우리나라는 기후변화 등으로 인해 강수량이 홍수기에 집중하고 갈수기에 감소하는 강우 편중현상이 심화되고 있어 유역 환경에 변화가 발생하고 있다. 특히, 농업지역에서 유역 환경 변화에 따른 하천수의 부족은 농배수에 의한 수질오염의 심화와 농업 및 생활용수 확보의 어려움 등의 문제를 발생시키고 이러한 문제들은 상 하류간의 지역갈등을 유발시키는 등 경제적, 환경적, 사회적 손실을 초래한다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 유역 환경 변화에 따른 수질 변화를 분석하고 이에 대한 대응 방안으로 농배수 조정지를 조성하여 농업지역의 용수를 확보하고 수질을 개선하고자 하였다. 합천은 용도지역면적 중 대부분이 농촌지역이며 논 77.4%, 밭 22.6%의 비율로 논의 이용이 밭보다 3배 이상 높아 농배수 조정지를 조성하기에 적합한 지역이라 판단하였다. 따라서 합천지역의 황강유역을 대상지역으로 선정하고 물리적 기반의 준분포형 장기강우유출모형인 SWAT(Soil and Water Assessment Tool) 모형을 모의하였다. 황강유역 내의 HRU(Hydrologic Response Unit)별 수질 변화를 분석하고, 농배수 조정지 조성에 따른 수질 개선 정도를 분석하였다. 또한 농배수 조정지의 HRU별 추가 조성에 따른 낙동강 본류에 합류되는 황강유역 하류의 수질 개선 효과를 분석하였다.

금강권역은 국토공간상 중심이라 할 수 있는 수도권과 서남권의 중간에 위치하고 있으면서도 그 동안 국토개발에서 상대적으로 소외되어 왔다. 이것은 도리어 다른 지역에 비해 양호한 환경수질을 유지할 수 있었던 요인이기도 하였지만, 최근 서해안 개발이 활발해지고 균형 있는 국토개발의 요구와 지방자치제 실시에 따른 지역개발 및 도시화, 산업화가 가속화될 것이며 이에 따라, 환경오염이 증가 될 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 변화 속에서 금강환경관리청은 환경오염문제에 능동적으로 대처하고 쾌적한 환경질을 유지하기 위하여 종합적이고 체계적인 환경관리 계획을 수립.추진하고 있으며, 본고에서는 지역주민의 관심도와 예산의 분배면에서 중요도가 큰 금강권역의 수질관리 대하여 살펴보기로 한다.

다중 지역 이동 에이전트 컴퓨팅 환경을 기반하여 이동 에이전트 시스템을 개발하는데 있어서, 이동 에이전트를 관리하고 이동 에이전트들간의 메시지 전달을 보장하기 위한 위치 관리 및 메시지 전달 기법은 중요한 고려사항이다. 그러나 기존이 관련연구들은 여러 지역으로 구성된 다중 지역 이동 에이전트 컴퓨팅 환경에 적용하기에는 위치 갱신 비용 및 메시지 전달 비용이 상대적으로 증가한다는 단점과 추적문제(Following Problem)를 발생시킨다는 한계를 가지고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기존의 홈 프락시 기법과 블랙보드 기법을 변형ㆍ혼합(Hybird)하는 새로운 이동 에이전트 위치 관리 및 메시지 전달 기법인 HB 프로토콜을 제안하고자 한다. HB 프로토콜은 다중 지역 이동 에이전트 컴퓨팅 환경에서 이동 에이전트의 위치 변경시 발생하는 위치 갱신 비용과 이동 에이전트들간의 메시지 전달 비용을 효과적으로 줄이며, 추적문제를 낮은 통신비용으로 해결한다.

