Impact of Work Value Perceived by Chinese Post-90s Employees on Their Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention (90년대생 중국 근로자가 인식하는 직업가치가 직무만족과 이직의도에 미치는 영향)

  • Owing to COVID-19 pandemic and global recession, enterprises are facing more and more fierce competition. Under this situation, retaining as much as recruiting good employees has become a top priority for organization. However, post 90s, with very different characteristics from traditional workers, entered the labor market, and both employers and employees suffered from post-90's high turnover rate. Therefore, this study focuses on Chinese post-90s and examined the effects of work values they pursue (utilitarian orientation, interest congruence, long-term development, and innovativeness) on job satisfaction and turnover intention. In addition, the groups with less than or more than one year of service were compared and analyzed. A total of 267 Chinese workers born in the 90s participated in the survey. Our research findings show that utilitarian orientation affects both job satisfaction and turnover intention, but interest congruence only affects job satisfaction while innovation only affects turnover intention. And the moderating effect of tenure of service was partially verified. Various implications based on the result were discussed.

  • Due to the social distancing in the Corona era, people are looking for an alternative online. As 'eXtended Reality' including various technologies, AR, VR and so on, is also on the rise, and the 'MZ' generation is growing to a new consumer group, the Meta-Verse is again in the spotlight. However, existing studies related to the Meta-Verse were mostly listing fragments of definition and classification or focused on eXtended Reality technologies and a subordinate concept. Hence, this study wold like to conduct an empirical analysis to verify influences of Metaverse's characteristic factors over word-of-mouth intention through flow and satisfaction.

  • 한국과학기술정보연구원(이하 KISTI)은 지난 13년 간 전사적으로 품질제고전략, 서비스만족전략, 이미지 제고전략 등 3대 고객만족 추진전략을 수립하여 체계적인 "고객만족경영시스템(CSM : Customer Satisfaction Management)"을 구축하고 이를 강화하기 위한 노력을 기울여 왔다. 본 연구의 목적은 순고객추천지수(Net Promoter Score:NPS)를 활용하여 과학기술지식인프라(ScienceON) 정보서비스를 경험한 500명의 의사결정자를 대상으로 과학기술정보서비스에 대한 고객 만족 및 고객충성도를 측정하였다. 특히 연구결과는 정량적인 측정모델(KCSI-ST)을 보완하고 고객만족도 수준에 따라 비추천 고객, 중립 고객, 추천 고객 등을 예측할 수 있는 모델이다. 이와 같은 고객의 긍정적이거나 부정적인 구전으로 급속도로 노출되는 환경에서 고객의 만족도를 분석함으로써 기관의 주요 서비스별 고객을 확보하는데 사전 예측자료로 활용될 수 있다고 본다.

Affecting Factors of Communication Satisfaction through the Perceived Media Richness : Focusing on Korea Photonics Technology Institute (지각된 매체 풍요도에 따른 커뮤니케이션 만족의 영향효과 : 한국광기술원을 중심으로)

  • Computer-mediated communication(CMC) media has various forms through the technical improvements of computer and network, and CMCs communication methods are also comparative free rather than any other existing media without the limitation of time and space. Various CMC media were adopted by a lot of organizations for their communication tool. Thus, it is important to understand relationships of affecting factors to user's communication satisfaction for choosing the effective CMC media in their organizations. In this paper, we identify factors that may affect the communication satisfaction of users that has utilized the CMC media, and validate empirically the relationships between the identified factors in KOPTI. In the research model developed and described herein, perceived media richness was significantly associated with communication satisfaction and perceived usefulness was significantly associated with perceived media richness. Furthermore, perceived ease of use was significantly associated with perceived usefulness.

  • Businesses recognize the importance of empathy among members for achieving organizational goals. Accordingly, they have developed and implemented communication programs aimed at enhancing mutual understanding between the MZ generation and the older generation. However, recent communication programs conducted by businesses differ in that they involve compulsory participation driven by the organization. This study sought to empirically examine their effectiveness. Data was collected from 697 participants in communication programs to validate the proposed research model, which was empirically tested through regression analysis. The results of the analysis confirmed the effectiveness of communication programs even in non-voluntary situations and highlighted intergenerational perception differences. The findings of this study emphasize the significant role of communication and empathy within organizations. Consequently, they have impacted the development of communication strategies and culture within organizations, and are expected to provide theoretical and practical insights valuable to researchers and practitioners interested in intergenerational perception differences from a knowledge management perspective.

