This study was carried out to understand the mean of neighbourhood and community organizing model on lived experiences of their organizing and members which had changed. The methods of collecting data was progressed in depth interview. According to study questions and analysis challenges based on theory, we analyzed texts. outcome of study we understood experiences of their organizing and members which had changed. In changing phases of organizational dimension, meaning of 'the discovery of the community problem' was extracted. In this time, organization's members set the goal and experience qualitative and quantitative changes of organization. On the other hand, changing phases of individual dimension were followed, which are 'escaping from locked life', 'reconstruction of self image', 'reconstructing the meaning of both family and self-concept' as well as 'reconstructing the meaning of both neighbourhood and self-concept'. Conclusively, we suggested practical implication, which might increase the effect of neighbourhood and community organizing model.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of local community resident-participation factor on the local community resident-participation determinant and the formation of social capital. Accordingly, questionnaire method was used for 389 residents in A-dong that have participated in community building projects in Busan region to analyze their demographical factor & residential area factor and local community resident-participation factors of satisfaction of neighborhood environment, satisfaction of administrative support, local attachment and neighbor connectedness effects. The analysis results showed that first, the satisfaction of outside support and neighbor connectedness were found to be the main factors. Second, the satisfaction of outside support, local attachment and neighbor connectedness showed meaningful effects in the state where these factors were controlled. Third, the effects of each social capital sub-element were verified and the results showed that while trust and network had meaningful effects on satisfaction of outside support, local attachment and neighbor connectedness effects, norm of reciprocity showed meaningful effects on gender, house ownership status, local attachment and neighbor connectedness, thereby showing differences. Based on these study findings, implications and suggestions were presented.

As community revitalization among local residents is currently emphasized, village regeneration projects and village culture activation projects are being promoted in various ways based on the participation of residents. Community mapping is one of the projects in which the residents of the community propose and improve the problems of the community as subjects. This community mapping draws residents's interest in the village through the process in which residents directly map the major issues in the village and makes it possible to draw the voluntary participation of the residents in deciding village plans and policies. In this study, we used community mapping to develop a safety map application for interactive communication of local residents. The developed app enables local residents to directly upload and share information on local issues and problems. In addition, the purpose is to find ways to share and improve safety related issues and problems of the village with relevant administrative agencies using the developed app.

최근의 치수계획은 과거 제방일변도의 획일화된 치수계획에서 탈피하여 면 개념의 다양한 치수대안을 고려하고 있다. 본 연구는 과거 홍수피해 예방을 위해 일차적으로 고려된 제방사업과 이의 대안으로서 계획빈도의 홍수발생 시 잠재적 피해예상지역에 대한 주민이주사업을 비교하여 제방사업이 갖는 정책적 효용을 평가하였다. 이를 위해 제방이 없다고 가정한 CASE I과 현 상태를 기준으로 한 CASE II로 구분하여 제방보축사업과 제방신축사업을 비교대안인 주민이주사업과 비교 평가 하였으며, 사례연구는 낙동강 본류의 황강 합류후부터 남강 합류전까지 구간을 대상으로 하였다. 제방신축사업과 보축사업에 대한 각각의 주민이주사업의 비용 대비 효과를 사례지역에 한정적으로 분석한 결과, 경제성 측면에서 주민이주사업이 전반적으로 제방사업보다 유리한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 지역적 특수성을 전제한 결론이나, 향후 치수관리를 위한 정책수립의 대상이 '하천' 보다는 '지역'에 맞추어 져야 한다는 것을 시사한다.

