The substantial economic expansion of the 1990s with the dramatic changes in the provision of welfare services in America, including welfare services for the homeless, had unexpected and differential impacts on homelessness and poverty rates across the states. This paper examines a spatial pattern and process of homelessness by counties in Maryland, USA, considering the spatial differences in the composition of financial income and expenditure with sharply different poverty situation and welfare services. This social geographical approach of homelessness in Maryland focuses on the changing personal characteristics of homeless people and the relation=hip between homelessness and poverty; homelessness and the provision of welfare services such as shelter beds and emergency food providers. It makes a conclusion that there is an uneven sociospatial patterns of homelessness, relating to diverse poverty situation and provision of welfare services for the homeless by variable welfare policy among counties, Maryland.

This study is a descriptive investigation study to identify the Convergence factors of the subjective health status, communication with medical personnel and drug misuse on medication adherence. The subjects of this study were 179 senior citizens who used community elderly welfare centers. Data were collected from January 13, 2020 to January 17, 2020. Data analysis was performed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA. Post-Hoc Test Was performed using Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis. The regression equation of this study explained 24% of medication adherence. Drug misuse(𝛽=-4.32, p=<.001) was the factor that had the greatest influence on the medication adherence, followed by the presence or absence of chronic disease (𝛽=-3.04, p=.003), marital status (𝛽=2.64, p=.009), and communication with medical personnel (𝛽=2.26, p=.025 ) in that order. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a convergence system of medication adherence for the elderly using community welfare centers.

With the expansion of Voucher program, academic and practical concerns of performance evaluation of voucher service has been more emphasized. Accordingly, client satisfaction survey are expanding these days, but the study of client satisfaction as a performance indicator aimed at service client has not been yet conducted systematically. The purpose of this study is to develop Satisfaction Index, targeting at client of community-development voucher program in Community Service Investment Project conducted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. Data were collected from 1800 client of community-development voucher program. This study summarized theoretically many kinds of satisfaction measurement and composed the Satisfaction Index reflecting characteristics of Voucher. By the item analysis and reliability analysis, the element satisfaction was identified as homogeneous items. General satisfaction were obtained using element satisfaction and overall satisfaction, it was found to be valid through the evaluation of convergent and discriminant validity as a tool for satisfaction. This study suggest using the '1step weighted approach' than '2step weighted approach' having weakness of complex overlapping manner.

본 연구는 지역사회의 노인 가운데 지역사회에서 홀로 살아가는 남성 저소득노인의 일상생활경험을 토대로 복지욕구를 파악하기 위한 양적 질적 통합연구로서, 65세 이상의 연구 대상자의 삶에 대한 경험분석을 통하여 남성노인의 삶과 욕구충족을 위한 복지정책과 서비스 방안을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 질적 자료 분석을 위한 연구방법으로는 중심주제 분석을 활용, 남성노인들의 생애사를 종단 분석하였으며, 남성독거노인의 경험은 다양한 개인의 특성을 반영한 인생이 담겨있었다. 따라서, 실질적인 남성독거노인의 사회적 관계망 확대, 남성노인 지원정책의 로드맵 재조정, 사회적 연결감을 위한 조직적 지역 네트워크 구축, 고령친화 커뮤니티인프라 구축방안을 국가와 민간이 협력적이고 융복합적인 대책으로서 강구해야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 경제성장과 함께 빠르게 발전하고 있는 중국의료시설의 최근 의료 환경과 의료시설의 변화 동향을 분석한 것으로 병원의 디자인, 병동 유니트 계획, 의료자원의 지역적 불균형과 건축기준 등 다각도의 변화 동향을 사진, 도면과 함께 제시하였으며, 중국 의료시설의 문제점과 과제를 정리하였다. 중국의 의료시설은 현재 급속한 성장기에 놓여 있으며, 그 과정에서 의료자원의 대도시 집중과 병원의 대형화 현상으로 지역적 의료자원의 불균형 문제가 나타나고 있고, 환자부족으로 중소병원의 경영문제가 심각한 반면, 대규모 병원은 환자집중으로 긴 대기시간과 혼잡함 등의 문제가 나타나고 있다. 또한 대규모병원과 중소병원 간 의료자원의 과다한 중복으로 비효율성 문제가 지적되고 있어 합리적인 경제기반에 기초한 효율적인 의료시설과 건물시스템을 어떻게 개발할 것인가 하는 점이 중국 의료시설의 큰 과제중의 하나가 되고 있다.

The recent project has been progressed from focusing on the establishment of having an international sense and making a symbolic building in Cheju Island. Its purpose is to provide the best medical services to the inhabitants, and to reflect the local feelings and the entire design concept based upon the role of the health promotion. This study is to explain the process of a traditional architecture method of Cheju Island applied to the modern design element and re-composition into the layout plan, the composition diagram of the exterior, the elevations, etc. of the drawings of the project.

Being rapidly increased in population of the elderly, the welfare of the elderly is no longer family's and personal problems. It is a social issue that have to be solved by the community and the government. Daejeon city government faces the same social issue and should release the solution to the community in the near future. Based on the new trend of deinstitutionalization and community care for the elderly who live in normal home rather than for those in protection systems, the solution could be released to the elderly. This paper is assessed as the first stage research of normalization of the old people's living. By the comparition analysis of the existing Senior Welfare Center in Daejeon city and Japan, the facility space improvement method was considered. And through the above investigation and comparition analysis, the method that extend and improve the welfare facility space of Senior Welfare Center is proposed.

Recently, our country is caused with economic growth and development and city intensive brazier being caused by industrial accident, crime accident and suicide of traffic facility, it is caused by with Western dietary life and the emergency patient is to an increase tendency. And the life increases with medical development and the medical emergency demand of the old people are increasing. Approximately 80% of the patients are non-emergent patients who receive ambulatory care and the rest 20% of the patients are serio us- emergent patients Emergency patients because non-strategy it is doing with function as imported medical treatment and provides, equipment, the operation is being impossible with manpower tribal etc.
