전 세계적으로 기후변화의 영향이 심화되면서, 예상치 못한 가뭄 지속에 따른 물부족 문제 역시 심각해지고 있으며, 국제사회 및 국내외 기업들은 기후변화 심화에 따른 물 리스크를 관리하기 위한 Water Positive 시스템의 도입, ESG 경영, 환경공시 강화 등을 추진하고 있다. 우리나라의 경우 최근 광주·전라남도 지역에서 가뭄이 발생하여, 기업과 지역주민들이 물절약 캠페인을 벌이고, 공장 정비 일정을 변경하는 등의 대응을 하고 있으며, 중앙 정부 및 지방 정부 역시 물 부족대응을 위한 다양한 정책을 추진하고 있다. 본 연구는 이와 같이 기후변화로 인해 심화되는 가뭄대응에 대한 경제적 가치를 추정하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 특히 최근 지속되는 가뭄으로 물부족이 심각한 광주 및 전라남도 지역 주민을 대상으로 물부족 문제 대응에 대한 경제적 가치를 산정해보았다. 다양한 시나리오 하에서 분석이 가능하도록 단위 가치를 추정할 수 있는 선택실험법을 적용하였으며, 광주 및 전라남도 지역의 소득이 있는 1,000가구를 대상으로 지역별·연령별 표본설계를 하였다. 조사된 결과를 바탕으로 추정된 경제적 가치는 다양한 물부족 대응 프로젝트, 정책 등의 평가시 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

전국에 분포하고 있는 분산형 전원설비의 구성요소와 발전소에 대한 정보를 축적하여 개인 사업자 및 공급자가 해당 정보를 쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 웹기반의 통합관리시스템을 구축하였다. 대표적인 분산형 전원설비인 태양광 발전소와 풍력 발전소의 구성요소 사양들과 전국 발전소의 설치 및 발전용량들에 대한 데이터를 축적하여 데이터베이스화하였다. 축적된 데이터베이스는 웹기반의 통합관리시스템으로 구축되어 사용자가 쉽게 정보를 검색하여 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 각 발전소의 실시간 모니터링을 통한 데이터는 통계기법을 통하여 수익성을 평가할 수 있는 기초 자료로 활용 가능하도록 하였다. 향후 비즈니스 모델을 활용하여 통합관리시스템의 지속적인 운영이 가능하도록 한다.

This study targets to recognize needs of adopting public management system in Urban Renewal Project. and to establish evaluation level of public management system using policy evaluation framework for establishing perspective and systemic level. Also, this study constructed basic principles as expanded concept like Public, expertise, participation, rationality, and sustainability based on previous studies and expert opinion. AHP analysis results are following. In case of upper level, post management and continuity are important factors. Also in case of under level, making stable economic system, honest operating system, reducing development costs, local development with self-sufficiency were important factors. through empirical results, the implications are following. First, public management system needs to develop a consistent principle from planning step to post management. Second, it is essential point that continuous retraining between involved people and drawing residents participate in progress activity. Third, when evaluating public management system, it is need that emphasize non-physical factor like conflict issue between stakeholder.

중소기업은 국가 및 지역경제의 절대 다수를 차지하는 중추적인 경제주체이며, 국가 경제의 안정적 성장을 위한 근간으로서 이러한 중소기업의 경쟁력 강화는 우리 경제의 지속적 성장을 위한 핵심요소로 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 계층화분석(AHP) 기법을 활용하여 최근 각 지자체 별로 구축되어 운영 중인 중소기업지원 포털의 평가를 통해 중점을 두고 관리해야 할 요소를 구체화시켜 보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 효과적으로 달성하기 위하여 D시에서 현재 운영 중인 중소기업지원 포털에 대한 우선순위 평가를 통해 시스템의 개선방안 및 향후 타 지자체에서 유사 시스템 구축 시 활용 가능한 시사점을 도출해 보고자 하였다.

