This Study Categorized Service Quality of Banks into Interaction Quality, Physical Environment Quality, and Outcome Quality, and Proposed a Structural Model for Each Dimension of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction, Persistence Intention and Cross-buying Intention, and Conducted an Empirical Analysis on the Customers who Use Banks. First, it was Confirmed that Three Dimensions of Service Quality Physical Environment Quality, Interaction Quality and Outcome Quality are One of the Sources that Form the Customer Satisfaction for Banks. Second, the Higher the Perceived Bank's Interactive Product Quality, Outcome Quality, and Physical Environment Quality Perceived by Customers Using Bank, it's Shown to have more Positive Effect on Customer Satisfaction, and the Effect Size was Shown in Order of Interaction Quality, Physical Environment Quality, and Outcome Quality. Third, Customer Satisfaction on Bank Services was Shown to have a Positive Effect on Relationship Intention and Cross-buying Intention. Finally, Based on the Results of this Analysis, the Implications of this Study and Future Research Directions were Presented.

In this paper, we attempt to explore consumers' willingness to continuously watch stage performances on virtual reality technology platforms and the mediating role of the psychological contract in it through the integration of service quality theory, thus constructing a continuous viewing model and conducting an empirical analysis through SPSS and AMOS. Through the analysis, we came to the following conclusions: 1. Interaction quality, physical environment quality, and outcome quality have a positive impact on psychological contract; 2. The psychological contract has a positive impact on the willingness to continuously watch; 3. Interaction quality, physical environment quality, and outcome quality positively influence the willingness to continuously watch through psychological contract. Therefore, this model can be used by companies to grasp consumers' perceptions of their own service quality and to formulate specific strategies, and it provides new directions and insights for stage performance companies.

This study investigated the effects of mother's psychological control and of teacher-child interaction on young children's self-regulation. Data were collected by surveying 358 young children, their mothers and their 28 teachers. Data were analyzed with statistics using the SPSS Win 18.0 version. The study results are as follows. Mother's psychological control and teacher-child interaction had a significant effect on infant self-regulation. Between them, the child-teacher interaction had a greater effect than the mother's psychological control, affecting emotional regulation more than behavioral regulation. The study results confirmed the mother's psychological control and the interaction of the child-teacher as the variables affecting the children's self-regulation. These results highlight the necessity of continuing education on mother's discipline and teacher's interaction and development of educational program for early childhood pre-service teachers.

Storytelling marketing is attracting attention as a customer-oriented brand communication activity in an over-competitive marketing environment that is overflowing with products and without specification of brand and products. This case study is researched for USP strategies in terms of excitability, storytelling, and interactivity, which are components of storytelling marketing to positively interact with customers for effective and sustained competition. And this research could be helped effective and sustained competition for brand and productions.

The aim of this paper is to identify the components of the sustainable regional ecosystem of social economy enterprises (hereafter 'regional ecosystem'), and to explore the principles of reciprocity, regard and public policy, which have a fundamental impact on the development of such regional ecosystem. The regional ecosystem is an interactive system of the stakeholders who are related to the process of planning, producing, distributing and selling goods and services, and the agents who maintain and spread their social value orientation. This system operates through the interaction of 'local network (business relations and social relations)', 'intermediary organization' and 'public role.' On the basis of the conceptual framework on the regional ecosystem, the result of the in-depth analysis on the case of Gorang-erang Coop shows the interaction of reciprocity and public policy with respect to regard within the context of a characteristic of the regional ecosystem.

This study examined the effect of an interactive instrument playing program on the social interaction of adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). A single subject design with multiple baselines across participants was applied, and three adults with severe ASD in their late 20s living at a group home participated in this study. Participants received a total of 25 group sessions. During the intervention, participants engaged in structured instrument playing in which initiation and response to socially interactive behaviors were musically cued, and target behaviors were reinforced in the musical environment. At pre- and posttest, the frequency of initiation of and responding to social interaction behaviors were recorded and analyzed. The results of this study showed that the frequency of both initiation of, and response to, social interaction increased for all participants during the intervention phase, compared to the baseline phase. This result demonstrates that interactive instrument playing increased social behaviors of adults with ASD. It also shows that musically delivered social information can facilitate adults with ASD understanding the intention of social partners in social contexts and motivate this population to engage in social interaction.

The purpose of this study is to analyze convergent effects of team interaction and team metacognition of participants on a continuous participation in the university learning community. We developed 19 items of team interaction and 17 items of team metacognition through literature review. The subjects were 113 students who participated in learning community in A university. The results are as follows. First, team interaction level and team metacognition level can affect a continuous participation in learning community. The higher team interaction is and the lower team metacognition is, the higher continuous participation is. Second, among team interaction factors that affect a continuous participation in learning community, the more number of learning is and the more encouragement of one another is, the higher continuous participation is. But the less participation of members is, the less flow to learning is, and the less learning time is, the lower a continuous participation is. Third, among team metacognition factors that affect a continuous participation in learning community, the more number of learning is, the higher continuous participation is. But the more use of various learning tools is and the more learning time is, the lower continuous participation is. Based on these results, the convergent ways of support for continuous participation in the university learning community are as follows. First, supporting system is needed to induce students to experience the positive atmosphere of learning community by increasing number of learning to facilitate team interaction and urging them to encourage one another. Second, providing the effective utilization method is necessary for students to fully acknowledge the necessity and value of team metacognition activity.

This paper is about interactional characteristics of a middle school student's conceptual ecology in the context of conceptual change. A case study in this paper shows that: (1) there is interacted with three characteristics(conceptions, past experience, and explanatory coherence) within conceptual ecology; (2) the interactional characteristics of conceptual ecology have significant affects on the difficulties of conceptual change. Implications of this case study are that: (1) teaching for conceptual change should start at the certain site related to subject-matter task within students' conceptual ecology; (2) Students' inconsistent explanations could be used as the clue of conceptual change; (3) Past experience is the important area of conceptual ecology research for understanding learners.

According to spreading K-pop globally, the market size related to K-pop stars is increasingly growing at home and abroad. Recently, services and products having direct interaction with the star are emerging. This research aims to propose a new service using a smart, connected social robotic figure that can support interaction between fans and K-pop stars. For this study, we begin by exploring literature about K-pop culture. Also, we investigate cases that connect between fans and stars and then build the development directions for a new service. Based on these development directions, we extract feasible technology and its interaction elements through analysing the cases of social robots. Finally, we propose the social robotic figure service in this research. This service proposed in this study can create and enhance diverse bidirectional communication between fans and stars through employing a user-customized, smart, connected figure based on a IoT platform. This research contributes to approaches for sustainable advance of K-pop through applying IoT technology.

암세포의 전이과정에는 일련의 복잡한 상호작용들이 암세포와 숙주 사이에 지속적으로 일어나게 된다. 즉, 전이가 성공적으로 일어나기 위해서 암세포들은 1차 종양으로부터 이동을 시작하여 인접조직으로의 침윤을 일으키고 혈과, 임파관과 같은 순환계로 들어간다. 그 다음 적당한 부위에서 다시 혈관을 뚫고 간질(interstitum)과 실질(parenchyma)속으로 관외 유출을 한 후 증식을 하면서 혈관신생을 유발시켜 전이 암을 만드는 복잡한 단계를 거치게 된다.
