The objective of this study is to design an automatic abstracting system through the analysis of natural language texts. For this purpose a knowledge-based system operating on the basis of domain knowledge was developed. The procedure of generating an abstract consists of three steps: (1) A knowledge-base containing domain knowledge necessary to understand a text is constructed using frame and semantic network structures,and preliminary abstracts are prepared for various cases. (2) Input text is analysed on the basis of domain knowledge in order to extract information filling slots of the abstract with. (3) A Preliminary abstract corresponding to the input text is called and filled with the information, completing the abstract.

With rapidly changing technological implementation of operating systems of businesses, the Ministry of foreign affairs (MOFA) of the Republic of Korea (ROK) has been undergoing digital transformation to its overall operations with the intent to innovate information and knowledge management (IKM) strategies since the mid-2000s. However, assessment as to the effectiveness of implemented IKM has been inadequately analyzed. This study aims to assess the concepts and limitations of the MOFA's current IKM strategies and the methods it employs to deliver its IKM framework, in light of strengthening the organizational ambidexterity and absorptive capacity, and also fostering organizational innovation through a qualitative study that involves interviews and analysis of reports from MOFA. The MOFA's IKM possesses dynamic capabilities to adapt to changing digital technologies. However, the institution's IKM is constrained by limitations associated with the utilization of the IKM system such as a structure that handles confidential documents and a lack of a collaborative system for IKM, and external limitations such as changes in the domestic political situation governing MOFA's priorities and the hierarchy of government organizations. Consequently, developing the organizational ambidexterity and absorptive capacity was not possible. To develop an IKM framework for organizational innovation, the MOFA must devise a way to minimize the impact of external changes by overcoming internal limitations. To that end, a detailed study on the development of a practically usable IKM system should include establishing a dialogue between job groups and enhancing employee competency in preparation for a changing environment.

지식경영(KM)은 기존의 여타 혁신활동과는 달리 조직문화 및 제도의 변화를 기반으로 하여 새로운 지식이 창출, 공유, 활용되도록 하자는 한 차원 발전된 개념임. 따라서, 지식경영의 추진은 필연적으로 기업의 총체적 변화를 요구하게 되고 이것을 뒷받침하기 위한 프로세스의 변화 및 정보시스템의 구축, 변화관리 등이 필요하게 됨. 금일 강의에서는 LG-EDS시스템이 지식경영 도입과 실행을 위해 구체적으로 어떤 활동을 전개하였고 이를 통해 어떤 변화를 이루었는지에 대해 소개하고 그간의 경험으로부터 얻게 된 know-how 등의 암묵적 지식(Tacit Knowledge)\`을 공유코자 함.

가상기업이란 특정 프로젝트기 끝나면 해체할 수 있는 전략적 제휴에 의해 임시적으로 형성되는 조직체이다. 본고에서는 21세기형 조직모델로 가상기업 모델을 제시하고 그리고 정보기술의 응용으로 어떻게 이러한 형태의 가상공동체를 형성하고 관리할 수 있는지 고찰해보고, 21세기 지식경영시대에 가상기업경영을 위한 지식정보시스템 구축의 예를 소개한다.

컴퓨터 기술의 발달은 사회 여러 분야에서 획기적인 변화를 가지고 왔고, 이러한 변화를 주도하는 인터넷, 웹, 멀티미디어, 네트？ 등은 특별한 주목을 받고 있다. 특히, 지식과 정보의 빠르고 정확한 전달은 변화의 핵심을 이루는 요소이다. 지식, 정보화 시대에서 네트웍을 통하여 전달되는 지식과 정보는 멀티미디어 데이터가 그 주종을 이루고 있고, 이러한 멀티미디어 데이터들은 기존의 문자위주의 데이터 정보에서와는 다른 성질들을 가지고 있기 때문에 새로운 문서 관리 시스템이 요구되어 진다. 따라서, 웹상에서는 사용자가 요구하는 멀티미디어 문서를 보다 효과적으로 생성하고 저장, 검색할 수 있는 기술이 요구된다 본 연구에서는 인터넷 중심의 정보교환 사회에서 생산적이며 효율적인 문서 공유 및 상호교환을 위해 차세대 인터넷문서의 표준인 XML을 기반으로 문서를 교환하며 이를 효과적으로 저장, 검색, 관리할 수 있는 시스템 모델을 제안하고자 한다.

As the world is rapidly changing into a knowledge-based information society, there is surprisingly increasing a great deal of knowledge. For this reason, various information systems have been constructed and operated to manage efficiently toward educational information resources. However, many different code systems are generally used for the lack of a standard management system. These different code systems have become significant factors hindering the efficiency of information co-ownership and practicability between each system. In this study, the author designed the Standard Data Code Management System and explored an efficient management program toward educational information resources.

최근 들어 중대형 컴퓨터 시스템에서 결함 진단 구조를 필수적으로 구비하는 추세에 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 추세에 따라 시스템에서 발생되는 결함을 탐지, 분석 후 해결 방안을 자동으로 제시해주는 결함분석기를 개발하였다. 결함 해결 방안은 결함분석보고서 형태로 제시되는데, 시스템 관리자는 결함분석보고서를 통해 결함 원인을 파악하고, 결함을 해결한다, 한편, 결함분석기가 효과적으로 결함분석을 하기 위해서는 지식기반 데이터베이스의 지속적인 유지, 관리가 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 지식기반 데이터베이스의 관리방법도 개선하였다.

For using the knowledge of experts diversely and efficiently, it is very important that the system could represent the complex knowledge in well structured manner and also adapt well to the frequent schema changes. In this paper, we propose an efficient method for knowledge base management by using XML based templates. In our proposed method, to solve the inefficiency of management of many XML documents, we represent the complex knowledge on XML-based templates, and manage the templates structurally by using a meta-template that defines relationship among the templates. In order to show the effectiveness of our method, we developed a knowledge base to formulate an exercise prescription for a subject and an application program to classify the subject's fitness. The experimental study shows that XML-based templates provide a flexible, extensible and structured way of representing expert knowledge. The inference using XML-based templates can be controlled systematically and efficiently by using meta-template.
