어린이들은 독서 활동을 통해 새로운 지식을 얻고, 생활의 즐거움을 얻으며, 사고력을 증진시킬 수 있다. 이 때문에 학교에서는 독서교육을 강조하고 있고 정부에서도 모든 학교에 도서관 설치 운영 계획을 추진하고 있으며 사이버 도서관이 갖추어져 운영되고 있다. 사이버 도서관의 운영은 독서교육에 많은 도움을 주고 있으나 초등학교 어린이들이 즐겨 참여할 수 있고 독서 교육에 효율적인 구조로 운영되는 사이트를 찾기가 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 독서 활동에 자기 주도적으로 참여하면서 독서교육을 할 수 있는 독서활동 관리 시스템을 설계하고 구축한다.

이 글에서는 많은 연구자들이 찾고자하는 예방 및 치료법의 대상이 되는 질병 중에서 유전질환에 대해서 말하고자 한다. 먼저, 어떤 질병이든지 그 질병에 대한 종합적인 분석이 바탕이 되어야 치료법 및 약이 개발될 수 있다. 유전질환도 마찬가지이다. 유전질환의 발병 및 증상에 대한 자료들이 체계적으로 수집되고 종합적으로 관리되어야 그 예방 및 치료법 개발을 위한 기반이 마련되는 것이다. 특히 유전질환은 지역이나 인종에 따라 그 양상이 다를 수가 있어 한국인의 민족적 유전 특성에 따른 질환 특이성이 고려된 유전질환의 종류와 발생 빈도, 유전자 변이에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

오늘날 현대사회는 인터넷의 보급으로 지식정보화사회로 급속도로 변화하고 있다. 이전 대량생산시대와는 달리 소비자들의 욕구와 기호는 매우 다양하게 형성되고 있다. 여러 기업들이 생산하는 제품들도 대부분 시기와 계절에 따라 생산율과 판매율이 달라지고 있는 실정이다. 제품들의 생산 및 원가산출, 적정재고량 파악을 위해 기업들은 BOM(Bill of Material)을 작성하여 관리하고 있다. 하지만, 다양하게 변화하는 현대사회에 요구사항을 반영하지 못하고 여러 문제점들을 야기하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 원자재 공급업체에서부터 판매회사까지의 자동발주시스템을 완성하여 보고자 한다.

이 연구는 계층적 분류체계를 기반으로 자동분류를 수행할 HiCat 알고리즘을 제안한다. HiCat 알고리즘은 DDC 지식베이스의 주제어와 기계학습을 거친 정보를 동시에 이용하고, 각 계층별로 주제적합성가중치를 구해 최종 주제범주를 결정한다. 이 알고리즘이 최적의 성능을 보이는 조건을 알아보고, 일반 분류기와의 성능 비교를 통해 HiCat 알고리즘을 평가해 보았다.

탤런트 이윤미, 현재 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 운영 중인데 sbs 예능프로그램에서 상표권 침해로 경찰서, 검찰을 오간 적이 있는 사실을 고백하며 브랜드 관리의 어려움을 토로했다. 이뿐만 아니라, 예전의 티켓몬스터도 사이트 오픈 불과 이틀 후에 바로 제3자가 '티켓몬스터'를 출원하여 상표권을 확보하지 못할 뻔 했으며 네이버 지식iN과 현재 상표 업무 중에도 소셜커머스업 또는 인터넷쇼핑몰을 운영하는 분 중에 이와 같이 제3자의 너무 빠른 선출원으로 인해 피해를 보는 사례가 급증하고 있다.

