전 세계 모바일 데이터 트래픽은 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며 이 중 상당 부분을 모바일 비디오 서비스가 차지할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 최근 방송 및 통신 전송 기술에서 전송용량 및 대역폭의 증대와 스펙트럼 이용의 유연성 및 효율성이 크게 개선됨에 따라 다양한 모바일 방송 서비스에 대한 기대가 고조되고 있다. 증가하는 모바일 방송 수요와 더불어 미래에는 이동통신 및 차세대 방송 기술의 융합을 통하여 초고화질 콘텐츠, VR/AR 등 다양한 미디어 서비스가 가능할 것으로 전망된다. 본 고에서는 새로운 미디어 서비스를 위하여 이동통신과 지상파 방송에서 전송 기술들을 살펴보고, 이들 기술이 새로운 미디어 서비스를 제공하기 위한 발전 및 융합 방향에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the post management impact of consulting service for small and medium enterprise in Korea using hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The results show that first, consulting activities have an effect on the consulting performance. Second, this research found that post management is an important moderate variable between consulting activities and performance. This study have an important meaning that we confirm a part of the knowledge management service for the consulting service, which is considered temporary task, to practice sustainability business.

본 논문은 환경의 변화에 적응하여 지속적으로 서비스들의 협업을 지원하기 위한 통합 시스템으로 커뮤니티 관리 시스템을 제안한다. 이를 위해 커뮤니티라는 메타포를 사용하여 추상화된 레벨로 협업 모델을 정의하고 이를 런타임에 해석하여 물리적 환경의 실질적인 서비스들간의 실행 모델로 전환한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 서비스들의 협업과 사용자의 인터랙션을 관리하는 커뮤니티 매니저(CM)와 서비스들의 협업모델을 실행 환경으로 매핑시키는 커뮤니티 프레임워크(CF) 그리고 CM 과 CF 에게 통합된 컨텍스트를 제공해 주는 시츄에이션 매니저(SM)로 구성되어 있다. 이 시스템에서 추상화된 협업 모델은 런타임에 물리적 공간으로 매핑되므로, 동적으로 실행 환경과 사용자의 특성을 인식하고 그에 맞는 협업 목표와 협업 대상을 변경시켜 실행 환경에 맞게 재구성 되는 것이 가능하다. 따라서 제안된 시스템을 통해 특정 환경에 고유하게 구축되던 시스템의 개발 비용에 대한 부담을 절감시키는 효과를 가져올 것으로 기대된다.

지능형 홈 네트워크 서비스의 일반적 보급화로 사용자의 필요와 욕구에 밀착한 개인화 서비스를 위한 사용자의 프로파일 및 다양한 상태 정보, 센서 및 기타 환경정보를 통한 동적 상황인지가 가능토록 하는 상황인지(context-aware) 서비스에 대한 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 사용자 행위 학습에 따른 지능적 자동 제어 시스템 구축에서 먼저 고려해야 할 사항은 사용자 행위 학습에 따른 지능적 자동 제어에 대한 기준을 마련하는 것이다. 홈 네트워크 내의 정보가전기기들 환경에 대한 정보를 지속적으로 수집하고 학습 알고리즘을 통하여 분석하며, 분석되어진 정보를 바탕으로 사용자의 성향을 파악하는 것을 주요인으로 간주해야 할 것이다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 사용자 능동적 행위에 따른 지능형 홈 제어 시스템을 제안하였다. 또한 지속적인 모니터링을 통하여 사용자의 성향이 파악되면 상황에 따른 최적의 환경을 제공할 수 있도록 홈 네트워크 제어 시스템을 구축하는 것으로 목적으로 하였다. 사용자의 행동 패턴을 분석하고 이를 기반으로 지능적인 서비스를 제공함으로써 사용자 중심의 능동적 서비스 효과들을 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

