인터넷을 통해 커다란 정보네트워크를 형성하고 첨단 정보통신기술을 기반으로 한 각종 인프라를 통해 시공을 초월한 지식정보화 산업시대로 변모하면서 지식자산이 국가 경쟁력을 좌우하게 됐다. 한국발명진흥회는 최근 지적재산권 전문인재 육성을 위한 교육사이트,‘ 사이버국제특허아카데미(www.ipacademy.net)’를 개설했다. 5월 19일 발명의 날을 맞아 이 사이트를 소개한다.

The various concepts of knowledge such as Knowledge Management(KM). Intellectual assets and digital knowledge asset management are currently important issues among many organizations. To the country like Korea that has professed Itself for a great power of knowledge Information and adopted KM and Record and Information Management (RIM) as the country's main polity, the study on the theoretical basis and best practices of KM and RIM from the perspective of Library & Information science is very urgent. However, many studies on knowledge including KM were mainly done at the business administrative field. and the consolidated study basis on knowledge even in the Library & Information Sciences was quite in deficiency, furthermore any discussion on knowledge, correlation among related systems and the possibilities of cooperation as the development of Information communication has not been done. Therefore, this study is to present the alternative plan of the consolidated management on knowledge through comparative analysis on the definition, main function and trend of KM & RIM. Especially, this study would be the theoretical basis to the public organizations that plan to introduce KM & RIM.

Intangible assets for construction engineering consulting firms are very important for their valuation, because engineering consulting is typical knowledge-based business which creates value based on technical expertise and human resources. This paper presents the intangible asset classification model based on the concept of value creation in construction engineering consulting firm and proposes intangible asset valuation methodology using System Dynamics and survey data. Utilization of the valuation methodology presented in this paper would increase the public awareness of intangible assets in construction engineering consulting firm and, thus, contribute to the growth of the engineering consulting industry by realistic and accurate valuation of intangible assets.

장차전의 양상은 고도의 과학전, 타격수단의 다양화 등에 따라 고속이체기동전이 t행될 것이며, 이러한 전쟁양상은 정확하고, 보다 빠른 첩보와 정보의 수집 및 분석을 통하여 아군의 신속한 의사결정 및 대응을 요구한다. 이를 위하여 첩보와 정보 수집 및 분석을 자동화하기 위한 전장정보분석 자동화에 관한 연구가 국방과학연구소 주관으로 실시되고 있다. 따라서 이와 연계된 의사결정 자동화에 관한 연구가 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구는 이러한 요구에 부응할 수 있는 전장정보를 활용한 의사결정의 중요한 한 분야인 화력분배를 자동화하기 위한 전문가시스템의 지식베이스모듈에 대한 분석 및 설계에 관한 연구이다.기존에는 화력분야에 대한 아방책 선정까지를 자동화하는 전문가시스템 개발에 대한 연구가 수행되었으나, 본 연구에서는 자동화의 효율성을 높이기 위해서 아방책 선정에서 나아가 아군 화력자산의 파괴율을 고려하고, 지휘관의 의도에 부합하는 아군 화력자산을 배분하는 전문가시스템 개발에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 화력분배 자동화를 위하여 화력분배와 관련된 현행 업무 관련 지식을 획득 및 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 화력자산 분배를 위한 규칙도출 시 개념설계, 상세설계, 알고리즘제시, 규칙추출예시를 하였으며 본 연구결과의 기대효과는 본문을 참고 바란다.

With the virtual asset market's rapid growth, government regulations on listing and trading procedures are expected. However, specific measures are currently lacking. To ensure stable inclusion in the institutional framework, precise regulations are needed for market development and investor protection. This study compares self-regulatory guidelines of the top domestic virtual asset exchanges with Korea Exchange's Preliminary Listing Examination Standards (2022) to enhance timeliness and relevance. It defines IEO, IPO, and ICO concepts and addresses conflicts of interest in IEO. Analyzing delisted virtual assets, it categorizes issues and classifies listing examination guidelines into formal and qualitative requirements. The study examines self-regulatory guidelines based on continuity, transparency, stability, corporate characteristics, and investor protection criteria, along with five special requirements for virtual assets. Improvement measures include regular disclosures of governance structure, circulation volume, and the establishment of independent audit institutions. This research further analyzes delisting cases, classifies issues, and proposes solutions. Considering stock market similarities, it offers measures based on the institutional framework.

다가올 21세기를 한 마디로 규정짓는다면 정보화 사회라고 말할 수 있다. 이러한 정보화 사회는 국가의 힘과 부, 개인의 삶의 수준이 기술, 정보, 지식, 문화 등 지식 자산의 수준에 의하여 결정된다. 지적 자산의 수준은 본질적으로 개개인의 학습 능력과 창의력에 의존하고, 더 구체적으로는 정보를 획득하고 평가하는 능력, 정보를 조직하고 관리하는 능력, 정보를 해석하고 유통 활용하는 능력 등의 함양 여부에 달려 있다. 우리나라의 교육에서도 정보화 교육이 이루어지고는 있지만, 아직까지 초보적인 수준을 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 특히 각 교과 활동에서 정보를 수집, 분석, 유통, 활용하는 능력을 신장시키기 위한 다각적인 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이 논문에서는 초등학교에서 데이터베이스 개념활동을 통해 정보소양능력을 기르는 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 정보소양 능력을 향상하는 방안으로 기존의 컴퓨터를 통한 데이터베이스의 사전 지식이나 이론의 도입 없이 데이터베이스 개념을 통한 활동 중심적인 프로젝트를 수행함에 따라 자연스럽게 정보소양능력이 향상되는지 알아보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that affect professor startups and their performances in Universities in Korea. We included 5 categories of factors: University's size and reputation, University's technology commercialization staff number and startup deregulation, University's resources for research and technology commercialization, University's patents and professors' publication, and student startups. We analyzed 150 Universities, using Korean government's Academyinfo database, and additional data for University ranking and government's projects for University startups. Our analysis shows that Universities' fund amount for research and technology commercialization, Universities' amount of patents give a positive impact on Universities statistically significantly, while Universities' size or reputation does not. In addition, the amount of patents and startup projects funded by the government give a significantly positive impact on the annual sales of the professor startups. Furthermore, student startups are in a positive relationship with professor startups and their sales, showing a synergy effect between the two startup groups in Universities. The result implies that Universities and government need to focus on supporting patenting activities, providing technology commercialization funds, and collaboration activities between professors and students for their startup activities.

In literature, it has been widely accepted that knowledge management (KM) success ratio in private companies depends on the corporate size and type of industries. However, there are few studies concerning the procedures about building knowledge management system in state-run corporations. Especially. as the Korean Government advocated the slogan saying. The Strong Nation with Knowledge and Information, the need to investigate the knowledge management case about state-run corporations instead of private companies becomes more urgent. In this respect, this paper is aimed at introducing how knowledge management system has been successfully incorporated in KAMCO, and summarizing several fact findings which are deemed noteworthy for other similar studies.

Performance measurement in corporation administration is very important. Though there is measurement, grasp problem, and because can improve. Corporation's tangible measuring is possible by specific amount of money of financial statement or loss and gain statement etc. but corporation's intangible property measurement isn't objective and there is no quantitative measurement method. So this research presents model which can do size of construction corporation's intangible property(Intellectual Assets) through model that measure corporation's intellectual assets to do quantification objectively and wish to present development direction of measurement method.
