This study unpackes semiotic character of knowledge classification and wants to know how sign structure of classification effects on canon and banned book etc, and by this impact stems from the semoitic structure structurally, discusses coidentity between banned book and internet in social and cultural structure aspect. and proposes way for understanding and interpretation text like mass media using structuralism theory.

This study explored how Korean immigrants education, length of stay and English fluency affect their political socialization, mediated through traditional news media and the news Web use. Political socialization included political knowledge, interest, and participation. The media usage patterns included U.S. news media, U.S. news Web, Korean news Web, and Korean news Media use by Korean immigrants in the United State. This study found as follows. First, education, length of stay, and English fluency indirectly increased political socialization(political knowledge, interest, and participation) through their relationship with U.S. news media use. Second, U.S. news Web played a potentially important role in Korean immigrants' political socialization by increasing their political interest. Third, Korean news media partly contributed to Korean immigrants' political socialization by increasing their political interest. Fourth, Korean news Web use did not contribute to Korean immigrants' political socialization in terms of political knowledge, interest, and participation at all. In conclusion, this study found that traditional news media's role was more important than news Web's one in the process of immigrants' political socialization to the host society.

공인인증서의 사용은 꾸준히 증가하고 있으나 증가하는 사용량에 비례하여 하드디스크에 저장된 공인인증서 해킹으로 인한 피해 사례가 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 정부는 하드디스크 내 공인인증서 저장을 금지하고 이동형 저장매체에 저장하도록 하는 방침을 내놓았다. 또한 모바일 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서는 중앙의 스토리지에 데이터가 저장되기 때문에 공인인증서를 중앙 스토리지에 저장하는 것은 매우 위험한 일이다. 이러한 방침으로 인해 앞으로 USB 메모리 및 스마트폰과 같은 이동형 저장매체에 대한 중요성이 높아질 것이며, 분실 위험이 높은 USB 메모리 및 스마트폰의 특징에 따라 인증서가 저장된 저장매체 없이도 인증서를 사용할 수 있는 방안이 필요하게 될 것이다. 본 논문은 일회용 인증서에 대한 요구사항 분석 및 형식을 설계하고, PKI 인증서를 기반으로 경량화된 일회용 인증서를 발급받아 인증서를 사용할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 모바일 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 일회용 인증서를 이용한 권한 관리 기술을 제안하여 안전성과 효율성을 제공하도록 하였다.

정보기술혁명에 의해 대량의 정보와 지식이 다양한 매체에 기록되어 있는 지금, 기록의 중요성을 인식하고 효과적으로 관리하여 새로운 정보와 지식을 창조하고, 인류 기억의 보고의 풍부한 전승을 꾀하여, 이것에 의해 사회의 진보와 발전에 공헌할 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 그 때문에 디지털 시대에 기록관리의 역할이 광범위하게 논의되어야 하며, 다면적으로 검토, 연구되어야 한다. 그러나 종이 필름 전자매체에 관계없이, 기록관리시스템을 도입하고 장기에 걸쳐 유지관리하지 않으면 아니 되었다. 지금까지는 민간기업이나 각 관청에서 일시적으로 기록관리 시스템을 도입하여 활용하였으나, 대부분 일시적으로 활용하였을뿐 지속적인 유지관리를 시행하여 온 기관이 적은 실정이다. 앞으로는 지속적이고 체계적인 기록관리시스템의 구축과 유지가 더욱 더 필요한 것이다. 또한 기록관리에 대한 제반 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 일본 한국 중국 등 극동아시아지역에 있어서의 기록관리학회가 긴밀한 협력관계에 구축하고, 기록관리의 보급과 사회적 지위의 향상을 목표로 노력해야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to generate the local level knowledge structure of a single document, similar to end-of-the-book indexes and table of contents of printed material through the use of term clustering and cluster representative term selection. Furthermore, it aims to analyze the functionalities of the knowledge structure. and to confirm the applicability of these methods in user-friend1y information services. The results of the term clustering experiment showed that the performance of the Ward's method was superior to that of the fuzzy K -means clustering method. In the cluster representative term selection experiment, using the highest passage frequency term as the representative yielded the best performance. Finally, the result of user task-based functionality tests illustrate that the automatically generated knowledge structure in this study functions similarly to the local level knowledge structure presented In printed material.