Knowledge service firms are able to have higher 'Organizational Performance (OP)' by improving efficiency in management processes on customer problem solving. This study explores the role of inefficiency that has been overlooked up to now compared to the management process efficiency. We also suggest in this study 'Hierarchical Culture (HC)' and 'IT Relatedness (IR)' as the factors influencing the inefficiency of management processes, and propose the moderating effect of 'Task Difficulty (TD)' on the relationship between independent factors and 'Inefficiency of Business Process(IP)'. The results of analysis show that 'HC' has a positive effect on 'IP', and 'IR' has a negative effect on 'IP'. 'TD' was significant moderator of between independent variables and 'IP'. 'IP' was shown to play a full mediating role between independent factors and 'OP'. In conclusion, knowledge service firms are desired to reduce 'HC' and enhance 'IR' by minimizing unnecessary formal procedures, securing flexibility in decision making through appropriate empowerment, creating a smooth flow of knowledge, and enhancing the level of IT resource management and utilization. In addition, in order to effectively reduce 'IP', it is required that a company with a high degree of 'TD' to more reduce a 'HC' and a company with a low degree of 'TD' to more enhance a 'IR'.

철강제품의 품질설계란 제품의 주문요구조건을 만족시키기 위해 제품의 성분 및 생산공정을 결정하는 과정을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 품질설계업무를 지원하기 위한 시스템을 개발하였다. 설계업무의 특성을 고려하여 과거사례를 설계에 이용하기 위해, 사례기반추론(Case-based Reasoning)접근방법을 이용하였다. 본 연구에서는 또한 유사사례의 효율적 검색을 위해 품질설계 문제에 적합한 유사성척도를 제안하고 있으며, 문제에 적합한 유사성척도를 제안하고 있으며, 문제에 적합한 지식관리 방법 및 설계조정 방법을 개발하였다.

기업은 eBusiness를 위하여 다양한 기업 솔루션을 도입하고 있다. 그러나 이것은 오히려 업무가 복잡해지는 어려움을 겪게 만들게 되었다. 이로 인해 주목받고 있는 것이 단일화된 게이트웨이를 통해 정보를 제공받을 수 있는 EP(Enterprise Portal)이다. EP의 도입을 통해 기업은 경쟁력 향상과 정보의 지식화, 비용과 시간의 절감 및 직원과 고객 모두에 대한 생산성 향상을 꿰할 수 있다. 본 논문은 UML 모델링을 통한 포털의 설계로부터 플랫폼에 독립적으로 XML 문서를 저장할 수 있는 XML 저장관리시스템을 기반으로 한 B2B XML Portal을 설계하였다.

HMM(Hidden Markov Model)은 음성을 기술하는데 적합한 model이다. 본 고는 최근 CMU에서 개발한 HMM에 기반을 둔 화자독립, 연속음성 system인 SPIHNX에 대하여 기술한다. SPHINX는 단순한 음소의 HMM model을 적용한 baseline SPHINX로부터 시작하여 새로운 지식의 추가 및 음성단위의 조정 등을 통하여 지속적으로 그 성능이 개선되어 왔다. SPHINX의 최종 version은 어휘 약 1000단어 정도의 재원 관리에 관한 질문 형태의 문장을 인식하는데 96%의 높은 인식율을 보인다. SPHINX는 가장 발전된 음성인식 시스템의 하나이며 이는 화자독립, 대용량어휘의 연속음성 인식 시스템의 실현 가능성을 제시한다.

Local culture is a cultural heritage that has come down from generation to generation in the natural environment of a region. It includes history, tradition, natural features, art, and historic relics. The Academy of Korean Studies has complied "The Encyclopedia of Korean Local Culture" using those local culture contents. Local culture content shave the features of documentary, such as authenticating the source, and managing hierarchy structure. Thus, to deal with local culture contents, a "circular knowledge information management system" is sought for that helps basic, fragmentary, and high-level information to circulate to create new knowledge information within the system. A user of this circular knowledge information management system is able not only to collect data directly in it, but also to fetch data from other database. Besides, processing the collected data helps to create new knowledge information. But, it's very difficult to sustain the features of the original hierarchy bearing meaning contained in the various kinds of local culture contents when building a new database. Moreover, this kind of work needs many times of correction over a long period of time. Therefore, a system in which compilation, correction, and service can be done simultaneously is needed. Therefore, in this study, focusing on the case of "The Encyclopedia of Korean Local Culture", I propose a XML-based digital compilation management system that can express hierarchy information and sustain the semantic features of the local culture contents containing lots of ancient documents, and introduce the expanded functions developed to manage contents in the system.
