  • 본 논문에서는 다수의 공중무인기로 구성된 이동센서네트워크를 이용하여 유해 지역 또는 인력 접근이 제한된 지역 감시를 고려한다. 공중무인기는 기존 무인기와 달리 이동 제약이 적으며 기동성이 뛰어나 다양한 분야에서 활용이 가능하다. 그러나 다수의 공중무인기를 이용하여 센서네트워크 구축할 경우 지상 관제센터의 한정된 자원으로 인해 개별 공중무인기 제어에 한계가 있다. 따라서 최소한의 중앙 제어를 통한 신속한 네트워크 구축, 관심 지역으로 위치 이동 그리고 자율적 협업을 통한 센싱커버리지 최대화를 위한 알고리즘이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 공중무인기의 제한된 센싱 거리와 통신 거리를 바탕으로 다수의 공중무인기를 이용한 가상력 기반 협력 감시 네트워크 구성을 고려한다. 또한 시뮬레이션을 통해 관리자의 별도의 제어 없이 다수 공중무인기의 자율 감시 네트워크를 구축과 지역 감시가 가능함을 보인다.

Performance Comparison between Localized and Non-Localized Brain Wave Monitoring Network Topology in the Medical Hospital Area (의료병원구역의 지역화와 비지역화된 뇌파 감시망 토폴로지의 성능비교)

  • There are many researches related on the brain wave signals to monitor the state of human health. Especially, some patients in the medical hospital need to be monitored in case of emergencies such as a seizure, an epilepsy and so on. To support QoS of the brain wave network in the hospital is a vital issue and the Opnet simulator is used for this experiment. So the efficient network topology is required for the stability of the brain wave network service. The brain waves of the patients are collected from the sensor devices in the network. Two different sensor network topologies are suggested and simulated for the comparison of the network performance. One topology is localized and the other is non-localized network. The simulation is operated with the Opnet simulator.

A Generalized Measure for Local Centralities in Weighted Networks (가중 네트워크를 위한 일반화된 지역중심성 지수)

  • While there are several measures for node centralities, such as betweenness and degree, few centrality measures for local centralities in weighted networks have been suggested. This study developed a generalized centrality measure for calculating local centralities in weighted networks. Neighbor centrality, which was suggested in this study, is the generalization of the degree centrality for binary networks and the nearest neighbor centrality for weighted networks with the parameter ${\alpha}$. The characteristics of suggested measure and the proper value of parameter ${\alpha}$ are investigated with 6 real network datasets and the results are reported.

  • This research aims to identify the network formation process of wine industry based on patents for technological innovation focused on Shandong region. China government initiated supporting policy upbringing wine cluster in Shandong for regional economic development since 2006. First of all, China government focused on upbringing wine industry on the network formation process. Especially, it is evaluated that Shangdong region develops wine industry by research-oriented. Secondly, for the purpose of this research, the formation of network in Shandong region explained the strategy of Chinese government corresponded with growing wine industry. As a implication from the network formation process, this research confirmed that the wine industry grows industry-university-government linkages strategically according to government strategy with government policy integration integrating regional development.

  • This study explores that how the logic of network power in the existing digital content distribution structure works against local media. The limitless citation of local media content, in particular, is becoming more common in order to profit from network traffic while not giving appropriate remuneration for local media content. This study tried to demonstrate how network media dominance alienates local media material by using YouTube network analysis of TV Maile Shinmun. According to the research result, it was found that major news media tends to take profits from the local media interview by not properly indicating the source video, or reporting the core content of the local media interview, making it unnecessary to look for the original video source. Despite the viewpoint that the digital environment presents opportunities for local media, the current network logic would not benefit local media, which calls for the need that the digital content distribution strategy of local media develops a new order such as NFT, one of blockchain-based monetary system.h the help of information technology.

  • 지역복지계에서 대상자별 서비스 네트워크는 매우 중요한 일이다. 그 이유로 각 기관 및 단체간 서비스 재원 및 인력의 상호 협력과 중복성의 조정에 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 한국종교계사회복지협회, 한국사회복지협의회, 복지재단, 자원봉사단체 등의 전문가들이 협력하여 구성한 ‘복지서비스 네트워크’가 바로 ‘주민 통합서비스 실현을 위한 전국 네트워크’의 모태가 된다고 할 수 있다.

  • This paper aims to investigate the characteristics of innovation activities and informal networks of venture companies in Daegu region. The most important knowledge source of them for innovation is in house. The next are customers, competitors, and public supporters. And it was investigated that regional venture companies have participated in 1-5 informal network organizations. They primarily achieve such knowledges as, technologies, new business opportunities, and marketing information, through participation in informal networks. The reasons why they have taken part in informal networks are to get new informations and acquire new business opportunities. Particularly The informal networks between ventures companies and other regional economic actors have helped the regional venture companies to obtain more economic performance and to establish social capital, such as faith, with other economic actors.

  • In sensor networks, sensor nodes are usually distributed to manage the networks in continuous unique area, however as by the network property nodes can be located in several areas. The data gathering of distributed nodes to several areas can be different with current continuous area. Hence, the distributed networks can be differently managed to the current continuous networks. In this paper, we describe the data gathering of sensor nodes in distributed sensor areas. It is possible that sensor nodes cannot instantly connect the mobile sink, and the node operation should be considered. The real time data sending to the instant connection scheme of mobile sink can be implemented, but the property of mobile sink should be considered for the sink connection of distributed areas. In this paper, we analyze the proposed scheme by the simulation results. The simulation results show that the overall lifetime to the periodic data gathering method is longer than the threshold method.

  • Traffic can be localized by reducing the traffic load on the physical network by causing traffic to be generated at the end of the packet network. By localizing traffic, the IoT-based sensitive data-related security issues can be supported effectively. In addition, it can be applied effectively to the next-generation smart network environment without changing the existing network infrastructure. In this paper, a content priority scheme was applied to smart network-based IoT data. The IoT contents were localized to efficiently pinpoint the flow of traffic on the network to enable smart forwarding. In addition, research was conducted to determine the effective network traffic routes through content localization. Through this study, the network load was reduced. In addition, it is a network structure that can guarantee user quality. In addition, it proved that the IoT service can be accommodated effectively in a smart network-based environment.