사회적기업에 대한 대학생의 자아이미지 일치성과 가치일치성이 애호도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: SEN 동아리를 중심으로

  • 최근 사회적기업의 빠른 성장세와 중요성에도 불구하고 대부분의 사회적기업은 영세한 사업규모, 정부에의 재정적 의존, 전문 경영 인력과 지식의 부재, 소비자의 낮은 인지도 등 많은 한계를 갖고 있다. 따라서 사회적기업의 경제적 자립을 위한 마케팅 분야의 실증적 연구가 필요하지만 현재 이에 대한 선행연구는 미미한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 (1) 사회적기업의 이미지와 소비자의 자아이미지 일치성, (2) 사회적기업의 상품에 대한 소비자의 기대수준과 실제 성과와의 기능적 일치성, (3) 사회적기업 상품이 내포하는 사회적 가치와 소비자의 가치일치성이 사회적기업에 대한 고객만족과 애호도에 미치는 영향을 살피고, 이 과정에서 사회적기업 동아리 소속 여부의 조절적 역할을 확인하여 사회적기업의 장기적인 마케팅에 시사점을 주고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자아이미지 일치성, 기능적 일치성, 가치 일치성은 모두 사회적기업의 소비자가 사회적기업과 그 상품에 대한 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 애호도를 형성하게 한다. 둘째, 사회적 기업 동아리 소속여부는 자아이미지 일치성, 기능적 일치성, 가치일치성이 고객만족에 미치는 영향의 민감도를 낮추는 조절변수로 나타나 사회적기업에 대한 만족에 있어 동아리 활동이 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 파악되었다.

Impact of Transformational Leadership and Internal Marketing on Management Performance with the Mediation of Job Satisfaction and Customer Orientation: Focus on Clothing Store Managers (변혁적 리더십, 내부마케팅이 구성원들의 직무만족, 고객지향성을 매개로 경영성과에 미치는 영향: 의류매장 관리자를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine how the variables of managerial competencies, namely transformational leadership, internal marketing, and structural influences, affect managerial performance through job satisfaction and customer orientation, by focusing on managers of clothing stores. Furthermore, the study aims to draw implications in connection with academic or practical start-ups that can improve management performance. Through examples of transformational leadership, internal marketing, and management performance of the previous study, the significance of the study is further stressed. Also, based on the previous study, this study empirically analyzes what results can be expected, focusing on managers of retail clothing stores, department stores, franchise stores, etc. In this study, we conduct an empirical analysis of 305 managers of retail clothing stores, department stores, franchise stores, etc. Because the results of the empirical analysis are from experiments at clothing stores first, it is found that managers' transformational leadership must go through a mediating effect process, which is job satisfaction for management performance. Second, it is found that transformational leadership must also go through a mediating effect process, which is customer orientation for management performance. Third, it is found that internal marketing must also go through a mediating effect process, which is job satisfaction for management performance. Therefore, as the researcher sought to verify, there is a complete mediating effect in retail clothing stores, department stores, franchise stores, etc., and it is confirmed that its role is significant. A study on whether or not entrepreneurship, as a control variable, affects business performance is conducted to find the statistical values that can be determine management performance when managers of retail clothing stores, department stores, and franchise stores answer entrepreneurial surveys with education- and knowledge-intensive backgrounds. As a result, with the statistical figures, it is confirmed that the managers are striving to improve their management performance based on their education- and knowledge-intensive backgrounds. Based on the research results, this study tried to test the parameters that can improve the management performance through empirical analysis centering on managers, Furthermore, the study attempted to draw implications for academic, practical, and start-ups that can improve management performance.

  • By conducting a survey on Vietnamese customers' attitude towards domestic and international franchise coffee shops, the purpose of this research is to examine the impacts of service quality and customer equity on customer satisfaction, customer trust and customer loyalty. Based on this research's results, solutions for service improvements were considered to help franchise coffee shops improve customer satisfaction, customer trust and customer loyalty. Specific results were as follows. First results suggest that service quality has positive impact on customer satisfaction and customer trust. Secondly, in terms of customer equity, relationship equity has positive impacts on customer satisfaction and customer trust; However, although brand equity has positive impacts on customer satisfaction, it does not affect customer trust. Finally, customer trust has direct and positive influences on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Based on these results, this research proposes practical and theoretical implications and limitations for future research.

  • Competition in the OTT (Over the Top) service market is getting fiercer since global OTT services enter the domestic market and existing platforms are actively reorganized. As powerful competitors with ultra-luxurious content continue to enter the marke with diversity required by users, various efforts are required for OTT service platforms to prevent subscriber churn in order to generate continuous revenue. Thus, this study tried to examine the effect of OTT service characteristics on continuous use intention through an empirical analysis based on Expectation-Confirmation Model(ECM). A total of 386 responses were collected from individuals who have experience or are currently using OTT service and analyzed using AMOS 24. Results show that content curation, content richness, and audience activity had a significant effect on expectation confirmation. Also, expectation confirmation had a significant effect on perceived usefulness and user satisfaction while perceived usefulness had a significant effect on user satisfaction, significantly influencing continuous intention to use OTT. Finally, price fairness was found to strengthen all proposed relationships. The findings are expected to provide useful information for service and content development for subscriber retention, which has the most direct impact on revenue generation of OTT service providers.
