Recently, many civil appeals have been occurred in land management work because of discord between cadastral records and actual land use pattern. it is important to select parcels for land alternation exactly using land information and to evaluate compensation cost according to scenarios for advancing this problem. This study operated GIS spatial overlay based on serial cadastral maps and actual-width of the road and analyzed the number and area of the parcels for land alternation by the land classification and ownership applying fuzzy membership function according to occupation ratio to road. Also compensation cost was calculated according to scenarios using individual public land price information of the parcels for land alternation and was arranged by district as Eup and Myeon according to land classification and ownership. This study can efficiently support the work of the parcels for land alternation complying with the financial condition of local government, by supplying compensation cost according to scenarios to the parcels of land alternation by district as Eup and Myeon.

The methodology on digital cadastre(World Geodetic System Conversion) needs to be specified because the primary target site is discussed for large national estate such as road, river etc. on nationwide. Comprehensively reviews on similar cases and literature reviews to make a methodology for digital cadastre on large national estate, cadastral map revision is required before converting to World Geodetic System. The revisions are on subdivision survey or the other surveys to the necessary area through inspection of geometry and attributes. And the researcher pointed out the need of registration conversion and union of parcel to remove small parcel or to remove the inconsistency of land use type. Basically a systematic maintenance of cadastral map is necessary because the World Geodetic System Conversion unresolved the poor cadastral map quality to digital cadastre on large national estate.

인터넷과 정보통신기술의 급속적인 발전으로 수천 또는 수억에 달하는 방대하고 다양한 정보들이 웹상에서 존재하게 되었다. 웹상에서 획득가능한 학술정보가 증가함에 따라 다량의 정보를 효율적으로 수집하기 위하여 다양한 웹 로봇기반 수집에이전트를 활용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹에 산재되어 있는 해외학술정보를 체계적이고 주기적으로 수집, 분류하기 위하여 학술지목차DB(QTOC)를 활용한 해외학술정보 수집에이전트 시스템을 설계하였다.

UN 식량농업기구(FAO)는 기후변화의 최대 원인 중 하나로 '축산업'을 지목하고 있다. 그 요소 중의 하나가 바로 먹다 남아 버려지는 우유다. 우유 한 통을 사면 먹다 남길 때가 잦다. 유통기한까지 지나면 마시기에는 찜찜하다. 많이 따라놓고 먹지 않거나 오랫동안 먹지 않아 남은 우유는 보통 빨리 상해서 하수구로 버려지는 게 다반사다. 하수구를 통해 강이나 바다로 유입되는 우유를 정화하려면 버려지는 우유 양의 약 1만 5천 배의 물이 필요하다. 즉, 우유 1 리터(${\ell}$)를 통째로 버리면 15톤(t)의 물이 있어야 정화된다. 환경 문제가 만만치 않다는 얘기다.

비점오염원 관리는 점오염원과는 달리 사전예방적 토지에 기반을 둔 주민의 참여가 중요해지는 환경적 사회적 여건변화에 따라 국민의 환경관리 의식을 제고시키기 위해서 보다 적극적인 환경보전의무를 도출할 필요가 있다. 대부분의 비점오염원은 정상적인 사회 및 경제활동에도 지속적으로 발생하여 축적되어 있다가 강우시 배출되고 있다. 또한 비점오염원의 특성상 오염원인자가 매우 많으며, 특정 원인자만을 지목하기 어려우며 특정 시설에 대한 책임만 고려하기 보다는 오염물질과 그에 따른 행위책임을 함께 부여하는 것이 타당하다.

최근 스마트 기기의 발달과 정보통신기술의 발전은 트위터, 페이스북, 인스타그램 등의 소셜네트워크(social network service) 상에서 유통되는 정보량이 폭발적 증가하고 있다. 이러한 변화는 데이터화가 가속화되고 있는 현대사회에서 데이터의 가치는 점점 높아질 것으로 예상되며, 데이터로부터 가치 있는 정보와 통찰력을 효과적으로 이끌어내는 기업이 경쟁력 확보를 위한 핵심가치가 되었다. 글로벌 리서치 기관들은 빅 데이터를 2011년 이래로 최근 가장 주목받는 신기술로 지목해오고 있다. 따라서 대부분의 산업에서 기업들은 빅 데이터의 적용을 통해 가치 창출을 위한 노력을 기하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다음 커뮤니케이션의 빅 데이터 분석도구인 소셜 매트릭스를 활용하여 키워드 분석을 통해 안드로이드와 애플 키워드 의미를 분석하고자 한다. 또한, 분석결과를 바탕으로 이론적 실무적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

