A Study on Development of School Mathematics Contents for Artificial Intelligence (AI) Capability (인공지능(AI) 역량 함양을 위한 고등학교 수학 내용 구성에 관한 소고)

  • Artificial intelligence technology, which represents the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, is now deeply involved in our lives, and future education places great emphasis on building students' capabilities for the principles and uses of artificial intelligence. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop the contents of AI related education in mathematics, which the relationship is closely connected to each other. To this end, I propose establishing two novel AI-related contents in mathematics education. One subject is related to learning the principle of machine learning based on mathematics foundation. In addition, I draw the core math contents dealt in following subject called 'Basic Mathematics for AI and Data Science.'

  • 아날로그와 디지털 신호를 혼용해서 구현할 수 있는 Cypress 의 PSoC(Programmable System-On-Chip)의 구조와 전기적, 기계적 특성을 소개하고 기존의 u-P, FPGA, CPLD 와의 차별적 특징을 살펴보고 디자인 툴을 활용한 Program방법을 예시하였다. 현재 많이 적용되어 지고 있는 Cap Sensor의 응용을 예로 들어 나타내었다.

  • Recently, research on predictive systems using deep learning and machine learning of artificial intelligence is being actively conducted. Due to the development of artificial intelligence, the role of the investment manager is being replaced by artificial intelligence, and due to the higher rate of return than the investment manager, algorithmic trading using artificial intelligence is becoming more common. Algorithmic trading excludes human emotions and trades mechanically according to conditions, so it comes out higher than human trading yields when approached in the long term. The deep learning technique of artificial intelligence learns past time series data and predicts the future, so it learns like a human and can respond to changing strategies. In particular, the LSTM technique is used to predict the future by increasing the weight of recent data by remembering or forgetting part of past data. fbprophet, an artificial intelligence algorithm recently developed by Facebook, boasts high prediction accuracy and is used to predict stock prices and cryptocurrency prices. Therefore, this study intends to establish a sound investment culture by providing a new algorithm for automatic cryptocurrency trading by analyzing the actual value and difference using fbprophet and presenting conditions for accurate prediction.

  • Artificial Intelligence has a long history and is used in various fields including image recognition and automatic translation. Therefore, when we first encounter artificial intelligence, many terms, concepts and technologies often have difficulty in setting or implementing research direction. This study summarized important concepts related to artificial intelligence and summarized the progress of the past 60 years to help researcher suffering from these difficulties. Through this, it is possible to establish the basis for the use of vast artificial intelligence technologies and establish the right direction for research.

  • 인간은 소리를 통해 많은 정보를 얻을 수 있다. 누가 어떤 말을 하는지 뿐만 아니라, 상황에 따라서는 소리가 발화된 환경 또한 시각적인 정보 없이 유추할 수 있다. 이러한 판단을 내리기까지, 인간은 경험을 통해 스스로 학습하는 과정을 거친다. 이와 같은 학습 과정에 생물의 사고과정을 모방하여 복잡한 상관관계를 추론하는 인공지능형 알고리즘을 적용하면, 인간의 두뇌가 경험을 통해 학습하고 판단하던 역할을 기계적으로도 모방할 수 있게 된다. 본고에서는 음향이 발화된 환경의 정보를 나타낼 수 있는 파라미터들에 대해 알아보고, 그 파라미터들을 지능형 알고리즘을 이용해 도출해내는 과정과 기법들을 소개한다.

  • 머신러닝을 위주로 하는 인공지능 기술이 여러 분야에서 다양하게 적용되고 있다. 머신러닝 기술은 시험 데이터에 대해 높은 성능을 보였지만, 악의적으로 만들어진 데이터에 대해서는 오동작을 하는 경우가 보고되고 있다. 그 외에도 학습데이터 오염시키기, 학습된 모델 탈취 등 새로운 공격 유형이 보고되고 있다. 기계학습에 사용된 훈련데이터에 대한 보안과 프라이버시 또한 중요한 이슈이다. 인공지능 기술의 개발 및 적용에 있어 이러한 위험성에 대한 고려와 대비가 반드시 필요하다.

  • 국내에서 디지털 방송 상용화에 성공하고 전송 모델 또한 다양화됨에 따라 사용자는 다양한 형식으로 다수의 방송 프로그램을 접할 수 있게 되었다. 이에 대한 효율적인 프로그램 관리를 위한 EPG(Electronic Program Guide) 서비스가 현재 제공되거나 개발 중이다. 지능형 개인화 EPG는 디지털 방송 스트림이 수신되는 환경에서 사용자와 방송 수신기의 지능적인 매개체로서 운영되며 본 연구는 기존 프로그램 정보에 대한 장르를 학습하고 새로운 프로그램 정보가 입력될 경우 올바르게 장르를 분류할 수 있도록 기계학습 기법이 사용되었다.

Analysis of Environmental Factors Affecting the Machining Accuracy (가공정밀도에 영향을 미치는 환경요소 분석)

  • In this paper, to analyze the types of surface morphology error according to factors that cause machining error, the experiments were conducted in the ultra-precision diamond machine using a diamond tool. The factors causing machining error were classified into the pressure variation of compressed air, external shock, tool errors, machining conditions (rotational speed and feed rate), tool wear, and vibration. The pressure variation of compressed air causes a form accuracy error with waviness. An external shock causes a ring-shaped surface defect. The installed diamond tool for machining often has height error, feed-direction position error, and radius size error. The types of form accuracy error according to the tool's errors were analyzed by CAD simulation. The surface roughness is dependent on the tool radius, rotational speed, and feed rate. It was confirmed that the surface roughness was significantly affected by tool wear and vibration, and the surface roughness of Rz 0.0105 ㎛ was achieved.

  • Recently the intelligent agent systems have been emerged as one of key issues for developing the defense M&S systems. However, most conventional agent architecture of M&S systems utilize the script-based models and can only deal with the individual behaviors so that they cannot suitably describe the precise tactical/strategic behavior and/or complex warfare environment. To overcome these problems, we have proposed the HEAP(Hierarchical Encapsulation and Abstraction Principle)-based hierarchical multi-agent system architecture that is able to intelligently cope with the complex missions based on the functional role of each agent on the hierarchy such as an intelligence officer, captain, commander.
