지구적 차원의 물부족 현상은 우리에게도 심각한 사회적 문제로 대두되고 있으며, 이에 대처하기 위한 방안의 하나로 지표수-지하수 연계이용이 거론되고 있다. 지표수와 지하수 연계이용은 유역의 지표 및 지하수자원을 수문학적 순환 사이클의 통합적 관점에서 파악하는 것으로부터 시작한다. 본 연구는 국내에서 지금까지 이렇다 할 사례가 없는 지표수-지하수 연계이용의 첫 단계로서 연계이용 가능지역을 선정하기 위한 체계적인 적지분석 방법론에 관한 것이다. 복잡한 의사결정 문제를 계층적으로 나누어 분석하는 기법(AHP)이 채택되었고, 분석에 필요한 의사결정인자가 도출되었다. 각 인자의 상대적 중요도가 정량화 된 후, 이를 바탕으로 특정 지역의 지표수-지하수 연계이용 적합도가 산정될 수 있다. 개발된 방법론을 국내 두 개 지역에 적용하여 그 적용성을 예시하였다 개발된 방법론에 의한 적합도 분석은 중앙정부나 지자체가 특정 지역의 연계이용 사업의 추진과 관련된 의사결정을 내릴 수 있도록 판단근거를 제공할 것이며, 지역 간 연계이용 우선순위를 평가하는데도 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Since 2004, community childcare centers are legislated and the centers are running as the concept of community-oriented child welfare services. Recently child welfare paradigm are changed from simple "study room" for protection to the future capabilities of the "social welfare". For children who grow in their community, it must request to new construction with ecological system.

대학의 지역 공헌활동에 대한 역할 증대, 학령인구의 지속적 감소와 이에 따른 재정문제에 대비한 대학의 수익원 창출 노력 등, 대학을 중심으로 재정, 지역연계 역할, 정부 및 연구기관과의 활동 등 대학과 지역의 상호발전을 위한 현실적 과제가 증가됨에 따라 대학 스스로 내부자원을 활용한 발전계획을 기획하고 시행할 필요가 있다. 뿐만 아니라 중앙 또는 지방정부의 대학재정 지원 시, 이러한 활동의 표준을 정해보고 활동에 대한 측정 등을 할 수 있는 지표 설정이 필요하다. 기존 대학의 지역연계 활동과 성과지표 선정 등에 대한 다양한 보고서와 논문 등을 선행연구로 하고 대학 중심의 창업지원과제 등을 중심으로 대학을 중심으로 한 다양한 창업혁신활동 주체를 도출, 이들과의 협력관계에 대한 내용을 선별하고 이를 투입, 활동, 실적, 성과 등으로 구분하여 보았다. 활동 및 주체의 타당성 확보를 위해 학계, 창투사, 연구기관의 창업관련 다양한 전문가를 대상으로 측정변수에 대한 타당성 측정 및 AHP 분석을 통한 변수의 적합도를 분석하여 창업활동 주체 및 평가지표 등을 도출 하였다. 본 논문을 통하여 대학은 지역의 기업, 정부/공공기관, 연구기관, 투자기관 등과 협업 연계할 수 있는 주체간의 연관가능 활동과 해당 기관의 자원을 연계하여 지역발전에 기여할 수 있는 모델 및 이를 측정할 수 있는 지표 및 주요 내용을 도출 할 수 있었다.

This study aims to present promotion strategies for regional industries by exploring the ways to build industrial cluster focusing on regional strategic industries of Gyeongsanbuk-do(province) which are related to innovation city, by taking Gyeongbuk innovation city as an example. This study presented the methods for linking with innovation cities that focus on regional strategic industries, along with the analysis on the linkage between regional industries and public organizations relocated to local regions. As to the methods for the linkage, methods to build clusters based on the characteristics of each industry, such as electronic information device, new material parts, biological oriental medicine, cultural tourism, eco-friendly energy, etc, which are strategic and leading industries of Gyeongsanbuk-do(province), were presented. It was inferred that the industries which have achieved fast growth such as IT and BT industries, required mutually interconnected collaboration through geographical proximity among related subjects, while sectors with mature technologies, such as automative parts, machinery, steel industries, etc, were found to require more extensive infrastructures like the support of transportation and distribution for promoting current clusters.

