데이터웨어 테크놀러지사는 (주)한국지식웨어와 지식관리 솔루션인 Dataware II KM Suite의 공급계약을 맺고 국내에 공급하기 시작했다. Dataware II KM Suite는 세계적 지식경영학자인 일본의 노나까 교수가 책임을 맡고 있는 일본의 JAIST KM 연구소에서 도입, 사용중인 제품이다.

As integrated management of scattered knowledge in the organization contributes to organizational performance, organizations are increasing their investment in knowledge management(KM) policies and technologies. For KM to be operated efficiently, the participation of employees performing knowledge-sharing activities is important. This study suggests how shared goal, value congruence, and task interdependence reduce the negative effects of relation and role conflict on the intention to share knowledge. We surveyed workers in organizations that have more than 50 employees and have KM policies, and 381 samples were used for hypothesis testing. As a result of hypothesis testing, we confirmed that a shared goal affects the intention to share knowledge through each of the factors of value congruence, relation conflict, and role conflict. In addition, we confirmed that value congruence and task interdependence moderated conflicts that negatively affected the intention to share knowledge. We identified the conditions that affect the knowledge-sharing activities of employees in terms of individual, organizational, and work structure. Therefore, the results contribute to the establishment of strategies for achieving the performance of the organization's KM.

최근 지식경영이나 지식기반 경제와 관련된 주제는 IT업계의 뜨거운 감자로 부상하고 있다. 이처럼 지식경영에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있는 이유는 불확실성의 증대, 매우 빠르게 진행되고 있는 기술 변화, 제품의 라이프사이클 단축에 따른 시장 변화, 전세계, 전업종에 걸친 무차별적 경쟁의 진행, 지식에 대한 인식의 변화와 새로운 패러다임의 출현 등을 들 수 있다. 이 글에서는 최근 여러 분야에서 제시하고 있는 성공요인을 모아 새롭게 지식경영을 도입하려는 기업에게 제시하려고 한다.

본 연구에서는 경보에 관한 지식을 획득하는 방법으로 경보간의 논리적 물리적 상관관계를 평가하여 지식구조를 설정하는 방법을 사용하고 있다. 이 지식구조를 지식기반으로 추론하여 주어진 상황에서 필요 없는 경보를 제거하거나 억제하며, 표시된 경보에 대해서도 운전원 조치의 긴급성을 운전상황에 따라 평가하여 우선순위를 동적으로 표시하는 지식기반 다이나믹 경보처리기술을 개발한다. 이를 위해 경보 운전절차서에 나타난 개별 경보들 중에서 주요계통경보들을 운전모드별로 분류하고, 연동신호에 의한 경보와 물리적인 원인-결과의 연동관계의 경보로 평가, 분석하여, 설정된 경보처리기술의 적용가능성을 평가하기 위해 가상 시나리오를 개발하고, 예비 prototype을 구현하였다.

This paper describes the knowledge extraction for image understanding in knowledge based system. The current set of low level processes operate on the numerical pixel arrays, to segment the image into region and to convert the image into directional image, and to calculate feature for these regions. The current set of intermedate level processes operate on the results of earlier knowledge source to build more complex representations of the data. We have grouped into thee categories : feature based classification, geometric token relation, perceptual organization and grouping.
