세계는 지금 지식정보의 창출 및 활용정도가 국가경쟁력을 좌우하는 지식기반 사회로 급속히 전환 중이며 우리나라는 지식정보의 생산보다는 상대적으로 이를 공유하고 활용하기 위한 기반이 취약한 것으로 평가됨에 따라 Cyber Korea 21(1999. 4)과 지식정보연계활용체제구축사업의 기본계획(1999. 12)에서 전략분야의 DB 확충 및 이들 DB를 연계활용 할 수 있는 통합검색시스템 구축이 제시되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국가지식정보통합검색시스템의 추진현황과 기술적인 구현방안 등에 대하여 논하며, 국가지식정보통합검색시스템의 향후 발전방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to review the relationships among the determinants of knowledge management and knowledge management, and it's consequences, and the moderating effects of organizational culture on the relationship between the determinants of Knowledge Management and Knowledge Management, and the relationship between Knowledge Management and it's consequences. In the relationship between Knowledge Management and it's consequences, knowledge acquisition and knowledge transfer are positively related with personal and intra-organizational, and inter-organizational effectiveness.

본 논문은 지식의 규칙 표현을 위한 저작도구인 규칙편집기에 대하여 기술한다. 지식표현방법은 인간의 일상언어와 컴퓨터와의 표현구조를 고려하여 결정된다[2]. 이러한 지식표현방법에는 규칙, 프레임, 의미망, 그래프 등이 있다[2]. 본 논문에서는 지식을 규칙의 형태로 표현하고자 한다. 또한, 표현하고자 하는 지식의 영역은 비즈니스 도메인으로 한정한다. 비즈니스 지식이란 기업의 업무처리에 필요한 제반 지식인 업무처리 절차, 규정 등을 의미하며, 현재 대부분의 기업이 운영하는 기존 응용 시스템은 프로그램 소스의 일부분으로 비즈니스 규칙을 포함하고 있다. 기존 응용 시스템은 경영 상황 및 업무의 변경 등에 따른 비즈니스 지식의 잦은 수정 요구로 시스템의 유지 관리에 많은 비용과 수고가 필요하다. 이러한 문제점의 해결을 위하여 응용 프로그램에서 비즈니스 지식을 분리하여 관리하는 비즈니스 지식처리기술이 기업 응용 프로그램 개발에 도입되고 있다. 코드 속에서 분리된 비즈니스 지식은 규칙의 형태로 표현되고, 이들 규칙은 독립된 지식베이스에서 관리된다. 본 논문에서는 코드에서 분리된 비즈니스 지식을 규칙의 형태로 표현하기 위한 규칙편집기 개발과 개발된 편집기의 기능 및 특징에 대하여 기술한다.

Post-Genome 시대의 Biotechnology(BT) 산업에 세계적으로 관심과 투자가 증가하고 있다. BT 산업은 기술 및 지식 집약적 특성상 R&D 활동이 중요하기에 BT 연구실의 실험 생산성 증가에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 이와 관련하여 연구실 지식경영과 지식경영시스템활용에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 하지만 그 초점이 연구 지식들의 조직화, 체계화 및 검색기능 등의 원활한 지식 공급 시스템 구축에 있기에 효율적이고 효과적인 지식 생성 방안을 제시해 주지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 실험실 내 데이터 처리 및 통합 관리 역할을 해온 LIMS(Laboratory Information Management System)를 활용하여 실험 데이터들로부터 실험 디자인을 위한 효율적이고 효과적인 형식지(Explicit Knowledge)의 생성을 목적으로 하는 지식 생성 툴(Knowledge Creation Tool)을 설계하였다. 또한 상기 모델을 적용하여 실제 어떠한 형태로 지식이 생성되는지 A대학교 B유전자 연구실의 실험 데이터로 실증 분석해 보았다.

On these days concrete knowledge more than simple information is required in order to do something. In this paper we researched the development methods and design of the Knowledge Management System(KMS) to effectively utilize the human resources and various kinds of intellectual resources of the universities, which is the mecca of the knowledge and technology. We gave our focus to the methodologies that makes it possible to implement the KMS with the least costs based on the available databases and infrastructures.