This study analyzed the consciousness and attitudes of local residents to the development plan of Sobaeksan Jarackgil by applying the social exchange theory to provide basic data for the establishment of the Mountainous Ecology Trail Development Plan, collecting opinions of local residents. For this, we conducted a self-administered questionnaire survey and personal interview targeting 150 residents of seven villages. Summarizing the results, first, because of analyzing the consciousness of the residents, most of the local residents turned out to be aware of the Sobaeksan Jarackgil development plan and agreed on it. Second, as a result of analyzing the consciousness of residents, for attitudes according to gender, females expected more than males of exchanging with visitors and excavation of cultural assets. Furthermore for attitudes according to age, groups aged under 60 turned out to be concerned about the increase of environmental pollutions, rise in crimes, destruction of cultures, and the induction of conflicts among residents. For attitudes according to occupations, farm workers were worried about the destruction of ecology, and for local characteristics and damages to the landscape, all of the local residents turned out to be concerned. It was shown that groups that agreed on the development plan expected positively on most of the items of economic, environmental, and sociocultural aspects, while those that disagreed on the plan were anxious for negative effects such as landscape damages and the increase of environmental pollutions from the environmental point of view, and the induction of conflicts among residents from the point of sociocultural perspective.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate level of achieving original policy goals to some degree in a variety of ways, and to provide basic data of establishment for promotion policy of abandoned mine area and furthermore, to contribute to that area and Casino policy research. To attain these sorts of research goals, a case method of study is employed to evaluate achievement of policy goals based on goal achievement model, and to survey satisfaction levels of the people of abandoned mine district based on stakeholder model. The local finance scales of those counties have been increased with local revenue enhancement. KangwonLand actively contributed to corporate social responsibility but it didn't actually help the local people. Most residents in that area negatively rate for the change of "the quality of life". By an itemized list, natural environment, local pride and expectation of future are relatively high, while participation of policy, increase in economic effects, relation of neighbor were lowest. and thus, we need to look for ways of improving the quality of life.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the perceptions of local residents towards the impact of Geumsan ginseng festival. This study was trying to examine the perception differences between groups of resident by tourism relatedness. Self-administered questionnaire survey was administered for the Geumsan residents. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis, and t-test was administered for the perception differences. Using social exchange theory, it was revealed that tourism relatedness was relatively useful to test the perceptions differences of residents towards festival impacts. Tourism related residents perceived positive impacts more strongly and negative impacts Jess strongly compare to non related residents. The result suggested that residents' perception of festival impacts was dependent on the level of tourism relatedness and implications are drawn for community tourism policy and management.

베트남은 도이 모이 (Doi Moi) 개혁 정책이 1996년에 도입된 이후, 산림분야에서는 분권적 관리 체계를 받아들였고 국가 경제는 정부의 관리 체제하에 시장지향형(market-oriented)으로 변화하였다. 이러한 상황에서 경제 분야에서는 임업활동을 수반할 수 있게 되었고 지속가능한 임업 발전을 위하여 임야와 토지가 개인, 가정 그리고 사회경제적 조직들에게 분배되었다. 지역사회의 주민들은 임업활동에 더 적극적으로 되었고, 사회임업은 베트남에서 점차적으로 발전하며 사람들에 의한 사람들을 위한 임업으로 자리잡고 있다. 지역사회 산림(community forest)의 근본적인 특징은 전과정에 있어서 농민과 지역주민의 참여를 유도한다는 데에 있다. 지역주민에 의한 산림 관리는 새로운 산림 관리 방식으로 각 가정에 의해 관리되는 농업에 있어 급속한 변화들이 나타나는 것과는 대조적이다. 본 논문은 지역사회 산림의 현황과 임업 발전에 있어서 지역주민 참여의 이점과 문제점을 SWOT(Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) 분석을 통해 구명하고자 하였다.

This study was investigated and analyze the library anxiety of public library users utilize LAS. The main contents of this study contained the differences of library anxiety in sex, educational background, age categories, the frequency of library visit, the completion of information literacy program and library use instruction. Library anxiety is very differed according to the various factors, especially, the library anxiety of knowledge of library, barriers with staff was high, the average LAS score is 2.61, 2.60. Regard to results of this study, conclusion are suggested the recommendations for a decrease in library anxiety of public library users.
