한우 6번 염색체 유전자 지도에서 QTL (quantitative trait loci) 분석을 실시하여 선별된Locus 값을 순열검정(Permutation Test)을 이용하여 유의성 검정을 실시하였다. 한편, 우수경제형질 DNA marker들을 K-평균 군집법을 실시 파악하였다. 이들 QTL과 K-평균법에 의해 한우의 염색체 6번 ILSTS035의 우수 DNA marker 235번을 선별하였다. 선별된 DNA Marker 235번을 출품우에 적용하여 Bootstrap 방법을 이용하여 신뢰구간을 구하여 검정하였다.

본 논문은 예꿰이(엽계(葉桂), $1667{\sim}1746$, 자(字) 천사(天士), 호(號) 향암(香岩), 강소오현인(江蘇吳縣人)가 중풍전조증(中風前兆症)을 논치(論治)한 임상경험을 검토했다. 5인4법(5因4法)을 제시했는데, 이 경험은 중풍전조증의 예방과 치료에 여전히 임상지도의의(臨床指導意義)가 있다.

국내 농약의 소비는 최근들어 해마다 증가양상을 보여 농업에서 농약의 일반화는 농약의 중독 및 식품의 오염, 자연생태의 파괴등 자연환경에 미치는 영향에 관해 많은 우려의 대상이 되어가고 있다. 그동안 농약사용에서 야기되는 각종 사고를 방지하기 위하여 행정$cdot$지도계통에서 많은 노력을 해왔으나 아직까지 농약을 소홀히 다루는 경향이 많아 농촌진흥청 시험결과를 소개한다.

요즘 원격 교육의 필요성으로 인하여 교사 연수에 있어서도 기존 출석 연수와 병행하여 원격연수가 증가하는 추세에 있다. 그러나 현재 이루어지고 있는 원격 연수의 상당 부분은 실제 현장 교사들이 원하고 교사 연수의 핵심인 교수법 향상에 대한 것보다는 교과에 대한 지식이나 기능위주로 시행되고 있는 것이 사실이다. 교사 연수의 궁극적인 목적인 교수법 향상을 위해서는 연수생들이 경험이 풍부하고 교수법이 뛰어난 교사가 실제 수업하는 것을 보고 동료 교사들끼리 서로 충분히 토의를 거치고 배우는 형태의 연수가 유용할 것이다. 그러나 시간, 인원, 경비 등의 문제로 실제 그렇게 하기 어려우므로, 교수-학습 지도안과 동기화된 동영상 중심으로 이루어진 원격 연수 시스템을 구축하는 것이 좋을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 동기화 동영상 저작 도구를 개발하고 이를 활용하여 원격 연수 시스템을 구축해서 교사들의 교수법 향상에 많은 도움이 되리라 기대한다.

현재 국가지리정보유통망을 통해 유통되고 있는 수치지도(Digital map)는 대부분 항공 측량사진(Air survey Photographs)이나 위성영상(Satellite images)을 통해 취득된 토지 피복의 형상을 기반으로 제작된 지도들이다. 정사사진으로부터 취득된 지형정보를 기호화, 단순화한 수치지도는 실제 사물의 형태와 많은 차이가 있어 지형과 시설물의 변이를 사실대로 반영하지 못한다. 특히 최근 들어 지하시설물이나 건축기술의 발달로 층별 구조가 다양해진 건축물의 형태 등은 정사사진으로는 식별이 불가능하고 건물의 경우 지붕의 형태로 묘사되는 등 표현에 한계가 있다. 도심지역을 대상으로 제작된 1/1,000수치지형도나 일부 지자체나 공공기관 등에서 제작된 $1/500{\sim}1/2,500$ 수치지형도는 상세한 지형정보를 포함하고 있는 높은 정밀도의 수치지도이지만, 도시지역의 변이가 빠르게 일어나고 있기 때문에 자료 신뢰성과 최신성을 유지하는데 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 현지조사나 측량에 의존하고 있는 정사사진으로부터 취득이 불가능한 지형자료의 취득이나 수년단위인 갱신주기의 한계를 극복하고 실시간으로 수치지도를 수정갱신 할 수 있는 대안으로 일반측량성과도의 활용방안을 제시하고자 한다. 일반측량업에서 생산되는 일반측량성과도는 임시 도근점에 의해 측량을 실시하고 지적경계점과 현황기지점을 도해법에 의해 지적도와 중첩시켜 제작한 측량도로서, 일반측량 성과도에 절대좌표체계를 부여하고 수치지도와 매칭 기법을 제시함으로서 경제적이고 신속한 실시간 수치지도 수정갱신체계를 확립할 수 있고, 자료의 공유함으로써 중복측량을 방지할 수 있다.보 등)를 활용, 구축된다. 교통분석용 네트워크는 구축시점에 따라 현재 및 장래 네트워크로 구분되며 장래 네트워크는 기준년도부터 2031년까지 5년 단위로 계획된 장래도로를 반영하여 구축된다. 교통주제도 및 교통분석용 네트워크는 국가교통DB구축사업을 통해 구축된 자료로서 교통체계효율화법 제9조의4에 따라 공공기관이 교통정책 및 계획수립 등에 활용할 수 있도록 제공하고 있다. 건설교통부의 승인절차를 거쳐 제공하며 활용 후에는 갱신자료 및 활용결과를 통보하는 과정을 거치도록 되어있다. 교통주제도는 국가의 교통정책결정과 관련분야의 기초자료로서 다양하게 활용되고 있으며, 특히 ITS 노드/링크 기본지도로 활용되는 등 교통 분야의 중요한 지리정보로서 구축되고 있다..20{\pm}0.37L$, 72시간에 $1.33{\pm}0.33L$로 유의한 차이를 보였으므로(F=6.153, P=0.004), 술 후 폐환기능 회복에 효과가 있다. 4) 실험군과 대조군의 수술 후 노력성 폐활량은 수술 후 72시간에서 실험군이 $1.90{\pm}0.61L$, 대조군이 $1.51{\pm}0.38L$로 유의한 차이를 보였다(t=2.620, P=0.013). 5) 실험군과 대조군의 수술 후 일초 노력성 호기량은 수술 후 24시간에서 $1.33{\pm}0.56L,\;1.00{\ge}0.28L$로 유의한 차이를 보였고(t=2.530, P=0.017), 술 후 72시간에서 $1.72{\pm}0.65L,\;1.33{\pm}0.3L$로 유의한 차이를 보였다(t=2.540, P=0.016). 6) 대상자의

