Typical pseudo-relevance feedback methods assume the top-retrieved documents are relevant and use these pseudo-relevant documents to expand terms. The initial retrieval set can, however, contain a great deal of noise. In this paper, we present a cluster-based resampling method to select better pseudo-relevant documents based on the relevance model. The main idea is to use document clusters to find dominant documents for the initial retrieval set, and to repeatedly feed the documents to emphasize the core topics of a query. Experimental results on large-scale web TREC collections show significant improvements over the relevance model. For justification of the resampling approach, we examine relevance density of feedback documents. The resampling approach shows higher relevance density than the baseline relevance model on all collections, resulting in better retrieval accuracy in pseudo-relevance feedback. This result indicates that the proposed method is effective for pseudo-relevance feedback.

지난 해 국내 프린터 시장은 급격히 팽창하며 변화의 폭이 컸다. 지난 몇 년간 소비자용 프린터는 잉크젯이고, 기업용 프린터는 레이저프린터라는 지배적인 인식은 보급형 컬러 레이저프린터의 확산으로 인해 변화한 것이 특징이다. 기업용 프린터 시장의 경우, 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어와 서비스를 결합한 솔루션 비즈니스와 MPS(통합문서출력서비스) 비즈니스가 새로운 트렌드로 부상했다. 한편, 2008년 하반기부터 1년여의 기간은 국내 프린팅 시장에 큰 변화가 일어나는 시기가 될 것으로 예상된다. 즉, 개인용 시장은 잉크젯 대신 레이저가, 흑백 대신 컬러가 주종을 이룰 것이며, A3 복합기는 A4 복합기로 대체될 것이고, 개별적인 프린팅 환경 관리에 어려움을 겪는 기업을 중심으로 통합문서출력관리 서비스 및 프린팅 아웃소싱 수요가 크게 늘어날 것으로 전망된다.

본 논문에서는 적응적 평활화 필터를 이용한 스캔된 하프톤 문서의 하프톤 잡음 제거 방법을 제안한다. 하프톤 잡음은 잡음의 편차가 커서 에지 영역과 유사한 특성을 나타내므로 일반적인 에지 보존 평활화 필터를 적용할 경우에는 잡음 제거 효과가 떨어진다. 또한 인쇄물에 주로 사용되는 집중형 도트 방식의 하프톤은 컬러 영상에서 채널간의 간섭 현상으로 인해 모아레 패턴을 생성한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 스캔된 하프톤 문서의 하프톤 잡음과 모아레 패턴을 효과적으로 제거하기 위해 하프톤 잡음의 방향성에 기반한 적응적 평활화 필터 방법을 제안한다. 하프톤 잡음의 경우 영상의 에지와 달리 등방성을 가지므로 영상을 블록 단위로 나누어 지배적인 에지의 크기와 방향성을 살핌으로써 적응적 평활화 필터를 구성할 수 있다. 실험 결과, 제안하는 방법은 다양한 인쇄 매체를 통해 생성된 하프톤 문서에 대하여 효과적으로 하프톤 잡음을 제거하면서도 영상의 에지를 보존하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

It has passed ten years since modern records and archives management in our country launched. During times, it has dramatically developed in the fields of law, institution and education. However a study on the definition of records and archives was non be studied enough compared to development of various research fields. In fact the reason why study on the definition was non fulfilled is that some aspects such as historical, informational, archival perspective have been coexisting without order in Korea. This situation is the biggest barrier that archival science is to a disciplinary field. Historically, 'archivium' in Latin language had developed in starting of its means place, then whole entity of documents and those organic relations. In this point, archives is rigidly separate to material of Historical science which covers all of recorded. Unlike information which is produced in the process of intended themes and following its outputs like books, documents in archival science is made in the natural process of work. In addition, historical archives which finished the current and semi-current stage and transfer to the institute of permanent conservation after the process of selection so that it is historical and cultural value to satisfy its purpose of making. This changed trend is based on the Second World War and necessity of North American society which needs to effciency and transparency of work. In Korea, records and archives management has been dominantly affected by North American society and become a subject of not arrangement but of classification, not of transferring but of collection. It is also recognized as management of on formation on the all recorded or documents not as an whole documents and all organic relations. But the original type of recognition is the only technology, it cannot have dignity as a field of science.

In this paper, a novel descreening method using HOG(histogram of gradient)-based adaptive smoothing filter is proposed. Conventional edge-oriented smoothing methods does not provide enough smoothing to the halftone image due to the edge-like characteristic of the halftone noise. Moreover, clustered-dot halftoning method, which is commonly used in printing tends to create Moire pattern because of the intereference in color channels. Therefore, the proposed method uses HOG to distinguish edges and the amount of smoothing to be performed on the halftone image is then calculated according to the magnitude of the HOG in the edge and edge normal orientation. The proposed method was tested on various scanned halftone materials, and the results show that it effectively removes halftone noises as well as Moire pattern while preserving image details.

