립까지 창업 과정을 실질적으로 경험해 볼 수 있는 창업동아리와 이를 지원하는 비교과 프로그램과 창업친화형학사제도가 갖추어져 있다. 또한 창업 활동을 효과적으로 지원하기 위해 대학 내에 산재한 창업지원기관을 통합하고 본부 조직화하였다. K대학은 이를 통해 창업교과 수강학생 수 및 창업동아리 수에서 2배 수준의 증가와 창업자 수는 2013년에 비해 7배의 성장을 이루었다. K대학의 창업교육과 창업지원체계 및 창업성과를 종단적으로 분석하여 대학에서의 창업시스템이 단계별로 구축될 필요성과 대학 내 구성원의 창업에 대한 인식전환과 성과도출까지 적응기간의 필요성을 도출하였다.

본 고에서는 현재 중국에서 추진되고 잇는 과학기술진흥시책을 과기공관계획(科技攻關計劃)을 중심으로 조망해 보고, 특히 863 계획과 973 계획에 대한 총제적인 내용을 소개한다. 863 계획은, 7차경제개발5개년계획 기간(75기간)부터 시작된, 고급기술 연구개발에 대한 집중적인 진흥 정책이며, 973 계획은, 9차경제개발5개년계획 기간(95기간) 중에 시작된, 기초연구분야에 대한 집중적인 진흥시책이다. 중국의 경우 이와 같은 국가 주도적인 진흥책은 중국공산당중앙위원회(중공중앙(中共中央))와 국무원의 방침 결정에 따라 집중육성(중점(重点))의 항목 결정 및 관리를 유관부문이 상호 협조하에 분담하여 지원하고 있다.

오픈 소스 소프트웨어에 대한 관심과 함께 많은 연구가 진행 중이며, 오픈 소스 소프트웨어 개발을 지원하는 커뮤니티도 다수 존재하고 있다. 오픈 소스를 활용한 개발비용을 예측을 위해선 오픈 소스의 개발 기간을 예측하여야 하지만, OSS 개발 방법에는 개발 기간을 산정하는 것이 미비하다. 그리하여 본 연구에서는 OSS 커뮤니티에서 개발기간을 산정하는 것에 대하여 XP 개발 방법의 사용자 스토리 카드를 이용한 산정법을 적용하여 활용하는 연구를 하고자 한다. 이를 위해, XP의 산정법을 OSS 커뮤니티에 적합하게 수정하였다. 또한 제안한 방법을 실제 SourceForge.net의 프로젝트 중 버그와 추가사항의 기록이 많은 프로젝트에 적용하여 그 가능성을 입증하였다.

대한인쇄문화협회(회장 조정석)는 지난 6월 5일부터 7일까지 스페인 바르셀로나 갤러리 호텔에서 개최된 2014년 세계인쇄회의(WPCF; World Print & Communication Forum) 총회 및 유럽인쇄연합회(INTERGRAF)와의 공동포럼에 문화체육관광부의 지원을 받아 리우식 국제담당 부회장, 이종찬 국제부 부장, 조갑준 편집국 부장 등 3인으로 구성된 대표단을 파견했다. 행사 기간 동안 대표단은 2016년 세계인쇄회의 한국 개최 계획에 대해 적극적으로 설명함으로써 참가국 대표들로부터 많은 관심을 받았다. 아울러 행사 기간에 앞서 스페인인쇄협회를 방문함으로써 양국 교류의 물꼬를 텄다.

퇴비부속도 검사 의무제도가 지난 3월 25일부터 시행에 들어갔다. 그러나 현장의 준비 부족 등을 이유로 정부는 1년간의 계도기간을 부여하고 계도기간 동안 행정처분을 유예하고 적극적인 농가 이행지원을 추진하기로 결정했다. 가축분뇨 배출시설 허가를 받은 농가는 6개월, 신고한 농가는 1년마다 축사내 퇴비 부속도 검사를 실시하고 그 결과를 3년간 보관해야 한다. 오리를 비롯한 축산농가들은 어떤 사항을 어떻게 준비하고 무엇을 준수해야 할까? 이주명 농림축산식품부 축산국장을 직접만나 축산농가들이 알아야 할 퇴비 부속도 검사 의무화의 모든 것을 자세히 알아봤다.

인간이 생존하기 위하여 필요한 것들 중에는 음식, 물, 산소 그리고 피신처를 들 수 있을 것이다. 미 우주항공국(The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA))에서는 21세기에 인간을 화성에 보내고, 달과 화성에는 기지를 세워 사람이 살수 있도록 하고자한다. 화성까지의 왕복 소요 시간은 3년여 이상으로 이 기간동안 우주선 승무원들이 소비할 산소, 물 그리고 식량의 양은 방대한 양이며, 우주공간으로 쏘아 올리는데 많은 에너지가 필요하기 때문에, 경제적으로 재생산이 가능한 생명지원시스템을 고려하고 있다. This paper is a study on export support system that a small company can make the export performance early in the overseas market and also can enhance international marketing capabilities. The model is solved to operational problems of the conventional export support program, and it contained a further support action to complement the weakness of the program. We want to create a Smart-Platform(Export Power Double Plus-Platform: EPDP)that we can improve the export capability of SMEs in the short term. The model will be very useful to export support agencies as an integrated support platform that supports the international marketing of the korean SMEs. And added some case studies of SMEs in Daejeon city.

Purpose: Preterm infants are very susceptible to malnutrition because of a lack of storage of nutrients, immature digestion and metabolism, and accompanying diseases associated with prematurity. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of nutritional support by the pediatric nutritional support team (pNST) on the clinical course of preterm infants in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Methods: Between July 2003 and July 2006, 48 preterm infants who were admitted to the NICU at Seoul National University Bundang Hospital were included. The subjects were divided into the following two subgroups according to the presence of NST activity; pre-NST group (n=23) and NST group (n=25). Hospital records were reviewed retrospectively. Results: Forty-eight preterm babies were included (M：F=27：21; gestational age, 25~33 weeks). A dietician, pharmacists, or the pNST participated in the prescription of total parenteral nutrition (TPN) more rapidly in the NST group (p=0.000). The fasting periods and TPN administration periods were significantly decreased in the NST group compared to the pre-NST group (p=0.017 & p=0.001, respectively). The doses of calories, protein, and lipids administered via TPN were significantly increased in the NST group compared to the pre-NST group (p=0.016, p=0.000, and p=0.000, respectively). The total period on antibiotic therapy was significantly decreased in the NST group compared to the pre-NST group (p=0.007). Conclusion: Because nutritional support by the pNST is of benefit to the clinical course of preterm infants in the NICU, the pNST should recommend to improve the nutritional status and clinical outcome of preterm infants.