IT기술의 발전과 스마트기기의 대중화로 인한 정보통신기술의 눈부신 발전으로 온라인 플랫폼을 통한 식품구매 비중이 급격히 증가하여 온·오프라인의 경계를 없어지고 있다. 더군다나 COVID-19 팬데믹은 반조리식품, 밀키트 등 홈쿡(Home-cook) 온라인시장을 급격히 확산시키며 소비자 구매추세를 오프라인에서 온라인으로 완전히 바꿔놓는 전환점이 되었다. 이런 트랜드를 반영하듯 다양한 온라인 식자재 이커머스 플랫폼의 출현하면서 브랜드마다 각각의 차별점을 내세우고 있으나 경쟁은 치열해지고 차별화는 더욱 어려운 게 현실이다. 이는 기업이 소비자에게 일방향으로 정보 또는 상품 및 서비스를 제공 하는 수직적 관계가 아닌, 수평적 쌍방향 관계로의 발전으로 이어져 브랜드가 가지고 있는 가치에 대해 보다 정직하게 보여주어야 소비자의 신뢰를 얻을 수 있게 되었다(Kotler, 2017). 또한, 과거에 소비자들의 만족도가 높았던 서비스도 현재 환경에서는 소비자의 니즈를 충족시키지 못하는 경우가 증가하고 있다(조윤오, 2018). 이는 서비스에 대한 소비자의 기대와 니즈가 지속적으로 변화하고 있다는 것을 의미하며, 이에 따라 기업은 소비자들의 새로운 요구를 만족시키기 위하여 다양한 서비스를 개발 및 제공하는 것이 중요하다고 사료된다(김광재 등, 2011). 이미 높은 인지도를 가진 플랫폼일지라도 지속가능한 우위를 선점하기 어려운 상황에서 온라인 플랫폼에 대한 소비자의 긍정적인 태도와 재구매를 유도하기 위해 제품 본질 뿐 아니라 서비스 차별화를 꾀하고 있고 차별화된 포지션을 차지하기 위해 온라인 플랫폼에 대한 소비자 인식과 서비스 품질 요인을 측정하여 고객이 중시하는 요인에 집중하는 것이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 온라인 플랫폼을 통해 식자재를 구매하는 소비자의 꾸준한 방문과 구매를 유인하기 위해 어떤 변수의 영향력을 높여야 소비자 재구매의도를 증가시킬 수 있는지 방법을 모색하고 온라인 플랫폼 기업 및 스타트업의 경영전략 마련에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 식자재 구매 플랫폼 품질속성, 서비스품질 정도,, 충성도의 전반적인 영향관계를 파악하는 연구 과제를 설정하고, 식자재 이커머스 온라인 플랫폼 이용 전반에 대한 평가를 실시할 예정이다. 이러한 과정을 통해 도출된 결과는 식자재 이커머스 플랫폼 운영 전략을 세우는데 유용한 자료가 될 것이라 기대하며, 기존의 온라인 식품구매 플랫폼의 서비스품질 요인과 소비자 행동 간의 관계를 설명하는 것과는 다른 새로운 시사점을 제공할 수 있다는 측면에서 의미 있는 연구가 될 것이다. 또한, 다양한 산업에서의 플랫폼 비지니스 모델 적용을 위한 전략 수립을 하는 데에 필요한 기초자료를 마련하고자 한다.

This study was conducted to design a new human model and education system for the sustainable life of mankind. Human society is facing a crisis. This study presents a comprehensive plan as the final version of the servicism study. Since the problems of human society are all human problems, research was conducted focusing on the new human and education system. Modern society is markedly different from the existing society in terms of time, space, and humanity, and the leading role of individuals is increased due to the increase in literacy, which can lead to breakdown and ground breaking in an instant. As the value of growth and freedom is increasing, technological innovation is accelerating, and industries and enterprises are growing significantly, so new technologies and industries may put human society at great risk. This study comprehensively diagnosed these problems in the current human society. The problems related to human and education were presented in depth while analyzing and synthesizing the problems presented in the existing servicism studies. The necessary and sufficient conditions for a new system to solve the problems raised were derived. And a system that satisfies these conditions was derived and presented. The new system was named servicism human and education system as a system based on the service philosophy. The structure, operation model, and implementation plan of the new system were presented. The basic structure is a human view that recognizes both reason and irrationality, an education system in which intelligence education and virtue education are balanced, and an education system in which human effort and the values of unwieldy nature are respected. A new education system needs to be put into operation along with the improvement of modern ideology and the compensation system for efforts. Since this study presented a macroscopic direction, further studies are needed to further refine this study.

