The main purpose of this research was to discover the characteristics of the 'commons for all' related to public libraries as much as possible, design the learning content, and finally to demonstrate whether the contents meet the general education requirement of universities. The public library is a study hall for multi-literacy, a common place for lifelong learning without discrimination, a place for experiencing digital sharing culture, a place for practicing public architectural design for community regeneration, a workshop for the maker movement and finally, a hub for forming local communities. In short, it has all the characteristics appropriate to being a commons. This subject titled "Sharing Culture and Local Libraries" is designed and composed with various literacy understanding, information ethics of information literacy, community consciousness and multicultural understanding, public consciousness, cooperative spirit and computer utilization ability, interdisciplinary knowledge, and integrated perspective. In a situation where the regional and public crises are increasing, this kind of general education subject about public library, is expected to contribute greatly to raising the awareness of the library and further enhancing the local community togetherness spirit by spreading the value of the library widely to students and inducing them to actually experience various library services.

외식산업이라는 말이 사용된 것은 1980년대 접어들면서 외식업이 사회ㆍ경제적으로 비중이 점차 증대하면서 시작되었다. 이는 소비자의 입장에서 외식기회의 증대와 외식에 대한 사회적 개념의 변천에 따른 현상으로 볼 수 있다. 그 이전에는 음식업이라는 용어가 일반적이었으나 산업 규모의 원리가 적용되고 외식행위 자체가 사회, 경제, 문화적인 구조적 요인에 의해 영향을 받으면서 외식산업으로 뿌리를 내리게 되었으며, 국내에서는 외식시장의 개방과 더불어 대기업의 참여가 큰 계기가 되었다. (중략)

1884년 David Bruce에 의해 지중해 Malta 지역에서 처음 브루셀라병이 밝혀진 이후 사람 브루셀라증은 (Human brucellosis) 인수공통전염병중 세계적으로 가장 많이 발생하고 또한 경제적 피해가 심각한 인수공통전염병중 하나이다. 년간 50만명이상이 감염되는 것으로 WHO에서는 추정하고 있다. 사람 브루셀라증을 역학적으로 살펴보면 가축과 밀접한 관계가 있는(축주, 수의사, 인공수정사, 축산물취급자, 실험실종사자) 사람들에서 주로 발생하고 있지만, 예전부터 유목생활을 하며 멸균하지 않은 채 유제품을 많이 섭취하는 중동 지역에서 많이 발생하는 것으로 보아 생활문화 특히 식습관과도 밀접한 관계가 있음을 짐작할 수 있다.

Based on the number of employees and sales of tourism establishments in Chungnam ares for the period from 2009 to 2013, this study analyzes the regional growth characteristic of tourism industry using dynamic shift-share analysis. The data used for this analysis are obtained from "The Census on Basic Characteristic of Tourism Establishments". This study decomposes characteristics of Chungnam Area tourism industrial structure into three components: national growth effect, industrial mix effect and regional share effect. The results help to well understand the development and the competitive situation of Chungnam area tourism industry.

The assessment of perceived naturalness aims to elucidate the human perception and explain the interaction between natural environments and humans. The perception of ecological assets that exhibit distinct characteristics within a specific region can manifest in various representations. Based on the users' perceptions and interviews regarding ecological assets, this study assessed the perceived naturalness from a cultural services perspective. Specifically, the discussions on Ansan City's ecological assets and revolved around the inherent value of naturalness in dimensions, such as the necessity for conservation and the sustainable development of ecological assets, the perception of ecosystem benefits, the representativeness as a local asset, and usability. Subsequently, the Q method was employed to present 25 representative ecological assets to 25 users. As a result, user groups with different value systems for each question were identified, and hypothetical personas for cultural service enjoyment were distinguished. The most representative persona among the 25 users was identified as AWP (a type that values the conservation of aquatic ecosystems, prefers waterfront landscapes, and enjoys walking). Since perceived naturalness is conceptually similar to the "benefits perceived by users" in evaluating ecosystem services, it can provide more practical evaluation criteria for cultural services.

In order to create an organizational culture that prevents women's career breaks and promotes economic activities, this study aimed at developing educational content for workplace culture improvement for both male and female workers working at small and medium-sized enterprises in Jeollanam-do. The core content composition and content design specifically consider the characteristics of Jeollanam-do based on an advisory meeting of the field experts and researchers to ensure the on-site utilization of the content and the validity and consistency of the teaching content. The educational content is divided into three areas: understanding, effectiveness, and the implementation of a gender-sensitive work-life balance organizational culture. The aim of the content is for all employees to understand the meaning of work-life balance and to improve the organizational culture of their company from the perspective of individuals, families, companies, and society. In particular, the intention was to personally identify and implement measures to improve a gender-equal work-life balance, not only at work, but also with regard to domestic labor and leisure time. Furthermore, the content is presented from a gender-sensitive perspective that encompasses diversity, systems, and programs targeting women, men, single people, married people, young people, the elderly, and people with disabilities - all these groups are explained as examples. The content emphasizes that we should all actively participate in improving the organizational culture of our companies. In addition, the Women's New Work Center should seek ways to increase the motivation for the voluntary participation by companies and strengthen the expertise of instructors in work-life balance education.

Spatial plans, widely encompassing national or regional plans, are designed for an appropriate management of 'region',which is a complex of social, cultural and economic functions. Designing a spatial plan, therefore, is based on the understanding of the structure, function, and some other characteristics of the region concemed. Area stidies which have been conducted in the fields of geography, regional science and anthropology, have contributed a lot to establishing the whole range of the regional planning system. This is identified in three spheres: setting up planning units based on concrete area studies and appropriate regional divisions, dividing planning areas by the studies on goods and service purchase behavior, endowing specific functions to each planning area. Some suggestions have been made to intensify the connections between area studies and regional planning, which include consensus buiding, planning-oriented area studies by the standardized formatting and sharing of research products by commercialization.

지난해 11월 11~12일에 하천협회의 지원을 받아 일본 동경에서 개최된 아시아하천복원네트워크(Asia River Restoration Network, ARRN)에 참석하였다. ARRN은 아시아지역에서의 하천복원에 관한 정보와 기술교환 그리고 몬순지역의 유역특성에 적합한 복원가이드라인을 마련하기 위해 2006년 10월 한국, 중국, 일본이 주축이 되어 만든 비정부기구로서 매년 기구의 운영에 관한 회의와 국제포럼을 개최하고 있다(하천과 문화 2011년 Vol.7 No.2 참조). 우리나라에서도 2009년, 2010년도에 동 회의를 개최한 적이 있으며, 지금까지 일본에서 3회, 중국에서 한번을 개최하여 정보교환과 가이드라인 제작을 위한 많은 협의를 거쳐 작년도에 한 중 일 하천복원사례(ver.1)와 복원가이드라인(ver.1)을 제작하였으며 계속 보완 중에 있다. 이러한 ARRN의 활동은 주로 Web Site를 통해 이루어지고 있으며 ARRN은 물론 JRRN(일본), CRRN(중국)도 자체 홈페이지를 운영하고 있다. 그동안 우리나라만 자체 홈페이지조차 없어 다소 궁색하였으나 지난 10월말에 겨우 만들어 그나마 모양새를 갖추게 되었다(www.krrn.net). 본 고에서는 이번 회의참석결과를 여러 회원님들께 보고함과 동시에 앞으로 KRRN의 향후 발전을 위한 많은 협조를 구하고자 한다.
