Environmental Equity Analysis of Fine Dust in Daegu Using MGWR and KT Sensor Data (다중 스케일 지리가중회귀 모형과 KT 측정기 자료를 활용한 대구시 미세먼지에 대한 환경적 형평성 분석)

  • This study attempted to analyze the environmental equity of fine dust(PM10) in Daegu using MGWR(Multi-scale Geographically Weighted Regression) and KT(Korea Telecom Corporation) sensor data. Existing national monitoring network data for measuring fine dust are collected at a small number of ground-based stations that are sparsely distributed in a large area. To complement these drawbacks, KT sensor data with a large number of IoT(Internet of Things) stations densely distributed were used in this study. The MGWR model was used to deal with spatial heterogeneity and multi-scale contextual effects in the spatial relationships between fine dust concentration and socioeconomic variables. Results indicate that there existed an environmental inequity by land value and foreigner ratio in the spatial distribution of fine dust in Daegu metropolitan city. Also, the MGWR model showed better the explanatory power than Ordinary Least Square(OLS) and Geographically Weighted Regression(GWR) models in explaining the spatial relationships between the concentration of fine dust and socioeconomic variables. This study demonstrated the potential of KT sensor data as a supplement to the existing national monitoring network data for measuring fine dust.

  • 오늘날 해안선은 육지와 바다의 경계이상의 의미를 가지고 있다. 지표면상에서 가장 독특한 공간 속성을 가지고 있는 해안선은 그 위치정보와 속성정보로 다양한 사용자와 공동체에게 귀중한 정보를 제공한다. 그러나 국가적 관심부족으로 육상부문 지리정보에 비해 해안선부근 해역 및 육역에 대한 과학적 정보가 빈약하고 해안선 조사와 관련한 학술 및 기술적 기초조사 자료의 DB구축이 부진한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 2001년에 수행된 태안지역 해안선 조사 측량 및 DB구축 연구를 통해 앞으로 수행할 전국 해안선 조사 측량 및 DB구축의 기본계획을 수립하였고, 얻어진 데이터를 연안관리를 위한 기초데이터로 활용할 수 있는 방안을 연구하였다.

  • Many rainfall-runoff model, which is applied discharge calculation for effective water-resource planning and management needs topographic and parameter of basin character. But it is very difficult to apply real a phase. Accordingly in this study filling up these problems. Applying GIS(geographic information system) through environment creating input data or concerning with GIS and rainfall runoff model. We built environment that analyze hydrograph showing discharge variation by time. GIS software for constructing input data is used by ArcView. For analysis of hydrograph in Basin, TOPMODEL applied topographic index. Besides for estimate of appliance to rainfall-runoff model, simple storm event and complex storm event are applied rainfall data which was before.

  • 최근 GIS는 털러 분야에서 다양하게 운용되고 있다 최근에는 인터넷을 통한 정보 시스템의 요구가 급증하고 있으며, 웹 환경에서의 지리정보의 공유로 활용방안에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 특히, 지리정보의 활용을 위해 웹 지도 서비스의 요구가 증대되고 있다. 이를 위해 OGC(Open GIS Consortium)에서는 WMS(Web Map Service) 명세를 제시하고 있다. 그러나, 현재 제시되고 있는 WMS 명세만으로는 최근 발전하고 있는 모바일 환경에서의 적용이 어렵기 때문에 WMS의 인터페이스의 확장이 필요하다. WMS 확장을 위해 본 논문에서는 기존의 WMS를 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 모바일 환경에 적합한 WMS 확장 인터페이스의 방안을 제시한다. 또한, 확장 인터페이스를 바탕으로 모바일 환경을 위한 WMS 구조를 설계하고 개발한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 WMS의 확장 인터페이스 및 이를 기반으로 하는 WMS 구조는 사용자들의 요구에 적합한 WMS 개발에 기초 자료로 사용될 것으로 기대된다.

  • As a number of new college students is dramatically decreasing, each college is trying to find various solutions for gathering many students and operating a school. In specialty, information such as entrance examination and matriculation status data is very important for a college to decide a direction of admission and public relations policy, and increase welfare of the school. Therefore, it is seriously needed for a school to introduce a matriculation management system that can do the effective analysis through various entrance examination and matriculation status data and decision factors of school. In this study, I developed a matriculation management system which can analyze information of applicants, successful candidates and registrants based on national framework data, and was able to analyze applicants, successful candidates, registrants by regional groups and the ratio of successful applicants against applicants and the change rate of applicants in the last 3 years. It is expected that the developed system can provide appropriate and rational information for public relations policy and operation to a college.