디지털 혁명과 새로운 매체환경 변화로 이제 잡지산업은 잡지언론으로서의 역할과 지식산업으로서 성장하기 위한 새로운 전략이 요구되는 시점에 서 있다. 컴퓨터와 정보통신의 결합은 새로운 공동체와 새로운 소통양식을 낳았다. 특히 새로운 소통양식에서는 개인 정보 발신자를 등장시켰는데 독립웹진이 그 예라 할 수 있다. 송신측면에서는 단일 거대 미디어 업체가 정보내용과 정보유통을 독점하는 구조가 흔들릴 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 고등학생 교육대상자들의 특성을 고려하여 구강보건교육을 매스미디어를 활용한 교육매체를 직접 제작하여 지식전달인 지적 영역과 태도변화인 정의적 영역, 행동의 변화인 정신운동 영역을 살펴보았다. 이에 매스미디어를 활용한 보건교육의 장점은 더 개발하고, 단점은 보완하여 교육대상자들에게 흥미도를 높혀 관심을 가지고 행동의 변화를 보일 수 있도록 해야겠으며, 일회성인 교육매체 자료 보다는 사이버 공간에서도 교육대상자가 언제든지 다시 볼 수 있도록 하여 계속관리 교육이 되도록 할 수 있다.

IT 와 비즈니스가 융합화 되고 정보가 디지털화 됨에 따라 그에 대한 저장매체도 점점 더 다양해지고 있다. 그 중 이동성이 편리하고 휴대하기 간편한 스마트폰을 활용하여 개인 정보를 주고 받고 이를 이용한 비즈니스가 현재 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 소셜 네트워크 서비스 이용이 급격히 증가함에 따라 개인 정보 보안에 대한 중요성은 점점 더 강조 되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 디지털 포렌식 분석 방법을 이용하면 스마트폰에서 지원하는 서비스 형태에 따라 텍스트, 이미지, 동영상 등의 개인 정보를 수집 및 분석이 가능하다. 또한 디지털 포렌식의 관점에 따라 스마트폰 에서 사용되고 있는 애플리케이션의 로그 정보를 수집 및 분석함으로써 스마트폰의 저장 장치에 남겨진 기록들을 훼손 없이 그대로 보존시키고 디지털 증거 자료로 활용이 가능해 사이버 범죄에 대한 신속한 해결이 가능하다.

급변하는 도서관 내외의 정보 환경 변화에 따라 미래 도서관은 지식 수집과 정보 제공이라는 본연의 역할을 더욱 강화하는 방향으로 나아갈 것인지, 아니면 디지털 기술과 인터넷을 통한 정보 공유가 도서관 무용론으로 이어질 것인지 그 어느 때보다 커다란 도전에 직면해 있다 할 것이다. 기존의 도서관 장서가 전자책(e-book), 전자저널 등 디지털 매체로 대체되고 있으며, 디지털도서관 프로젝트에 의한 자료의 접근환경이 변화하는 상황에서 미래 도서관에서 장서의 변화를 조망하고 그 대응 전략을 살펴보고자 한다.

To deal with a new environment of information technologies in the 21 Century, many libraries around the world have made great efforts to develop online knowledge-information services. In Korea, the National Library initiated an online knowledge-information services, in 2008. Through case studies and practical tests of online knowledge-information services, this article discusses plans for developing . The article explores definitions and types of online knowledge-information services, and analyzes online knowledge-information services in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Korea. Futhermore, practical reviews on the four services are conducted through 'question-answer' tests. As a result, the article discusses present and future tasks for improving .
