현재 국내 경제는 그 어느 때 보다 심각한 전환기에 처해 있다. 과거 한국이 갖고 있던 장점은 우수한 노동력이었으나 이제는 더 이상 경쟁력의 원천이 될 수 없다 남은 유일한 방법은 인적자원의 창조적 활용이다. 여기서 인적 자원은 산업사회의 단순한 노동력이 아닌 인력의 질, 즉 지식이다. 기업지식체계는 기업의 무형 지적자산을 체계적으로 창출, 축적, 활용하는 기반이며 지식경영의 핵심 기술이다. 본 논문은 지식 생산이 기업경쟁력 제고의 핵심으로 점차 그 중요성이 증대되고 있음을 주목하여 지식 창조적 기업 지식 체계를 위한 개념적 연구 모형을 제안한다 연구모형으로 우선 기업지식 창출과정이 소개되며 기업지식 형태와 연관관계가 파악된다. 이 지식창조과정에 근거하여 지식 사용자환경, 지식마이닝. 지식활용, 지식관리 서브시스템. 지식 리파지토리로 구성된 기업지식체계가 제시된다. 본 연구 모형은 향후 여타 지식경영 연구의 출발점으로 사용될 수 있도록 유연하게 구성되는데 중점이 주어졌다.

This research aims to analyze empirically the effects of learners' knowledge sourcing behavior on the knowledge utilization outcomes in a social learning community. This kind of virtual community is of service to users who not only produce but also share a variety of valuable knowledge which is created based on relationships and interactions among learners. In order to conduct the study, a group of learners was made of 55 undergraduate students who were majoring in social science. The data was collected by online survey at the end of the term and multiple regression methods have been used for empirical analysis. The study shows that dyadic knowledge sourcing and published knowledge sourcing both have significant effects on knowledge reuse and knowledge adaptation. In addition, knowledge adaptation and knowledge innovation were affected by group knowledge sourcing. The research results help to select appropriate knowledge sourcing behavior depending on one's purpose of knowledge use.

Main drivers of knowledge activities such as knowledge sharing and utilization are individual members of an organization and thus knowledge management strategies should be discussed in relationships with human resource management. This study analyzes the effects on knowledge sharing and knowledge utilization of human resource management practices such as training, participation in decision-making, performance appraisal and compensation system in local government. The results show that training and performance appraisal and compensation system are significantly influential factors for the knowledge sharing and knowledge utilization. Lessons and implications of this study for management leadership are presented.

Only requiring research reports or publishing articles as the final obligation of R&D activities is not sufficient to utilize and reproduce the knowledge information. Since a lot of important data have been ignored and missed by the public or private research institutions, it is not easy to manage and utilize R&D outcomes and to develope knowledge-intensive business as we expect. It is important and rather urgent matter that we should reexamine the related regulations/ laws of Intellectual Property and observe the practical problems of data utilization in real settings. This study reviewed recent studies about domestic R&D institutions, current regulations related IP, and some conflicts with the copyright, and then summarized the problems/ solutions of utilizing R&D information as knowledge assets.

This study examines whether firms' openness to external knowledge improves their innovative performance and what factors make openness more effective in generating innovation. Using 2008 Korean Innovation Survey in manufacturing sector, this study tests whether openness improves innovative performance and how absorptive capacity, small size and use of appropriation methods to a high degree influence the effect of openness on innovation in Korean manufacturing industries. This study finds the followings: First, the effect of openness varies depending on type of innovation. Openness is more effective for incremental innovation than for radical innovation. Second, there exists complementarity between openness and the R&D intensity when innovation is incremental. When the R&D intensity level is high, the effect of openness on incremental innovation is stronger than on radical innovation. Third, openness is more effective for small firms to perform radical innovation than incremental innovation. Fourth, when a firm uses appropriation methods to a high degree, openness is not effective for incremental innovation.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between tacit knowledge and creativity in early stage entrepreneurial ventures in which knowledge could be competitive asset. This study also analyze the moderating effect of social media use on the relationship of tacit knowledge and creativity. From total of 129 survey analysis, this study finds the positive relationship between tacit knowledge and creativity. The result also shows that social media has a moderating effect on the relationship between tacit knowledge and creativity with a negative path coefficient. That is, social media can reduce the positive effect of tacit knowledge on creativity. This research implies importance of tacit knowledge in early stage entrepreneurial ventures and suggests social media usage to improve creativity.

