기계학습 기반인 관계추출 모델을 설계할 때 다량의 학습데이터를 빠르게 얻기 위해 원격지도학습 방식으로 데이터를 수집한다. 이러한 데이터는 잘못 분류되어 학습데이터로 사용되기 때문에 모델의 성능에 부정적인 영향을 끼칠 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 강화학습 접근법을 사용해 해결하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 모델은 오 분류된 데이터로부터 좋은 품질의 데이터를 찾는 문장선택기와 선택된 문장들을 가지고 학습이 되어 관계를 추출하는 관계추출기로 구성된다. 문장선택기는 지도학습데이터 없이 관계추출기로부터 피드백을 받아 학습이 진행된다. 이러한 방식은 기존의 관계추출 모델보다 좋은 성능을 보여주었고 결과적으로 원격지도학습데이터의 단점을 해결한 방법임을 보였다.

The advent of the AI(: Artificial Intelligence) has applied to many industrial and general applications have havingact on our lives these days. Various types of machine learning methods are supported in this field. The supervised learning method of the machine learning has features and targets as an input in the learning process. There are many supervised learning methods as well and their performance varies depends on the characteristics and states of the big data type as an input data. Therefore, in this paper, in order to compare the performance of the various supervised learning method with a specific big data set, the supervised learning methods supported in the Tensorflow and the Sckit-Learn are simulated and analyzed in the Jupyter Notebook environment with python.

SENKs (Students who Emigrated from North Korea to South Korea) are exposed to the general problem of Su-Po-Ja(mathematics give-uppers) as well as their own difficulty in learning mathematics. In this study, we conducted the FGI (focus group interview) in order to examine the recognition on mathematics teaching and learning in South Korea with 6 SENKs and 3 teachers who teach the SENKs. As a result, it was found that SENKs' had difficulties in understanding math because of the differences in math terminology used in South and that in North Korea, the unfamiliar problem situation used in math lesson, and the shortage of time for solving math problem. And the teachers reported that they had difficulties in teaching great deal of basic math, SENKs' weak will to learn math, and SENKs' lack of understanding about problem situation because of the inexperience about culture and society in South Korea.

수학의 가장 기본적인 요소인 수 개념과 감각의 형성과정에서 자리값에 대한 이해는 필수적이다. 또한 자리 값의 개념을 지도하기 위해서는 수와 연산지도가 통합되어야 하며, 논리적 사고력을 신장의 한 요소인 계산 알고리즘이 유의미한 학습되기 위해서는 자리값에 대한 이해가 바탕이 되어야 한다. 수에 대한 개념적 지식이 불충분한 상태에서 양을 수치화 하거나 지필 위주로 계산 알고리즘을 기계적으로 적용함으로 해서 발생하는 수와 연산학습의 결손을 줄이기 위해 본 연구에서는 수 개념과 감각을 기르기 위해 자리값 지도 방안에 대해서 알아보고자 한다.

의학교육은 학생들에 대한 교육과 평가만으로 구성되지 않는다. 학생들이 그러한 교육을 모두 잘 이수하고 졸업할 수 있도록 잘 지도해 주는 것까지를 포함한다. 의학교육에 있어 이러한 지도가 필요한 이유는 의대생들의 학습과 생활에 문제가 자주 발생하기 때문이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 2005년도에 본 의과대학에서 이루어진 총104건의 상담사례를 분석하여 그 문제와 대안을 제시하였다. 나타난 문제로는 불완전한 교육과 극단적 내부경쟁, 학생들의 집단 학습적 행동, 시간 관리 및 학습방법의 문제, 불안과 우울의 문제, 열등감의 문제, 자기개발과 자기실현에서의 불안, 삶의 다양한 문제들과 가치관 형성의 어려움(이성교제, 가족관계, 학교 내 대인관계 등) 등이었다. 이에 대한 해결방안으로 다음과 같은 다섯 가지가 제안 되었다. 즉 학생들에 대한 "의대에서 공부하는 방법" 교육, 새로운 의대 학습 문화의 창출지원, 전공의 선발에 있어 다면적 평가 시스템의 도입, 상담을 담당해 주시는 교수들과 멘토(mentor)의 필요, 가치관 지향적인 의학교육의 필요이다.

Although there was an introduction of the class with in mind learner's individual learning ability as a method improving problems of the class which consists of students with various kinds of levels, it was a burden to both teacher and students because of many realistic problems. In this paper, we investigate the efficiency of peer tutoring teaching method which is the one that students having a superior ability for learning become peer tutors and they teach other peer tutee under the teacher's guidance and supervision. After we apply the class-wide peer tutoring to some sophomore classes, we obtain that this teaching method affects positively the students's learning achievement and learning attitude in mathematics class. In particular, we obtain that the peer tutoring is more effective in three to one group than in one to one group.

원격 지도 학습은 자동으로 매우 큰 코퍼스와 지식베이스 간의 주석 데이터를 생성하여 기계 학습에 필요한 학습 데이터를 사람의 손을 빌리지 않고 저렴한 비용으로 만들 수 있어, 많은 연구들이 관계 추출 문제를 해결하기 위해 원격 지도 학습 방법을 적용하고 있다. 그러나 기존 연구들에서는 모델 학습의 입력으로 사용되는 단어 임베딩에서 단어의 동형이의어 성질을 반영하지 못한다는 단점이 있다. 때문에 서로 다른 의미를 가진 동형이의어가 하나의 임베딩 값을 가지다 보니, 단어의 의미를 정확히 파악하지 못한채 관계 추출 모델을 학습한다고 볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 원격 지도 학습 기반 관계 추출 모델에 다중-어의 단어 임베딩을 적용한 모델을 제안한다. 다중-어의 단어 임베딩 학습을 위해 어의 중의성 해소 모듈을 활용하였으며, 관계 추출 모델은 문장 내 주요 특징을 효율적으로 파악하는 모델인 CNN과 PCNN을 활용하였다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 다중-어의 단어 임베딩 적용 관계추출 모델의 성능을 평가하기 위해 추가적으로 2가지 방식의 단어 임베딩을 학습하여 비교 평가를 수행하였고, 그 결과 어의 중의성 해소 모듈을 활용한 단어 임베딩을 활용하였을 때 관계추출 모델의 성능이 향상된 결과를 보였다.

The purpose of this study was to suggest effective reading guidance using studying cartoons for the reading motivation. We conducted a survey at 3 junior high schools in Chung-Nam province, consisting of 182 students in 6 classes in an attempt to analyze what motivates reading. We propose strategies that can encourage students to read using cartoons, books, and multimedia guides.

Children should have opportunities to experience problem solving individually with strategies for developing their problem solving abilities. To make an instructional design for individual teaming, problem solving activities were classified into categories like individual activities, individual activities within a group, and team teaching. A flow of teaching and teaming process was designed before, and concrete and semi-concrete materials were used in an experimental teaching, which was analysed in this research.
