Macrobenthos composes the dominant biomass at the mudflat and play an important role in the maintenance of the benthic environments. Organic matter in sedimentary environment affects habitat, feeding behaviors, and survival of benthos. In this study, the relationship between organic matter content in sediment and the distribution of macrobenthos was discussed at two margins (Mokpo and Aphae area) in the mouth of Muan bay. Sediment TOC was higher at Mokpo than at Aphae through the four seasons, and the pollution indicator organism Musculista senhousia was dominant in this area. The macrobenthos distribution was clearly divided into two areas correlated with sediment organic matter content in the mouth of Muan bay.

현재 4차산업혁명시대에 창의적인 아이디어와 적극적인 도전정신으로 무장한 스타트업이 글로벌 산업을 주도하고 있다. 정부에서도 지역별 스타트업 생태계 활성화를 위해 전국 17개의 창조경제혁신센터 운영을 지원하며, 각 센터별로 '개방성, 자율성, 다양성'의 운영 원칙 하에 지역별 스타트업 창업 생태계 허브, 공공 액셀러레이터, 그리고 오픈 이노베이션 플랫폼 역할을 담당하고 있다. 최근 수도권 스타트업 생태계는 활성화되고 있는데 비해, 지역의 스타트업 생태계는 인력, 자금 등 스타트업 성장에 핵심적인 요소 확보에 큰 어려움을 겪고 있다. 특히, 부산은 일자리를 찾아 수도권으로 떠나는 등 청년층의 이탈로 고령화가 가장 빠른 도시로서, 지역 일자리 문제를 해결하는 주요 방법 중의 하나로 스타트업 생태계 활성화가 중요한데, 스타트업 지원기업 중에서도 초기 스타트업 창업 및 성장 지원 업무에 집중하는 부산창조경제혁신센터의 역할이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 부산창조경제혁신센터의 운영 개선 방향을 내부 직원 설문조사로 도출하고, 타겟 고객을 창업가/초기 스타트업(Creator), 교육기관(Campus), 대기업(Company), 그리고 커뮤니티(Community)의 4C로 정의하였다. 부산창조경제혁신센터의 일관된 방향성 정립을 위해 미션과 비전을 각각 정의했으며, 그것을 달성하기 위한 전략 및 실행 방안을 도출하였다. 마지막으로 센터와 직원들이 공동 성장할 수 있는 센터 업무 협력 체계와 역량 강화 교육 체계를 제시한다.

This article aims to analyse the change factor of the industry in rural area. As the regional economy is consist of variety industry in local Revitalization of Rural Economy should consider the growth factor of industry. Analytical method is Shift-Share analysis, analysis data is used GRDP of the 5 target area. Analysis is showed that Agriculture, forestry and fishing is leading position. but Farm population decreased rapidly underway. Side work farmer and industry population is increasing rapidly. the Regional Economic growth inhibitory of 5 Gun is the weakness of the internal factor. especially Competition component is than industry-Mixed component. and the Growth of Agriculture, forestry and fishing is external factor. To improve the regional economy, 5 Gun must improve the fault. and the growth of Agriculture, forestry and fishing should promote the consumption of local products to as the local food system.