냉방기인 에어컨디셔너에 대해 기존의 설계방법과 지식, 그리고 경험을 체계화하고, 설계 제한 조건에 따른 최적설계 기법을 도입한 전문가시스템을 구현한다면, 적은 데이터 입력으로 주어진 설계 조건에서의 최적 해를 시간 낭비 없이 얻을수 있고, 설계자 간의 설게 능력 차이에 의한 상이한 결과도 해소할 수 있으므로 경제적인 설계가 중심에서 전문가시스템 중심으로 축적되는 것이 가능해져, 설계자의 이동에 따른 설계 지식의 누수를 방지할 수 있고, 설계 지식이 별도의 지식베이스에 구축되어 있으므로 보수 관리도 용이하게 되어 설계 지식의 지속적인 발전과 집적을 도모할 수 있다. 현장에서 사용중인 에어컨 설계용 소프트웨어를 기초로 실제 실무에서 접할 수 있는 설계 제약 조건에 대해서, 최적설계 기법의 적용과 지식베이스 구축을 통해 경제적인 설계가 가능한 설계 전문가시스템을 개발하였다.

To develop a cognitive system with the flexibility and breadth of human, it's very important to construct a large scale knowledge base which include commonsense knowledge as well as expert knowledge. Efficient knowledge representation and reasoning techniques will play a key role for this. This paper introduce a cognitive system which is based on Cyc knowledge base and augmented with our work on qualitative and spatial representation and reasoning. Our system has been implemented and tested on various examples.

본 논문은 인공지능의 한 영역인 지식형 시스템(knowledge system)을 자동차 정비 분야에 활용하여 전문지식이 부족한 여성운전자나 일반인들에게 기초정비 지식을 효율적으로 전달하는 모의 자가 정비시스템을 통하여 지식습득을 하도록 하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이 시스템은 Visual Basic 6.0을 이용하여 데이터 베이스 체계로 구축하였다. 서론은 지식형 시스템의 개념과 연구배경에 관하여 정리하였고, 본론은 모의 차량고장진단 프로그램(VDKS)의 구성, 설명, 수행과정, 진단실행 및 설명 모듈을 제시하였으며 결론에서는 모의 차량고장진단 프로그램(VDKS)의 활용 및 발전 방향등을 제시하고자한다.

The objective of this study is to develop knowledge-based system for the preliminary design and midship section design of bulk carrier and to enhance the applicability of knowledge engineering in the field of Naval Architecture. First, expert system shell called E.1 is developed in C language. E.1 supports backward-chaining, automatic iteration procedure and reiterative inference mechanism for efficient application of knowledge-based system in structural design. Knowledge representation in E.1 includes IF-THEN rules, 'facts'and 'tables'. Second, knowledge bases for the principal particulars and midship section design are developed by experimental formula, design standard and experiential knowlege. Third, hybrid system combined this knowledge-based system with the optimization program of midship section is developed. Finally, the simplified design method utilizing the regression analysis of the optimum results of stiffened plate is developed for facilitating the design process. Using this knowledge-based system, the design process and results for Bulk carrier and stiffened plates are discussed. It is concluded that knowledge-based system is efficient for preliminary design and midship section design of the ship. It is expected that the performance of the CAD system would be enhanced if the better knowledge-base is accumulated in the E.1 tool.

In this study, an effective methodology to introduce knowledge management system into the retail business is suggested by overall analysis of examples those were carried out in business area. different from existing studies, which focus on theoretical aspect only, this study focuses its attention on theoretical & practical aspect simultaneously and tries to find a long-term & integrated knowledge management strategy. With examining the examples of knowledge management, this study deals with the fundamental conception, the procedure and the organization of knowledge management. Moreover, this study practically analyzes the knowledge management system of the company named ″H″, one of the retail business companies. By clarifying the problems, which is involved in the knowledge management process of the above company, this study suggests an improvement methodology to introduce and settle down knowledge management system into retail business company for the future. This study has good results in the viewpoint that it gives a definite direction of knowledge management introduction. However, there is some limitation such as the insufficiency of examples and the omission of documented analysis. Therefore, this study leaves some task to be achieve ed in the future.