The renewal update of the digital map constructed through NGIS has been conducted for the enhancement of usage, maintenance so that the latest data is guaranteed. The total update has been done every five years for five regions of the country using aerial photographs and satellite images. By launching the third phase of NGIS, the updating plan was changed from total to total or partial update including the real time update scheme. Furthermore, the update period was improved from five to two years and four years for a large and a small city, respectively. Therefore, it is necessary to develope a matching technique which combines various geographic information (such as drawing map, surveying drawing and map) with exact position on the digital map. In this study, we developed a matching algorithm based on central point and suggested a method which uses general surveying drawing for revision/update of the digital map. The general survey is conducted when a civilian development on lands are approved. Thus, the outcome from the survey, which is the general survey drawing, contains the latest various contents such as road, building, water pipe and manhole. A consistent and efficient method using the general survey drawing for near real time update of the digital map by applying the developed matching algorithm is presented.

The study tried to investigate perception of the importance and educational needs of job performance competency of National Competency Standards based vocational education curriculum in technical specialized high schools and meister high schools. For this, the survey was conducted targeting 269 specialty subject teachers in technical specialized high schools and meister high schools. And the results are as follow: First, job performance competency were divided into 5 categories(curriculum guidance, school life guidance, class management, extraordinary activities and administrative duties) and 34 sub-categories. Second, higher importance values were curriculum guidance, extraordinary activities and school life guidance. Higher educational needs values were curriculum guidance, extraordinary activities and administrative duties in categories. Third, higher importance values were construction and reconstruction of NCS learning modules, organization and manage of NCS based vocational education curriculum, guide of the new laws and employment, student records manage, research activities of NCS, hands-on-background training, NCS projects in sub-categories. Fourth, the results show that the NCS experienced teachers more highly evaluated the importance and educational needs of the job performance competency than the NCS inexperienced teachers did.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the tobacco cessation activities of the dental staffs in Wonju city. All 137 subjects were surveyed by structured questionnaire with convenience sampling. The distribution and correlation of attitude, behavior, and intervention were evaluated by both frequency test and ANOVA test. 75.2% of total subjects responded that the dental staff should give a model through prohibition of smoking and 66.5% responded that tobacco cessation activities should be responsibility of the dental staff. Tobacco cessation counsel was performed by little but with positive attitude. Advice method of tobacco cessation was used to counsel on tobacco cessation (68.6%). The dentists (48.2%) and dental hygienists (23.4%) were responded adequate for the tobacco cessation counselor, however, it was shown that the dentist had lower level of attitude about tobacco cessation than dental hygienist (p<0.01). The dental staff needs to participate in the tobacco cessation counseling program more regularly and actively. In order for the dental staffs gets the counsel effectively and intervene with tobacco cessation, it is essential that the education of tobacco cessation is integrated in dental school. Furthermore, it is necessary for the dental staffs to take continuing education for more effective understanding of tobacco cessation.

만성질환과 관련된 식품 또는 영양소에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 정부에서는 현대인들의 건강을 위해 보다 정확하고 알기 쉬운 정보를 제공하고자 노력하고 있다. 최근에는 외식식품, 가공식품 등에 영양표시를 의무화함에 따라 소비자들이 좋은 제품을 선택할 수 있도록 제도화하였다. 하지만 이 정보를 적용하는 경우는 많지 않아 영양표시에 대한 이해와 활용법에 대한 지도가 필요한 시점이다. 식품에 영향을 많이 받는 당뇨병환자들부터 영양표시를 읽고 식단의 수준을 높여보자.