지적 객체는 지적소유변경, 토지 분할/합병, 토지 영역경계 변경 등의 사건이 발생함으로써 비공간 또는 공간 속성이 변경된다. 이러한 변경에 대한 정보는 지적 객체의 이력으로써 지적 관리 시스템에 저장된다. 사용자는 단일 지적 객체가 가지는 전체 이력 또는 특정 시점이나 기간 동안의 지적 객체 상태에 대한 질의를 수행할 수 있고, 과거 지적 객체가 가졌던 속성 및 형태를 확인하거나 현재의 속성 및 상태와 비교하여 지적 객체의 소유변경 내용, 행정구역상 지번/지목의 변경 과정, 영역 경게 변경 과정 등과 같은 정보를 얻을 수 있다. 이 논문은 시간 지원 지적 관리 시스템에 사건 지향 시공간 데이터 모델인 이력 그래프 데이터모델을 적용하고 객체 단위 이력 질의를 위한 시공간 연산자를 제안함으로써 시간 지원 지적 관리 시스템을 위한 객체 이력 관리 기법에 대해 설명한다.

'정보보호 사업 2기 시대'를 선언하면서 야심차게 차세대 보안 솔루션을 주력으로 사업에 진출한 유넷시스템. 삼성그룹 계열사인 시큐아이닷컴에서 분사해 지난 2003년 법인 설립 5년 만에 가장 떠오르는 분야로 지목되고 있는 네트워크접근제어(NAC),유.무선 통합인증 시장에서 외산 제품과 경쟁하며 국산 솔루션으로는 보기 드물게 두각을 나타내고 있다. 특히, 유넷시스템의 NAC제품인 '애니클릭 NAC'은 금호생명, 롯데그룹, 보라매병원, 신한은행 등 16군데에 공급되면서 이 시장에서 선두를 달리고 있는 상황이다. 또, 최근 무선랜 보안 시장이 확산될 분위기가 한창 조성되고 있어 유.무선 통합인증 시장 공략에도 박차를 가하고 있다 뿐만 아니라 내년에는 홈네트워크 보안 시장에도 진출할 계획이어서, 무선 네트워크 관련 사업 범위를 크게 확장할 예정이다.

우리나라의 산재사망률과 산업재해 발생은 세계 최고 수준이다. 여기에는 여러 가지 이유가 있지만, 노동자의 휴식권이 제대로 보장되지 않고 있는 우리나라 산업현장의 특성도 한 원인으로 지목되고 있다. 근로기준법 제54조에 따르면 사용자는 노동자에게 휴게시간을 주도록 규정되어 있다. 그러나 휴게시설 설치에 관한 별도의 의무 조항은 없는 상황이다. 노동자의 휴게시간이 보장되어 있지만, 쉴 공간이 없는 것이다. 이러한 문제를 개선하고자 2021년 8월 산업안전보건법이 개정되면서 사업주의 휴게시설 설치 의무가 법률적 근거로 마련됐다. 개정된 법은 올해 8월부터 시행됐다. 하지만 2022년 4월 25일 정부가 내놓은 하위법령을 보면, 휴게시설 설치 의무 대상을 사업장 규모(상시 노동자수 20명 이상만 시행)와 사업의 종류(설치 필수직종 규정)별로 여러 제약조건을 두면서 법 개정 취지가 무색해지고 있다.

Cadastre is a set of activity registering diverse land information in national scope land management works. A nation examine land information and register it in a cadastral book, and must update data when necessary to properly maintain the information. Currently, local governments execute work about parcels of land alternation by manual work based on KLIS road map. Therefore, it takes too much time-consuming and makes problem as missing lots of parcels of land alternation. This study suggests the method selecting the parcels of land alteration for Jinan-Gun of Jeollabuk-Do using the GIS spatial overlay and the following results are as belows. Firstly, the manual work on the parcels of land alteration was greatly improved through automatically extracting the number and area of parcels according to the land classification and ownership by GIS spatial overlay based on serial cadastral maps and KLIS road lines. Secondly, existing work based on KLIS road lines could be advanced by analyzing the parcels of land alternation using the actual-width of the road from new address system to consider all road area for study site. Lastly, this study can supply efficient information in determining the parcels of land alternation consistant with road condition of local governments by analyzing the number and area of parcels according to the land classification and ownership within various roadsides ranging from 3m, 5m, and 10m by GIS buffering method.
