  • 홍대 앞에 급부상하고 있는 북카페가 어떤 문화적 특성을 갖고 있는지 살펴보고 강원도의 '감자꽃 스튜디오', 서울의 '광장시장'과 '통인시장'의 변화를 통해 도심 내 효율적인 문화 공간 활성화 방안에 대해 살펴본다. 문화 공간은 보편적으로 시민들이 문화예술을 감상하거나 생활 속에서 문화적 산물을 직접 생산, 교육할 수 있는 장소 또는 시설로 인식하고 있다. 북카페의 특징인 복합 문화 공간을 잘 살려 '지역 커뮤니티'의 공간으로 발전되도록 한다. 북카페의 활성화 방안으로 지역문화와 잘 연계한 강원도 평창의 '감자꽃 스튜디오'를 예를 들어 비교해 본다. 문화 공간은 시대에 맞게 필요에 따라 변모해야 한다. 문화 공간의 다양한 방법에 대해 연구해보기로 한다.

  • This study aims to make continuedly the community culture and art development to promote the use of a cultural facility through the art program of an art museum. This increases the satisfaction of the citizens' life by it and excavates the faithful users' culture and art. It contributes the culture and art development of Pusan in the future. We analyzed the data of the social index related Pusan's culture and leisure to investigate the basic concept of art museum education based on previous research. We reviewed the degree of use of facility for culture and art based on it. We present a community culture and art development plan through connection program displayed art museum. We expect the basis to increase the community culture level in Pusan.

Searching for the Policy Alternatives for the Activation of the Local Culture Industry in Korea (지역문화산업의 활성화를 위한 정책 대안의 모색)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the policy alternatives for the activation of the local culture industry in Korea. The research methodology is content analysis into law articles of local culture promotion act and framework act on the promotion of culture industries and some related acts, to review the relations between local culture promotion and the promotion of culture industries. The results of this study are the followings: Firstly, the policies for the promotion of culture industries should connect to the policies of local culture promotion. 1) Local culture industries are related with the facilities like living cultural centers and the activities of the arts organizations or clubs of residents. 2) The industrial condiitions should be considered in the process of designation of cutural city and cultural area. 3) The local cuture industry policies should be connected to raise the funds for local culture promotion. 4) The local culture industries should be connected to the cultivation of professional personnel for local cultural promotion. Secondly, for the activation of the local culture industries, the obstructive factors should be eliminated and the facilitating factors should be utilized. 1) The purpose of the culture industries should be defined as concrete and clear through the clearly prescribing the range of culrure industries. 2) The roles which have been dispersed to various agents should assigned as designated clealy and the cooperative system should be construced. 3) In designating cultural cities and cultural area, conceptual elements should be considered and the brand of the local culrure industries should be presented. 4) The background industries such as tourism industries should be utilized. 5) Governance systems should be constructed and utilized.

  • The purpose of the present study Is to suggest strategies for Improving cultural services provided by public libraries. First of all. it reviews missions of public Itbraries as well as meanings of these services for both the libraries and the communities they serve. It also reviews the current status of cultural services with the example of Kyonggi-Do. finally, five strategies for Improving cultural services are presented' differentiating library services from those provided by other types of cultural institutions such as museums and performing centers, as well as specifying the services In response to characteristics of the community they belong; utilizing community analysis and National Cultural Enjoyment Survey data; establishing national and regional support system; creating and Implementing library staff development programs in regards of cultural services; and finally, adopting marketing techniques in designing library cultural services.

  • 본 연구는 수원시의 다양한 레크레이션의 수요증대와 지역주민을 위한 운동시설의 부족에 대응하기 위해 지역주민의 근린생활 체육시설을 확충하고, 수원시 연고의 삼성 블루윙즈 프로축구팀의 축구전용구장 및 연습구장 마련 및 2002널 월드컵 축구대회를 유치하고자 조성된 복합 스포츠판지에 대한 기본계획안이다. 개발방향은 1) 21세기의 생활패턴에 맞는 생활체육공간 조성, 2) 국제적 수준의 운동시설 및 인프라구축, 연중이용이 가능한 시민을 위한 커뮤니티 공간조성, 3) 친환경적이고 지속가능한 공간조성, 4) 복합적 토지 이용 개념을 도입하여 토지 활용도 및 재정 수입의 증대, 5) 쾌적한 보행시스템 제공, 6) 도시의 랜드마크로서 주변 도시체계와 연계성 강화, 7) 수원의 역사, 문화적 상징성 제고 등이다. 이를 위해 축구전용구장, 보조경기장, 잔디연습구장, 흙연습구장, 헬리포트장 능 축구전용구장 관련시설, 실내체육관, 실내 아이스링크 등 기타 체육시설, 야외 수영장, 농구장, 테니스장, 게이트볼장, 볼링장, 헬스장 등 생활체육시설, 스포츠용품 몰, 식음시설 등 편익시설, 야외공연장, 어린이정원, 영화관, 축구박물관 등 위락/문화시설, 산책로, 체력단련코스, 전망대 등 휴양시설, 그리고 주차장, 녹도, 녹지 등 기타 부대시설이 도입되었다. 본 연구는 종합체육공간이 단순히 체육시설이 모여 있는 곳이 아니라 시민들이 운동과 더불어 휴식, 등산, 놀이, 자연 학습 등 다양한 여가활동을 할 수 있도록 계획되었다. 상업시설, 커뮤니티 시설 등이 복합적으로 개발되어 있기 때문에 경기가 열릴 때뿐만 아니라 4계절 내내 주중, 주말 및 휴가기 간에 가족과 더불어 휴식을 취할 수 있는 레크레이션 및 커뮤니티 공간으로 중요한 역할을 하도록 계획된 새로운 개념의 체육공간이라는데 의의가 있다.

