For health care professionals(HCPs) who have relatively higher possibility of exposing tuberculosis(Tb), it is important for them to equip with proper levels of knowledge and prevention activities. In terms of establishment of Tb education model for junior HCPs, therefore, literature review was done alongside 129 junior HCPs and 14 HCPs were asked to answer questionnaires and telephone survey. The results are follows.; Firstly, six educational themes such as epidermiology of Tb, Tb transmission and patho-physiology, test and diagnosis, latent Tb, Tb treatment, and Tb prevention were identified, based on the literature review. Secondly, the junior HCPs showed lower levels of knowledge regarding epidermiology, transmission and patho-physiology and latent Tb, compared to the other themes. When education courses are planned, longer period of time should be given to the lower level of knowledge areas. Thirdly, the HCPs emphasized that definition and type of Tb should be well integrated into the education in particular epidermiology education. They also responded that hospital infection and infection cycle of Tb need to be addressed during educational session about transmission and patho-physiology. in addition, they said that specific and detailed contents about diagnosis and group examination should be carefully delivered during the education, along with diagnosis, test and application of personal protective devices during education of latent Tb. They also answered that patient education and adverse effect of Tb medication should be taught during Tb treatment session, as well as self activities of health promotion for junior HCPs and systematic TB education as key way of Tb prevention. As the findings were from limited numbers of respondents and contained the sampling bias, the result has to be carefully interpretated prior to generalization. Therefore, further survey with larger study population is required in terms of development of Tb education model.

Knowledge graph-based question answering not only requires deep understanding of the given natural language questions, but it also needs effective reasoning to find the correct answers on a large knowledge graph. In this paper, we propose a deep neural network model for effective reasoning on a knowledge graph, which can find correct answers to complex questions requiring multi-hop inference. The proposed model makes use of highly expressive bilinear graph neural network (BGNN), which can utilize context information between a pair of neighboring nodes, as well as allows bidirectional feature propagation between each entity node and one of its neighboring nodes on a knowledge graph. Performing experiments with an open-domain knowledge base (Freebase) and two natural-language question answering benchmark datasets(WebQuestionsSP and MetaQA), we demonstrate the effectiveness and performance of the proposed model.

The purpose of this study is to develop learning modules for environmental education using goal-based scenarios and to examine their pedagogical benefits at the elementary educational level. To enhance environmental knowledge, skills, attitudes, and behavior, this research developed learning modules relevant to three sub-dimensions of environmental education: education about environment, education in environment, and education for environment. In particular, this study provided useful educational strategies based on students' everyday lives. The developed modules consisted of three parts: 1) acquiring knowledge concerning the cause of global warming, 2) practicing and internalizing environmental knowledge in students' everyday lives, and 3) extending and disseminating environmental knowledge and awareness to other people. After applying the modules, the students acquired knowledge regarding the causes of global warming through discussions with their peers, and furthermore, exercised pro-environmental behaviors in their everyday lives. Moreover, the participants created UCC to urge other people to act for environment.

Diagnosis is composed of two different but interrelated steps ; retrieving the sensory responses f the system and reasoning the state of the system through the given sensor data. This paper explains the probabilistic nature of reasoning involved in the diagnosis when the uncertainties are inevitably included in experts' diagnostic decision making. Uncertainties in decision making are experts' personal experiences, preferences, and system's coherent characteristics. In order to ensure a consistent decision based on the same responses from the system, expert system technology is adopted with the Bayesian reasoning scheme.

This paper models knowledge diffusion on an inter-organizational network. Based on literatures related to knowledge diffusion, the model considers critical factors that affect diffusion behavior including nodal property, relational property, and environmental property. We examine the relationships among network structure, knowledge search, and diffusion performance. Through a massive simulation runs based on the agent-based model, we find that the average path length of a network decreases a firm's cumulative knowledge stock, whereas the clustering coefficient of a firm has no significant relationship with the firm's knowledge. We also find that there is an interaction effect of network structure and the range of knowledge search on knowledge diffusion. Specifically, in a network of a larger average path length (APL) the marginal effect of search conduct is significantly greater than in that of a smaller APL.

새 천년을 맞이하면서 국내는 물론, 전세계가 새로 펼쳐질 미래의 생활상에 대한 기대찬 희망을 갖고있다. 우리생활 환경의 변화와 발전으로 더욱 많은 부분에서 혜택을 누리게 될 것이며 정보통신은 그 희망을 현실화하는 중요한 역할을 수행할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 21세기의 정보통신 산업은 눈부신 기술진보와 함께 정치경제 문화사회의 전분야에 걸쳐 통신 패러다임의 획기적 변화로 말미암아 통신정보산업을 그 필요성과 함께 더울 발전할 것이며, 정보와 지식을 널리 전파하는 핵심 산업으로 자리잡을 것이다. 논문에서는 현재의 선진국과 우리 나라의 정보화 현황과 정도를 살펴보고 2000년대의 정보통신기술을 전망하며, 이에 걸맞은 바람직한 정보통신정책 방향을 모색해 보고 정보통신 기술에 따른 정보격차 해소 방안은 무엇인지 제안해 보고자 연구하였다.

최근 IT분야의 눈부신 발전으로 Web 3.0의 시대를 맞아 유비쿼터스 시대에 점점 다가가고 있다. 그리하여, 일반 이용자도 전문 기술자들의 지식을 인터넷이나 스마트 폰과 같은 통신매체를 통해 쉽게 습득 할 수 있게 되어, 측량과 같은 전문적인 분야도 일반 사용자가 원할 때는 언제, 어디서나 사용할 수 있도록 하기 위해 연구를 진행 하였다. 본 논문의 목적은 전파를 통해 언제, 어디서나, 누구나 지식을 요하지 않아도 정적, 동적 객체 위치 개념의 정보, 해석, 관리 등을 할 수 있는 무선 측위 네트워크를 구축하기 위해, 실내에 무선 네트워크 망을 구성하여, 1차원 또는 2차원, 장애물 투과성, 이동 객체 대상물의 측위를 통하여, U-Surveying을 위한 기초 실험을 하였다.

In this study, we investigate the possibility of deploying a recently emerging Internet-based technology, called Web log or Blog, to address the problems of knowledge transfer and sharing, particularly in the case of tacit knowledge. We examined the use practice of four blogs and then identified several properties relevant to knowledge transfer and sharing. They include the specific style of blog format, content ownership attribution, posted article organization, communication tools and method, news feed function, and various links from/to outside websites. These features were argued to facilitate knowledge transfer and sharing. In particular, we discussed a great deal about the structure of comments and links as tools for collaboration and idea sharing, which enables the knowledge conversion processes (socialization, externalization, combination, and internalization), We then provide several guidelines to develop blogs as a knowledge management tool.

웹 기반 교육은 웹을 수단으로 하여 지식을 생성조직전파하는 새로운 교육방식이다. 웹이라는 거대한 정보기반과 인터넷이 제공하는 시간과 공간을 초월하여 이루어지는 상호작용성은 교육에 활용한다면 기존의 면대면 교육에서 부족했던 점을 보완할 수있다. 독립형 컴퓨터를 기반으로 하는 멀티미디어 코스웨어는 많이 있으나 그것을 웹에 적용한 것은 아직까지 드물다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 웹 기반 교수-학습에 대하여 고찰한 다음 웹에서 실행되는 대수 학습을 위한 웹 기반 코스웨어의 설계 구현한후 평가하여 그 결과를 교육현장에 활용하고자 한다.