In today's knowledge-based industries, knowledge can be said to be a significant factor that has a decisive impact on corporate competitiveness. Recently, Korean construction companies have been going through a difficult period of time because of various negative domestic and foreign factors, such as economic decline and a continued sluggish domestic construction market, mainly due to the Korean government's real estate regulations and increasing competition from overseas companies with improved technologies. To help domestic construction companies navigate such an environment, this study empirically analyzes how the nature of corporate knowledge impacts the acquisition, transfer and deployment of knowledge within the organization of a company. Through such empirical analysis, we looked into how internal attributes of corporate knowledge affect the acquisition, transfer and application of such knowledge for domestic construction companies, with the application of the structural equation modeling (SEM). According to the results of this study, it is clear that the attributes of corporate knowledge have a significant impact on the acquisition, transfer and application of corporate knowledge, and therefore on the managerial performance of domestic companies.

요즈음 구축되는 지식기반시스템은 다목적, 다사용자에 의한 활용 필요성 때문에 지식베이스가 점점 커지고, 축적된 전문지식을 공유할 필요성이 점점 커진다. 따라서, 이렇게 형성된 여러개의 다양한 지식베이스를 지속적으로 관리할 수 있는 메카니즘이 필요하다. 이런 메카니즘의 구축에 객체 지향 데이타베이스 관리시스템의 기술과 지식 기반시스템의 기술이 통합 활용되어야 하기 때문에, 지식베이스의 확장과 응용 영역확대에 따른 데이타, 규칙, 그리고 지식의 공유 및 지속성을 유지하는 한편, 이에 필요한 추론방법의 변화를 분석하여 지식베이스가 분산되어 있더라도 이를 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 추론엔진을 설계하고, 여러 사용자가 필요한 지식기반시스템을 사용할 수 있도록 지식베이스의 공유를 위한 지속적 관리시스템의 설계를 그 목적으로 한다.

This article surveyed the current situation of domestic R&D information system and investigated the possibility of knowledge-transformation for KMS. Four major requirements of the transformation were analyzed by applying evaluation index tool which was integrated and refined from the existed indices. and a process-oriented project approach was suggested with some practical implications for development of KMS.

본 연구는 기존 IS 연구 분야에 있어서 지식경영연구의 주된 연구 방향은 무엇인지, 그리고 기존의 지식경영연구들이 다루고 있는 지식경영의 특성과 내용에 따른 지식타입은 어떤 종류가 있는지를 연구 분류 프레임워크를 적용하여 알아보았다. 기존의 산발적인 지식경영 연구의 분류 방법론을 종합한 연구 분류 프레임워크에 준하여, 지식경영 연구의 국내외 주요 학술지 6종을 선정하여 1999년 이후 5년간의 추이를 분석하였다. 연구의 결과, 연구 분류 프레임워크의 세 가지의 대 분류인 지식경영 프로세스, 지식변환 형태, 그리고 지식경영 연구 분석단위로 본 지식경영 연구는 조직 내 지식활용 프로세스에 대한 연구가 가장 많이 이루어졌고, 그 뒤로 조직 간 및 개인 지식활용 프로세스 연구, 조직 간 및 조직 내 지식전이 및 공유 프로세스 순으로 지식경영 연구가 수행된 것으로 나타났다. 한편 지식활용프로세스이외의 개인 분석단위의 연구와 지식창조 프로세스에 대한 연구는 전반적으로 거의 수행되지 않은 결과를 볼 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과로 지식경영 관련 연구들에서 나타나는 연구의 최근 경향을 밝혀내고, 향후 지식경영 연구에 있어서 기초연구로서의 역할과 균형적 연구 발전 방향에 대한 제시를 할 수 있을 것이다.