The Effect of Constructing an Cultural Environment on the Economic Revitalization within the Four Regions of Seoul (서울 4대 지역의 문화환경 조성으로 인한 지역경제 활성화 효과)

  • This study examined how the construction of an environment of culture has affected economic revitalization within the four regions of Seoul. World Cup Stadium, Bookchon, Daehackro, and Seoul Forest were selected for study in consideration of the types and characteristics of cultural environments. The data were collected by questionnaire surveys, which were administered to local residents. The results found an increase in the value of real estate in Seoul Forest while the construction of a culture-based environment had a positive effect on shop sales, the provision of employment opportunities, and the generation of tourist-based income in Daehackro. Using regression analysis, the relative influence of a cultural environment on the value of real estate was greatest on the improvement of local image and the enhancement of cultural enjoyment. The results found that the enhancement of cultural enjoyment was the most prominent predictor of the provision of employment opportunities and an increase in the number of tourists.

The analysis of Complex Type and the Facility Status of Community Mixed-support Facility (공동체복합지원시설의 시설현황 및 복합유형 분석)

  • Welfare desire has been diversified according to the increase of economic level and rapid social change. The desire for comprehensive service on culture, medical, mental and information level has appeared. Accordingly, it is necessary to establish an integrated community mixed-support facility, a space of accepting administration, welfare, leisure, culture and informatization request in a small local community in the future. The community mixed-support facility is a meeting place of local resident for information change, various basic service and ultimately for activation of community in order to contribute to regeneration and activation of existing urban core. Thus, this study figured out general status of community mixed-support facility and physical mixed type and analyzed spatial characteristics. Current community mixed-support facility has insufficient program and space to participate in by local residents and to accommodate mixed function. The future planned community mixed-support facility must secure multiple opportunities for various types of life by returning time and cost to user through the introduction of creative mixed concept. While reflecting unique local characteristics, and considering diversity of users, it needs to make mixed facility to cope with social changes. This study is limited in that the study reached a conclusion by survey and analysis only. However, it is expected that the result can be used as basic research data for the planning of community mixed-support facility to cope with living conditions of local residents or realistic requirements.

An Analysis on the Impacts of High-Tech Complex on Neighborhood Housing Price (첨단산업단지가 주변지역 주택가격에 미치는 영향요인 분석)

  • The purpose of this paper is to suggest the improvement method to achieve the interactive development effect between high-tech industrial complex and its surrounding areas. For this reason, this paper has conducted an empirical analysis to find out relevant comprehensive factors, affecting nearby housing prices from such plans, especially by reviewing 'Seoul Digital Industrial Complex.' This paper is truly differentiated from previous research by adding a new perspective 'diverse location characteristics', as it focuses not only on 'high-tech facility' characteristics, but also on 'urban function facilities', including 'transportation facilities', 'amenity facilities', 'security facilities', etc. Then, SPSS Version 18.0 was utilized to conduct the multiple regression analysis with the accumulated relevant data and several results were drawn out as following: Firstly, 'deterioration level', 'brand of apartment', etc. are found to be major influencing factors. Secondly, 'educational facilities', 'transportation facilities', 'Cultural & Sports facilities', 'Amenity facilities', etc. are found in the sector of 'location characteristic'. Lastly, 'leading companies within the industrial complex', were also found, affecting nearby housing prices. Therefore, when a housing development project is planned to grant the interactive development effect to high-tech industrial complex and its surrounding housing areas, it is necessary to consider variety factors, such as comprehensive location characteristics and housing complex characteristics, and also proper housing policy measures should be devised in accordance with the actual demand of employees and their dependant family members.

Specialty of customer to be expected when cultural theme park is constructed in Pusan (부산지역 역사ㆍ문화테마파크 조성을 위한 예상고객성향 기초조사연구)

  • It is a matter of fact that Pusan, doesn't have enough systematic history and culture, has face on very difficult situation. A competative and fashionate tourist theme park need to be constructed to develop their historical theme park, and to make own culture which is related to Pusan' tradition. The subject of this study is to suggest the basic knowledge about specialty of customer to be expected when cultural theme park is built up. The questionare to customer is consist of the propensity of lesure, the use of similar facility, the type of theme park, and inclination of visitation to forign and domestic tourist.