The sustainable operation and development of ports is a key industry for Korea's national economy. It is increasingly more important to resolve conflicts with local communities due to port environmental problems such as air pollution, water pollution, noise and ecosystem destruction while securing port competitiveness through infrastructure expansion. In case of the Busan New Port development project in Korea, construction has been temporally suspended due to conflict with local fishermen over marine sand mining for construction. A primary reason for this is the absence and limitation of qualitative port environmental impact assessment methodologies in Korea. This includes the current investigation of fisheries damaged by ports. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to propose economic valuation methods for assessing environmental impacts that are essential for efficient port environmental management and for sustainable port operation and development in Korea. To do this, this study examines the overall port environmental problems and their effects (damages) through the analysis of environmental policies and case studies of domestic and overseas ports. Then economic valuation methods are suggested for total economic values (TEV) of damaged environmental goods and services. Among the proposed methods, Habitat Equivalency Analysis (HEA), as a more scientific data based method, was applied to estimate marine ecosystem service damages from the designation of Busan New Port Anchorages. Finally, based on the study results, more efficient port environmental management will be achieved through the institutional adoption of the proposed economic impact assessment methods for port environmental damages.

This study was conducted to derive a model of a sustainable economic system for humanity in the era of service economy that requires a paradigm shift. A new long-term sustainable development model has been built on the basis of thousands of years of economic operation experience. Currently, the world is operating the capitalism as the main economic system because there is no better alternative, and the changing economic and social environment such as the advent of the 4th Industrial Revolution is exacerbating the problems of the capitalism, such as job shortages and inequality. In this study, we analyzed the economic management system experienced by human society, and derived an economic system model that is ideal for the modern and future society and is sustainable in the long term. The conditions for a long-term sustainable economic system were presented first. It must be a model that can solve the problems of the current economic system. It must be a model that is faithful to the characteristics of the modern economic society and the nature of the economy itself. And since the new economic system is for humanity, it must be based on the common principles of human society. It should be a model that continuously guarantees core values such as equality and freedom required by human society. After analyzing the problems of the current economic system and analyzing the conditions required for the new system, the basic axioms that the new economic system should be based on were presented, and a desirable model was derived based on this. The structure of the derived model and the specific operation model were presented. In the future, research is needed to specify the operational model so that this model can be settled well in different environments for each country.

인터넷에 존재하는 데이타의 양이 기하급수적으로 증가함에 따라 많은 양의 데이타에 대해 정보 검색을 효율적으로 지원하기 위해 병렬 정보검색 시스템이 개발되었다. 그러나 대규모 병렬 정보검색 서비스 시스템의 운영에 관해 발표된 자료가 미비하여 실제적으로 대규모 병렬 정보검색 시스템을 구축하고 운영하기에는 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 대규모 병렬 정보검색 서비스 시스템의 아키텍처를 제안한다. 이를 위해, 1) 병렬 정보검색 서비스 시스템을 구축하기 위한 물리적인 기기 구성을 보이고, 2) 검색 서비스 중에도 빠른 데이타 추가가 가능한 데이터 추가 방법을 고안하며, 3) 데이터 베이스 재구축 중에도 지속적인 서비스가 가능한 데이터 베이스 재구축 방법을 고안한다

This study was conducted to explore the possibilities of educational use of social curation service, which is the third-generation social networking service called the "matters of interest type." To this end, the study selected nine college students, then have them use social curation service for about 50 days, and analyzed their responses by performing the focus group interview (FGI). As a result of the analysis, social curation service was found to have strong points, including collection of various types of information, classification and summary through creation of my own category, possibility of constant updating of matters of interest, and reduction of relative deprivation compared to existing social networking services. To solve these issues, constant promotion was needed. From the aspect of educational use, it was found that social curation service had possibilities for individuals and teams: For individuals, the service enabled voluntary search and use of information, configuration of my own data, and facilitation of self-directed learning. For teams, it enabled discussion and presentation activities through sharing.