기업이나 기관들의 효율적인 성과관리를 위해서는 고객이 원하는 서비스 요소를 추론하여 제공하고 그 결과를 평가하여 지속적으로 서비스품질을 향상 시킬 수 있도록 해야 한다. 이를 위한 중요한 요소는 고객 만족도의 정확한 피드백인데 우리나라에는 고객 만족도 측정에 대한 정량적이고 표준화된 시스템이 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 고객만족도를 효율적으로 평가할 수 있는 표준화된 설문분석시스템을 제안한다. 서비스나 상품별로 품질요인에 따른 설문을 생성하고, 계약이나 예약내역 및 일정 관리 하고, 서비스 진행 중 모바일을 통한 실시간 설문 조사와 사후 온라인을 통한 설문 조사를 실시한다. IPA분석, 상관요인분석 등 다양한 분석을 통해 상품별, 서비스별로 만족도를 분석할 수 있도록 하였으며, 데쉬 보드를 통해 종합분석이 가능하도록 화면을 구성하였다.

In recent years, serious environmental problems occur in coastal area due to high pollution loads from human activity in land. Marine biomass utilization system therefore has been proposed to prompt material circulation between land and sea. Comprehensive assessment is necessary to determine that the proposed system is suitable and sustainable. This study introduces thermodynamic concept exergy, which expresses energy quality, to describe material and energy flowing in the material circulation system. This study presents material, energy and exergy flows in the material circulation system at Sakai city located in the middle of Osaka in Japan. It is found that exergy helps a better understanding of what is a key role is in exergy-efficient material circulation system.

While many assessment systems for buildings and indoor environment have been created with increasing interest in sustainable development, assessments for sustainable landscaping and outdoor environments have received less attention. Recently, the Sustainable Site Initiatives(SITES) was developed in the USA in order to evaluate and certify sustainable landscape design projects. The purposes of this study are to analyze sustainable landscape strategies and to review the certification system through case studies of SITES certified projects. Three certified projects in Texas were selected and literature review, site visits and interview were conducted. The results indicated that various sustainable and practical strategies were applied including soil preservation, use of native plants and recycled materials, and water harvesting. Also, SITES has benefits to encourage an integrated design process, community participation, and environmental education for the public. This suggests that a certification system for landscaping and outdoor environments needs to be developed to ensure sustainable site development, which helps extend the roles of the landscape architecture profession in sustainable design.

As the number of using road in Korea increases, maintenance costs and traffic congestion costs also increase. In order to reduce maintenance cost and time of road, existing long - lived modular road system has been proposed. In this study, the design and performance evaluation of the adaptable support module, which is the substructure of the proposed system, was performed. Two adaptable (Cross-Beam type)support modules were designed and fabricated to determine the load and shape. A adaptable support module was constructed and a static load test was carried out to select the type with better performance. As a result of the load test, the maximum value of the measured earth pressure difference is about 158 kPa and the settlement amount is about 0.032 mm in the two types of adaptable support modules. Based on these results, it is concluded that the performance of the adaptable support module of the bottom curved cross-beam type is better.

고도로 발전하고 있는 건설산업과 소비자의 요구가 점차 세분화 되면서 객관적인 평가기능을 갖추고 있는 품질경영시스템이 지난 1992년부터 건설업계에 도입됨에 따라 건설업계는 시공의 표준화가 정착되어 가는 중이다. 최근에는 환경 및 안전.보건에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 건설업계는 환경.안전보건경영시스템 획득으로 기업경영의 우수성을 객관적으로 인증 받는 추세이다. 설비건설업계의 경우 환경경영시스템(ISO 14001)을 인증 받은 업체가 36개사, 안전보건경영시스템(K-OHSMS 18001)은 2개사, 안전경영시스템(KOSHA 18001, 건설업)은 3개사가 인증을 받는 등 아직 초기단계에 있으나 점차 확대될 전망이다. 환경.안전보건경영시스템을 인증 받을 경우 금융기관의 기술신용평가시 가산점 부여, 시공능력평가시 가산점 부여, 기술비 세액공제, 인증획득 자금지원, 융자신청시 가산점 부여, 기업실무자 교육비지원 등의 혜택이 주어지나, 무엇보다도 지속적인 관리로 업무의 질적 향상과 체계적인 관리를 통해 한 단계 업그레이드 가능한 것을 장점으로 꼽을 수 있다. 본지는 환경·안전보건경영시스템 인증 절차 및 인증시 효과에 대해 알아본다.
