Knowledge Management is presented as the management method having the survival and competition of enterprise under variously changing management environment. Knowledge Management is introduced recently as successful survival strategy of advanced enterprise. Scientifically, however, the definition. study model and propulsion method of KM leave much to be desired, and now it has become the subjects of active study among scholars. To creation of the competitive power of the company have to be important knowledge based continuous innovation. That is to say, the knowledge management means a lot to knowledge assets included knowledge, knowledge creating, sharing, and acting This study aims to propose models on the research result based a case study of the financial industry in knowledge creating processes(SECI) and deriving knowledge management styles in the flied works of the bank.

The purpose of the present study is to analyze how and to what degree multinational companies organize and operate their supply chains in accordance with the strategic resource of knowledge in their multinational management, and what kind of influence knowledge oriented global supply chain management has on the management performance of multinational corporations. For this purpose, the current research proposed a measurement model to provide specific shape to the concept of knowledge oriented global supply chain management by adopting the knowledge creation process proposed by Nonaka (1994), and conducted an empirical analysis of what kind of impact the knowledge management system and the knowledge creation process of companies have on the performance of their global supply chain management. The result of the empirical analysis of 113 multinational companies verified the validity and reliability of the measurement model proposed in this study. In addition, the comparative study of the sampled companies by grouping them according to the level of knowledge orientation in global supply chain management indicated that the enterprises that effectively manage the knowledge created within the global supply chain presented overall superiority on the performance of global supply chain management.

본 연구는 기존 IS 연구 분야에 있어서 지식경영연구의 주된 연구 방향은 무엇인지, 그리고 기존의 지식경영연구들이 다루고 있는 지식경영의 특성과 내용에 따른 지식타입은 어떤 종류가 있는지를 연구 분류 프레임워크를 적용하여 알아보았다. 기존의 산발적인 지식경영 연구의 분류 방법론을 종합한 연구 분류 프레임워크에 준하여, 지식경영 연구의 국내외 주요 학술지 6종을 선정하여 1999년 이후 5년간의 추이를 분석하였다. 연구의 결과, 연구 분류 프레임워크의 세 가지의 대 분류인 지식경영 프로세스, 지식변환 형태, 그리고 지식경영 연구 분석단위로 본 지식경영 연구는 조직 내 지식활용 프로세스에 대한 연구가 가장 많이 이루어졌고, 그 뒤로 조직 간 및 개인 지식활용 프로세스 연구, 조직 간 및 조직 내 지식전이 및 공유 프로세스 순으로 지식경영 연구가 수행된 것으로 나타났다. 한편 지식활용프로세스이외의 개인 분석단위의 연구와 지식창조 프로세스에 대한 연구는 전반적으로 거의 수행되지 않은 결과를 볼 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과로 지식경영 관련 연구들에서 나타나는 연구의 최근 경향을 밝혀내고, 향후 지식경영 연구에 있어서 기초연구로서의 역할과 균형적 연구 발전 방향에 대한 제시를 할 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문의 목적은 인간과 시스템의 상호작용에 의한 컨텐츠 생성을 가능하게 함으로써 회의공간에서의 지식창조 프로세스를 지원하는데 있다. 회의에 있어서 발표자료는 기존의 조직이 보유 하고 있는 유형 지식인 컨텐츠 리소스들에 발표자의 지식이 더해진 산물로서 기존의 조직의 지식과 회의에서 창조되는 새로운 지식 사이의 가교역할을 담당한다. 본 논문에서는 R&D 회의를 대상으로 이러한 회의에서의 새로운 지식 창조의 기반이 되는 발표자료의 작성을 지원하는 적응형 컨텐츠 생성 시스템 (Adaptive Contents Generation System)을 제안하였다. 제안 시스템을 구현하기 위하여 먼저 기존의 조직이 가지고 있는 자원인 구성원 정보, 프로젝트 및 미팅 정보, 컨텐츠 리소스들을 체계적으로 관리하기 위한 Ontology를 구축하였다. 이렇게 구축된 Ontology를 기반으로 제안 시스템은 회의, 발표자, 참가자들의 상황과 생성되는 컨텐츠의 종류에 적합한 Fragment 들을 추출하고 이들을 하나의 컨텐츠로 구조화하여 사용자에게 제공한다. 또한 사용자가 시스템으로부터 생성된 컨텐츠를 수정하고 시스템은 이를 반영할 수 있는 환경을 제공함으로써 시스템이 가지고 있는 지식에 사용자 자신의 지식을 더하여 표현할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 논문은 시스템과 인간의 협업 작업에 의한 인간 기능의 확장뿐만 아니라 조직의 지식경영 및 효율적인 컨텐츠 관리를 지원하는 데에 그 의의를 둘 수 있다.

For the purpose of new‘organizational knowledge centric knowledge management’, this paper proposes the knowledge creating organizational memory which shows the knowledge creation in organization according to the dialectical circulation between the domain knowledge and the task knowledge, based on the Yin Yang theory. This paper defines two kinds of organizational knowledge such as the domain knowledge and task knowledge and designs them in the pursuit of its lifecycle. Knowledge creating organizational memory is designed to three knowledge components that circulate through the domain knowledge and the task knowledge according to the object-oriented methodology. Organizational knowledge is designed into the graphical structure of ( i ) knowledge ( ⅱ ) relation between knowledge objects and ( ⅲ ) degree of relation, which receive the legacy of organizational knowledge such as data schema, process model and knowledge base. This design of organizational knowledge can be applied to CBR(Case Based Reasoning), one of knowledge mining tools to create new organizational knowledge.

기업 간 공동의사결정은 기업의 업무 효율성 향상을 통하여 기업의 성과에 영향을 미친다. 두 기업이 상호 목표를 동시에 이루기 위해서는 협력적 공동의사결정이 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 따라서 협력적 의사결정의 선행요인과 결과요인을 파악하고 실증적 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 PLS 통계적 방법을 이용하여 제시된 가설을 검증하였으며, 그 결과 상대기업의 지식창조 능력, 기입간 프로세스 모듈화, 기업간 신뢰가 기업간 협력적 의사결정에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 결과적으로 업무성과와 기업성과를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다.

Recently, due to the continuous changes in the business environment and increased competition, enterprises are introducing technology management to increase their value and enhance their competitiveness. In this study, based on the structural equations model, we investigated the effects of the core success factors of knowledge management on job fidelity and organizational performance and the mediating effects of organizational learning. In addition, organizational culture and information technology and process were assumed to be the key factors affecting knowledge management, and organizational learning was represented by experimental learning, indirect learning, and shared learning. As a result, it was found that knowledge management positively affects business fidelity and organizational performance and, even when it is mediated by organizational learning, it positively affects business fidelity and organization performance directly or indirectly. Therefore, we were able to confirm the importance of utilizing knowledge management in companies and to suggest an appropriate application scope for applying knowledge management and organizational learning.

Among many design processes such as learning, storing, retrieving and applying, the process that learns design knowledge is very important for producing creative results that solve design purposes in design computations. The computer should have the ability similar to human in learning design knowledge. It should recognize not only physical properties but also high level design knowledge constructed from the first level physical properties. The high level design knowledge are recognised in terms of isometric translation relationships. This paper explains properties of isometric translation and methods how the computer can recognize high level shape design knowledge using shape pattern representation.