  • This study has developed a technology for river basin including the management of the data related with riverbed and the analysis of the riverbed maintenance based on the high-resolution imagery data and LiDAR (Light Detection and Raging) in order to enhance the utilization of river management by using RIMGIS(River Information Management GIS) and to acquire the advanced operation for river management. Using the detailed river topographical map specially designed in the form of LiDAR or high-resolution images, riverbed data and river bank channel information that are dynamically changed were informationized and established in the RIMGIS DB. At this stage, a monitoring techniques that is established in the river management system associated with RIMGIS and minimized the impact of riverbed maintenance (fluctuations) has been studied. In addition, functions and data structure of RIMGIS containing the information of geography and management of the river have been supplemented to make an improvement of the real-time management of the river. Furthermore, a technology that is capable of supplementing RIMGIS has been developed, making it feasible to maintain the river in use of structural method including an structural scheme of cross-section of the river by providing the information of riverbed and cross-section of the river. This is considered to solve an issue of insufficient data on accuracy and based on a lack of information of the river based on the two-dimensional lines, making it feasible to (steadily) improve the function of RIMGIS and to operate management tasks. Therefore, it is highly expected to enhance aforementioned technology of the river information management as a great foundation that maximizes the utilization of the river management to support RIMGIS for the development of national river management data.

Developing Forecast Technique of Landslide Hazard Area by Integrating Meteorological Observation Data and Topographical Data -A Case Study of Uljin Area- (기상과 지형자료를 통합한 산사태 위험지 예측 기법 개발 -울진지역을 대상으로-)

  • Recently the large scale of forest disaster such as landslide and forest fire gives a very bad impact on not only forest ecosystem but also farm business so that it has became the main issue of environmental problems. In this study, the landslide hazard area forecast method was developed by considering not only the topographic thematic maps based on GIS and satellite images but also amount of rainfall data, which are very important factors of landslide. Uljin-gun was selected as the study area and the GIS weight score and overlay analysis were applied to topographical map and meteorological observation map. Finally the landslide area distribution map was constructed by considering the evaluation criteria. Also, the accuracy could be acquired by comparing the landslide hazard area forecast map and real damaged area extracted from satellite image.

  • Spectral library is a database that archives spectral reflectance and related metadata of earth surface materials. Spectral library plays important role to assist analyzing several types of remote sensor data, to determine suitable wavelength band for detecting a certain material, and to classify hyperspectal image data. This paper describes the structure and content of a spectral library that is suitable for the environment of the Korea peninsula while existing spectral libraries have certain limitations to apply for surface materials covering the region. We designed a spectral library that includes vegetation and man-made materials indigenous to the region. The spectral library also includes spectra of mineral and rock, soil, liquid, and some man-made materials from existing spectral libraries. Newly augmented spectra of vegetation and man-made materials were obtained by spectral measurements in laboratory and field. The spectral library viewer was developed to increase efficiency of usage and searching.

  • 수치지도의 지리조사 기준은 80년대 후반 수치지도 전산화 작업이 국토지리정보원에서 시작되면서 건설부령으로 작성되어 몇 차례 수정이 되어 온 수치지도작성작업규칙과 내규에 의하여 작업되고 있다. 그러나 수치지도작성 작업지침은 수치지도 1.0을 기준으로 하고 있어 수치지도 2.0과 기본지리정보 등이 종이지도에서 수치지도 개념으로 제작환경변화가 발생하여 현재의 현지조사 기준에 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 수치지도의 지리조사 작업기준을 정립하기 위하여 작업규정, 속성자료, 관련자 설문 및 면담을 수행하여 문제점을 분석하였고. 적합한 수치지도 지리조사 작업기준을 제시하였다.

  • 21세기 지식정보화 사회를 당면하면서 정치, 경제, 문화 등의 환경이 다양한 형태로 급속히 변하고 있다. 다양한 형태의 정보를 적절한 기술을 이용하여 보다 효율적으로 수집하고 이를 신속하고 정확하게 분석하여 합리적인 의사결정을 하여야 하는데 사회변화의 속도가 급변함에 따라 당면한 문제들의 해결과 미래의 정보 수요에 부응하기 위한 핵심 기술로서 GIS는 정보화시대에서 무엇보다 정보시스템의 구축을 위한 계획 수립이 절실하게 되었다. 이러한 지리정보시스템에 동영상데이터의 연계기능을 더하여 영상을 기반으로 직접 사용자와 상호작용을 하며 데이터를 분석, 관리, 출력하는 동영상지리정보시스템(Video Geographic Information System: Video GIS)이 GIS 분야에 있어 새로운 연구 분야로 떠오르고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사회변화의 속도가 급변하는 도시기반시설물들을 효율적으로 개발, 관리하고 비행선촬영시스템을 통하여 취득된 동영상 자료를 객체추적 알고리즘에 의해 데이터의 양을 줄였다. 수치지도와 동영상데이터의 공간정보를 연계시켜 도시지역에 존재하는 각종 시설물을 관리할 수 있는 동영상 정보시스템을 Prototype으로 구축하여 그 가능성을 제시하였다.