본 논문에서는 우리 나라 학교환경교육의 발전 과정을 태동기(1980년 이전), 성립기(1981-1991년), 정착기(1992년 이후)로 구분하여 간략히 개관한 다음, 전국 수준의 초.중등학교 학생, 교사, 교육전문직을 대상으로 한 환경교육에 관한 의식과 요구 사항 등에 대한 조사 연구 결과 및 이를 바탕으로 한 환경과 담당 교사의 현직연수와 양성교육에 관한 정책 대안을 제시하였다. 또, 1993년 이후 우리 나라에서 이루어지고 있는 환경교육을 위한 교사교육의 변화 및 발전 현황을 다음과 같이 요약하였다. 첫째, 중등학교의 교사자격증 표시과목으로 '환경'과가 1994년부터 추가됨으로써 현직교사 연수 및 교사양성대학에 환경교육과의 설치가 제도적으로 가능해졌다. 둘째, 제6차 교육과정(1995년부터 적용)에 신설된 중학교 환경 및 고등학교 환경화학 담당 교사 확보를 위한 자격연수(총 180시간)가 1994년 여름방학부터 시작되었으며, 이를 통하여 1996연말까지 환경과 부전공 자격 소지자를 680명 배출하게 되었다. 셋째, 중등학교에서 환경과를 담당할 교사를 양성하기 위한 환경교육과가 전국 3개 대학(한국교원대학교, 공주대학교, 순천대학교)에 설치되었다. 넷째, 1995년부터 전국의 각급 학교에 환경주임교사를 배치하여 학생의 체험적 환경교육을 유동하고, 일반교사에게 환경교육의 중요성을 전파하는 역할을 담당하게 하고 있다. 다섯째, 환경과 부전공 제도가 1996년부터 시작되었다. 대학재학 중에 전공과목에 대하여는 42학점 이상, 환경교육 관련 과목을 21학점 이상 이수한 학생은 환경과 부전공 교사 자격증을 얻을 수 있게 되었다. 여섯째, 교사의 자생단체로 지역별 '환경교사연구회'가 구성되어 환경교육 자체연수, 교재개발과 보급, 환경캠프와 답사 등의 활동을 전개하고 있다. 끝으로 환경교육을 위한 교사교육에서 계속 노력해야 할 사항을 제시하였다.

This research paper surveyed the awareness of general administrative officials who oversee the disaster management and firefighting officials who take part in emergency rescue work in local governments on disaster response exercises. The result of the survey showed that both officials acknowledged the need of the equipment used in disaster response exercises, securing the budgets for exercises, establishing a network among related institutions, reflecting actual conditions and local characteristics to the exercises, reflecting the result of exercise evaluations to the disaster response manual and next exercises, and securing a command communication system required for exercises.

The purpose of this study is to find out subjective perception types and needs of interested group on the Field Placement on Demand of Gwangyang Bay Area Industry by Q methodology, then to search for political measures to improve Field Placement in the implication of the sorted subjective perception types. The result of the study showed that there are three major sorts of subjectivities on the Field Placement Activation Plan on Demand of Gwangyang Bay Area Industry: emphasizes indusrty-college cooperation(Type1), emphasizes industry demand analysis(Type2), emphasizes field-centered education(Type3). And a new study showed that results can improve Field Placement on Demand of Gwangyang Bay Area Industry: positive industry-college partnership building, manpower training total support system building by manpower demand analysis and the situation of local industry, building the infrastructure for the training on demand of local industry on-the-job, trasition into field-centered education system by national competency standards(NCS).

현재 우리나라에서는 행정안전부의 풍수해저감종합계획, 사전재해영향성검토협의, 재해위험지구개선사업 등에 해외에서 개발된 상용프로그램이 사용돼 접근성 저하로 인해 지자체 방재담당자의 실무나 대학에서 연구용으로 다루기에는 한계가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 내수침수, 외수침수, 2차원 침수해석으로 구성하여 GUI 기능을 강화한 통합침수재해지도 작성시스템(i-FIM, Integrated Flood Inundation Modeling system)을 개발하여 입력자료의 구성 및 매개변수의 수정이 용이하게 함으로써 하수관망 등에 부분적인 설계 변경이 있는 경우 지자체 방재담당자가 간단한 작업을 통해 침수영향 변화를 쉽게 파악할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한, 상세한 지형의 반영이 필요한 도시지역의 2차원 침수해석의 경우 계산격자 망의 크기가 작아질수록 소요되는 계산시간이 기하급수적으로 증가하는 한계가 있어 i-FIM에서는 계산격자를 $2{\times}2$, $3{\times}3$, $5{\times}5$ Subgrid 형태의 격자를 적용하고, 병렬프로그래밍과 계산시간조정 기능을 추가하여 2차원 침수해석 모형의 계산 속도를 향상시켰다. 이를 실무에 적용하기 앞서 2006년 집중호우로 인해 안성시에서 발생한 제방 붕괴사상, 2016년 태풍 차바로 인해 울산시에서 발생한 제방 월류 사상을 통해 침수흔적도와 비교하여 검증을 실시하였다. i-FIM에서 최종적인 2차원 침수해석 결과는 2017년에 개정된 '재해지도 작성 기준 등에 관한 지침'의 침수심 등급 구분의 색채 설정에 따라 각 격자별 침수심을 표출함으로써 표준화된 재해지도 작성이 가능하도록 하였다. 또한, 포털사이트의 지도 및 위성지도에 표출함으로써 침수 위험이 발생할 수 있는 지역의 현재 이용 용도를 파악하여 침수재해에 대한 상세한 대책을 마련할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