산업지구론은 산업입지론과 지역경제개발 정책의 중요한 요소로 등장했다. 개념적으로 산업지구는 관련산업의 노동력 연계를 포함하는 수직적, 수평적 연줄망이 잘 발달된 지역이다. 기존의연구들이 경험적 연구의 계량적 기준은 없으므로, 본 연구는 미리 정의되지 않은 전통적 공업지대인 씬시내티 대도시지역을 대상으로 투입, 산출, 하청, 생산자 서비스, 정보, 협동 및 노동력 연계에 대한 국지도를 계산하였다. 비록 노동력과 생산자 서비스의 국지적 연계가 강하나 약한 물자의 수직적 연계를 보여, 대도시지역 규모에서의 산업지구 확인은 불가능하였으며 이는 다른 지역을 대상으로 하는 보다 많은 경험적 연구가 필요함을 제안한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the spatial characteristics of inter-firm linkages and innovation networks of firms which are located in Gyeonggi border regions. Through this analysis, this study aims at understanding the spatial characteristics of economic activities of firms in Gyeonggi border regions. More importantly, this study focuses on revealing how the spatial characteristics of economic activities of firms affect future growth potentials of firms and regional economic growth. The main findings of this study are as follows. According to the analysis of spatial material linkages, the firms in both footloose location and industrial complex are all proven to be strongly dependent on the Capital Region. Owing to the weak level of the local material linkages, the effects on regional economic growth are limited. But firms in industrial complex contribute more to regional economic growth. The analysis of spatial employment linkages shows that the local linkages are comparatively strong. But the differentiation of residences weaken the positive effects on regional economy. As a concluding remark, the harmony with local linkages and non-local linkages is required to promote future growth potentials of firms and regional economic growth.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the role of the inter-regional knowledge network in the knowledge based economic development of regions, using regional data collected over the IMF financial crisis between 1996 and 2001. In particular, the major questions about the inter-regional knowledge network in terms of regional innovation are as follows. First, how can be distinguished the inter-regional knowledge networks among the regions? Secondly, what is the relationship between the real object economy and the inter-regional knowledge network? To answer rho questions listed above, the social network analysis is used to examine the association between the intra-regional knowledge linkage structure and the change of the real object economy. For the empirical analyses, regional labour data for 16 Metropolitan Areas(Si) and Provinces(Do) from 1996 to 2001 are used. The findings of the study suggest that there is a significant positive relationship between the concentration of the inter-regional knowledge linkage and a rate of economic growth of the real object economy and that there is a negative correlation between the density and the standard deviation of the inter-regional knowledge linkage and the rate.

지역 간 계통연계를 함으로써 얻을 수 있다는 장점은 발전소 용량을 절감할 수 있고 긴급한 상황하의 전력의 교환이 가능하며 예비전력의 양을 줄일 수 있다는 것 등이 있다. 그러나 전력 시스템의 연계는 경제적이고 기술적인 고려가 요구되어진다. 연계에 대한 계획은 광범위한 기술적인 측면을 고려해야하고 체계적인 연구가 필요하다. 계통 연계는 다른 대륙에서 이미 많이 시도되어 왔으며 실행되고 있다. 하지만, 동북아시아 지역은 복잡한 정치적인 문제들 때문에 아직 연계가 되어 있지 않은 상태이다. 이러한 상황 하에 남한과 북한의 연계는 극동아시아지역의 연계의 시발점이 될 수가 있기 때문에 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 남한과 북한의 전력 계통의 연계에 대한 시나리오에 의해 가상으로 연계한 후, PSS/E Tool을 사용하여 조류 계산을 하였다.

본 논문에서는 향후 남한의 예비력 중대방안으로 동북아 지역 (러시아, 중국, 몽고, 북한, 한국, 일본)의 지역의 전력계통연계선로의 구성 및 동북아 지역의 계절별 패턴을 고려한 조류계산을 수행하여 전력수급의 분포도를 파악하고자 한다. 특히 한반도 전체의 전력수급을 고려하여 볼 때 남-북한의 수도권 및 영남 지역의 두 지역은 향후 계속적인 전력 수요의 증가로 인한 발전력의 부족상태가 계속되리라 여겨지며, 이러한 문제의 해결방안으로 북한의 신포지역에 2,000MW KEDO 경수로를 건설하여 공급하는 방안이 있겠으나 현재 여러 가지 정치적 상황으로는 건설을 중단하게 되었다. 이러한 정치적 상황의 변화로 다른 대안이 필요하게 되었다. 이들 중의 하나가 극동러시아나 시베리아 및 중국 그리고 일본과의 연계에 의한 예비력을 확보하는 방안이 될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 동북아 지역과 연계를 할 수 있는 가능한 지역을 고려하여 연계선로를 구성하고 계절별 효과를 고려한 조류계산을 실시하여 연계 시 융통전력의 분포도를 연구하고자 한다.

The purposes of this study were to provide fundamental ideas regarding community- related experiential learning and improve cognitive attentions in Home Economics Education based on the previous research. Even though Home Economists recognize community needs related to individuals and families, there has been little attention to teaching and research of community-related experiential learning in Home Economics Education. This study explored 1) educational meaning in community-related experiential learning, 2) conceptualization of community-related experiential learning in Home Economics Education, and 3) application of community-related experiential learning. In addition, the strategies for community-related experiential learning in Home Economics Education and the implications for future research and Home Economics practice were provided in this study.