우리나라는 높은 인구밀도, 도시화, 급속한 산업화 등 환경관리에 매우 불리한 여건에 놓여 있다. 1 9 7 0년대 이후의 고도 압축성장과정에서 복합적인 환경문제가 동시다발적으로 발생하였고, 최근에는 신기술 개발에 따른 새로운 환경위해물질에 의한 인체 및 생태계의 피해 발생 가능성이 증대되고 있다. 한편 환경문제 해결과정에서는 지역간, 이해집단간의 갈등이 첨예하게 대립하고 많은 환경문제가 국제적인 협력과 공동대응이 요구될 만큼 복잡하게 전개되고 있으며, 국민적 욕구와 기대수준은 단순한 환경질의 개선뿐만 아니라 경제·사회·환경이 조화를 이루는 지속가능한 발전의 실현과 삶의 질 향상을 요구하고 있다.(중략)

20세기 후반 소비문화의 확산과 더불어 자동차 문화가 보편화되면서 전세계적으로 고농도 오존이 문제되고 있다. 1940년대 LA 지역에서 광화학 오염현상이 처음 발견된 이래 1970, 80년대 본격적으로 연구 투자가 이루어지는 동안 LA 지역의 이상적 기후와 오존 농도 변화는 광화학 오염의 전형이었다. 그러나 1990년대 들어, 지역규모의 오염물질 이동에 따른 광역 오염 (미국 동부), 종관풍이 약할 때 오염물질이 정체되며 발생하는 국지 오염 (유럽), 산성비 연구 과정에서 밝혀지기 시작한 강우와 구름의 영향들이 알려지며 오존 오염은 당초에 생각하였던 것보다 훨씬 복합적인 문제임을 인식하게 되었다.(중략)

산업의 발달로 인한 대기오염의 심각화 현상은 국지적인 현상을 뛰어넘어 지역적인 문제로까지 확산되고 있다. 황사 현상의 경우만 하더라도 이제는 한국, 중국, 일본 만의 문제가 아닌 미국 서부해안까지도 그 영향을 받는 것으로 보고 되고 있다. 이처럼 국가간 장거리 이동오염물질의 관측 및 평가에 즈음하여 우리나라에서도 중국 및 일본과 함께 동북아시아 지역에서의 장거리 이동오염물질에 대한 연구를 활발히 진행하고 있다. (중략)

Conducted within the framework of the Information Use Environments, this study analyzed the characteristics of students in high schools, identified the typical problems of the students and their information sources to resolve the problems, and analyzed the settings the students use daily. The survey questionnaires were distributed to 220 students in 3 different high schools located in the affluent community area of K-Ku in Seoul particularly known for high academic interests. 188 questionnaires were collected and analyzed using SPSS 24. The findings indicate that the students's attitudes toward education, going to college, and changes and innovations were positive. that they chose the internet as their most favorite information sources for problems, and that 21 problems in 7 self-categories were identified as the students' typical problems, and that the problems within emotional and cognitive self were considered the most important. It was interesting that the students use parents and siblings as information sources to resolve the problems within emotional and cognitive self, although they chose the internet as their favorite information sources in general. The settings that students use daily during weekdays were homes, schools, smart devices. academic tutoring centers, PC or laptop in order. The students' daily settings for weekends were homes, academic tutoring centers, restaurants, PC or laptop in order. These setting was statistically different according to gender and grades. The implications of this study were to suggest the further research questions and to show the application of the IUEs for understanding high school students in a specific setting. Further studies are needed to understand high school students in different contexts.

This study intended to look at the Library Living Lab to solve community problems. To this end, this study investigated cases outside of the country and investigated various aspects of Living Lab's application to solving community problems. In addition, a survey was conducted on residents of Chungju to find areas where libraries can contribute to solving problems in the community and investigate the need. As a result, residents generally responded that "Library Living Lab," in which libraries participate in living lab activities in various fields, is needed to solve problems in the community. It shows that the range of services and activities that the library can provide can be expanded to the community and can be an innovative measure for library services that can solve almost all problems in the community through the Library Living Lab.
