  • 본 고에서는 멀티미디어 서비스를 위한 인터넷 QoS(Quality of Service) 기술요소를 살펴보았다. 즉 Intserv/RSVP 기반의 플로우 단위의 품질보장기술, Diffserv에 의한 CoS(class of service) 기술, SBM과 같은 대역폭관리기술 등을 살펴보고 이들 요소기술이 조합된 예를 살펴보았다. 또한 차세대 인터넷에서의 SLS(Service Level Specification)를 고찰했다.

  • 식품산업의 발전에 따라 제과제빵 기술도 급속하게 발전하여 제과제빵에 쓰이는 재료도 그 종류가 아주 다양해졌다. 좋은 품질의 빵 과 과자를 만들기 위해서는 무엇보다도 좋은 재료의 선택이 중요한데 좋은 재료를 선택하기 위해서는 재료에 관한 정확한 지식이 필수적이다. 따라서 이번 호에서는 제과제빵 재료중 제빵에 사용되는 밀가루, 물, 이스트, 식염과 같은 주재료와 제빵의 가공적성 및 기호성을 높여주는 유지, 감미료, 유가공제품등의 부재료에 관하여 기술하고자 한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 DiffServ망의 EF PHB를 이용해 구현한 프리미엄 서비스를 UDP및 TCP 플로우에 적용하였을 때 나타나는 특성을 측정 및 분석함으로써, DiffServ망을 이용하여 고품질의 서비스를 제공받고자 하는 서비스 사용자에게 미치는 영향을 제시하였다.

  • In the field of user interface design for interactive product, it is becoming more important than ever to understand emotional quality and its characteristics. By a series of experiments on emotional quality of user interface, this paper aimed to develope a systematic approach to investigating emotional quality. First, a emotional quality framework that consists of 6 dimensions (Usefulness, Easy of Use, Aesthetics, Stimulation, Identification, and Harmony) and 18 elements was developed through two experiments that users and UI expert participated in. Second, by conducting a user survey based on the emotional quality framework, it was illustrated how various emotional qualities of interactive product can be evaluated and what effects they have on overall satisfaction of the product. Finally, this paper analyzed the relative importance of emotional quality dimensions and the contextual factors that change emotional quality, and provided basic knowledge related to the construction of emotional quality for the succeeding studies.

  • As Chinese luxury consumption is rapidly expanding and dominant in global luxury market, it becomes very critical to understand Chinese consumers' luxury consumption pattern. Under this circumstance, this study empirically tested the impacts of Chinese consumers' perceived service quality of luxury stores and extended self of luxury on luxury purchasing intention. The result of this study is as follows. First of all, Chinese consumer' perceived service quality of luxury store and extended self of luxury have positive impacts on luxury purchasing intention. However, Chinese consumer' extended self of luxury has partial interaction impact on luxury purchasing intention. From the results, to promote Chinese consumers' luxury consumption, marketers must improve the service quality of luxury store and extended self of luxury. This research not only enrich theoretical knowledge about Chinese consumers' luxury purchase behavior, but also assist marketer to develop luxury marketing strategies in China.

A Study on the Important Factors for Accounting Information Quality Impact on AIS Data Quality Outcomes (회계정보 품질에 영향을 미치는 요인이 회계정보시스템 데이터 품질에 미치는 영향)

  • AIS is one of the most critical systems in any organization. Data quality plays a critical role in a knowledge-based economy. The objective of this study is to identify the most important factors for accounting information quality and their impact on AIS data quality outcomes. This study includes an extensive literature review to identify a set of CSF for data quality. The study uses empirical data to test the research hypothesis and resluts show that the top three most important factors that affect AIS's data quality are toop management commitmentm the nature of the AIS and input controls. The study further uses regression analysis to test the effect of those factors on AIS data quality, finding that there is a significant positive relationship between the perceived performance of the three factors and AIS data quality putcomes. To be develop to AIS data quality further study for CSF's control methodology is necessary.

A Fault Diagnosis System of Glass Melting furnace Using A Fuzzy Export System (퍼지 전문가 시스템을 이용한 유리 용해로 이상 감시 시스템 구축 사례)

  • This paper presents an application result of on-line fault diagnosis system for glass melting furnace using a fuzzy expert system. Operators maintain the furnace using the furnace Knowledge and experience, which directly influence the furnace and glass product. Firstly, knowledge and experience is achieved and analyzed to implement the furnace Knowledge and experience into fuzzy expert system. The acquired Knowledges determined as a crisp rule or a fuzzy rule to expect its characteristics. And, a linear regression is used as the input of fuzzy rule to consider the exact knowledge of human operator. The fuzzy expert system is implemented with G2 which is an on-line expert system tool of Gensym Co. The application to a production furnace of Samsung-Corning Co. in Suwon shows successful results of proposed fuzzy expert system.