이 논문은 한국어 문서 교정을 위해 부산대학교 인공지능 연구실에서 개발되고 있는 맞춤법 및 문법 검사기와 그 지식베이스 구축에 대해 알아본다. 비대칭 관계(asymmetric relation) 설정과 더불어 개발된 문법 검사기는 한 문장의 임의의 두 요소간의 비대칭 관계를 토대로 (1) 잠재적 지배관계 개념을 설정하고 (2) 부분 문장 분석 방법을 사용한다. 이런 요소들을 효율적으로 운영하는 시스템을 구현하기 위해서는 한국어에 대한 이해와 경험적 자료를 적절히 조화시킨 지식베이스 구축이 필수적이다. 이 논문은 그 선수(先手) 작업으로 한국어 문서의 오류들을 관찰하고, 그로부터 추출한 언어적이거나 언어 외적인 요소들로부터 일반적 패턴을 뽑아내어 사용자의 기대를 만족시키기 위한 적절한 규칙지식베이스를 구축하고 문법 검사기의 성능 향상을 위해 문장 분석 출발점과 분석방향 그리고 분석범위를 한정한다.

표준특허란 표준문서의 규격을 기술적으로 구현하는 과정에서 필수적으로 적용해야 하는 특허로서, 최근 선진국은 "R&D-특허-표준화의 연계"를 강화하고 있고 글로벌 기업 또한 표준과 연계한 특허 획득에 주력하고 있다. 우리나라 또한 기술선점, 시장지배력 및 경제적 파급효과 등의 표준특허 확보의 중요성을 인식하고 있고, 정부와 정부부처의 산하 연구기관을 중심으로 표준특허 관련 법 제도 등의 관련연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나 표준특허 분석결과만이 연구결과로 공개되고 있을 뿐, 실제로 표준특허 선별을 위한 정형화된 기법은 전무한 상태이며 분석방법론 관련연구 또한 매우 미미한 상태이다. 따라서 본 논문은 형태학적 특성에 기반을 두어 표준과 특허문서 간 유사도를 측정하고, 측정된 유사도를 분석하여 신뢰성 있게 표준특허를 선별하는 방법을 제안하고 그 적용사례를 분석한다.

Construction work has character which claim or dispute is frequently raised. This means that each construction project has it's own contract documents due to the difference of environment and time. Therefore to overcome the associated risks, domestic contract rules and acts should be reformed. Several well-recognized contract documents developed by FIDIC, AlA, CMAA and general conditions of the contract is investigated and analyzed. Based on the research outcomes the direction of reformation is suggested.

Most of the information prevailing in the Internet space consists of textual information. So one of the main topics regarding the huge document analyses that are required in the "big data" era is the development of an automated understanding system for textual data; accordingly, the automation of the keyword extraction for text summarization and abstraction is a typical research problem. But the simple listing of a few keywords is insufficient to reveal the complex semantic structures of the general texts. In this paper, a text-visualization method that constructs a graph by computing the related degrees from the selected keywords of the target text is developed; therefore, two construction models that provide the edge relation are proposed for the computing of the relation degree among keywords, as follows: influence-interval model and word- distance model. The finally visualized graph from the keyword-derived edge relation is more flexible and useful for the display of the meaning structure of the target text; furthermore, this abstract graph enables a fast and easy understanding of the target text. The authors' experiment showed that the proposed abstract-graph model is superior to the keyword list for the attainment of a semantic and comparitive understanding of text.

본 연구는 프랜차이즈 본사의 성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 가맹점 순응에 대해 관계교환이론 관점에서 살핀 본사와의 갈등과 본사에 대한 신뢰의 영향관계를 실증 고찰한 연구이다. 연구결과는 본사에 대한 신뢰가 갈등과 순응을 완전매개 함을 보여줌으로써 가맹점 관리를 위한 프랜차이즈 본사의 신뢰 구축 필요성에 힘을 실어주고 있다. 이는 문서상 계약에 미처 명기하지 못한 공백에 대한 관계적 지배를 가능케 할 뿐만 아니라 이해의 불일치와 불공정한 힘의 관계로 인한 갈등을 관리하여 상호 호혜적 관계를 가능케 한다는 점에서 대단히 중요하다. 이와 같은 갈등관리로 인한 신뢰의 구축 그리고 가맹점 순응으로 이어지는 관계의 메커니즘을 이론적 논의와 실증분석을 통해 국내 처음으로 규명했다는 점에서 본 연구는 이론적 실무적 공헌이 크다.