목적: 산업장 안전보건교육에서 근로자의 자발적인 참여는 그 효과와 관련된 핵심적인 도전과제이다. 본 연구는 PRECEDE 모델을 중심으로 일부 제조업 사업장 근로자의 안전보건교육 참여도와 관련된 요인을 규명하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 방법: 전국 133개 제조업체의 450명(50인 미만 사업장 근로자 160명, 50인 이상 사업장 근로자 290명)의 근로자를 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문지는 일반적 특성과 함께 산업재해 및 안전보건교육과 관련된 역학적, 교육적, 생태학적 특성에 관한 문항으로 구성되었다. 결과: PRECEDE 특성 중 대규모 사업장 근로자의 사내 안전보건교육 관련 교육.생태학적 여건이 소규모 사업장 근로자보다 나은 것으로 나타났다. 근로자의 사내 안전보건교육 참여도와 관련된 PRECEDE 특성은 소규모 사업장에서는 안전보건교육 담당자에게 필요한 연수교육요구도, 안전보건교육을 위한 사회적 지지, 전체적인 사내 안전보건관리 수준이었는데, 사업장 규모 50인 이상의 사업장에서는 근로자의 연령, 사내안전보건교육 효능감, 사내교육을 위한 사회적 지지도, 사내 안전보건교육담당자의 교육역량이었다. 결론: 소규모 사업장 근로자의 사내 안전보건교육 참여도와 관련된 요인은 주로 조직 수준의 특성이었는데 반해(사내교육을 위한 환경적, 사회적 지지), 50인 이상 사업장에서 유의미한 특성은 주로 개인 수준의 특성으로(안전보건교육 효능감, 사내교육담당자의 교육역량) 사업장 규모에 따라 다른 양상을 보였다. 이를 기반으로 사업장 규모에 따라 차별화된 사내 안전보건교육 지원이 이루어져야 하겠다.

This study has a purpose of understanding residents' and librarians' perception on the role of school library as local reading cultural center. For this purpose, we conducted survey on the residents' in schools located in Gyeonggi-do, Korea whose library is open to local community and conducted telephone interview with librarians in these school libraries. The study results can be summarized as follows. First, most of the residents' perceived that reading cultural programs of school library are necessary and showed positive satisfaction on the currently running reading cultural programs. Moreover, the residents' perceived that the reading cultural programs had positive impact on the activation of school library. Second, although librarians in charge of school library were aware of the importance of the role of school library as local cultural center, it was shown that school library was not providing diverse reading cultural programs due to budget insufficiency.

This thesis develops a more realistic and applicable new set covering model that is adjusted and supplied by the existing set covering models, and induces an algorithm for solving the new set covering model, and applies the new model and the algorithm to an actual set covering problems. The new set covering model introduces a probabilistic covering aistance ($0{\eqslantless}p{\eqslantless}1$)or time($0{\eqslantless}p{\eqslantless}1$) instead of a deterministic covering distance(0 or 1) or time (0 or 1) of the existing set covering model. The existing set covering model has not considered the merit of the overcover of customers. But this new set covering model leads a concept of this overcover to a concept of the parallel system reliability. The algorithm has been programmed on the UNIVAC 9030 for solving large-scale covering problems. An application of the new set covering model is presented in order to determine the locations of the air surveillance radars as a set covering problem for a case-study.
