The realization of intelligence by using ontology is getting attention recently. However, it is necessary to design ontology models suitable to their purpose in order to use efficiently the intelligence realized by ontology. In this paper, we define a cognition cycle for intelligent agents representing a process that the intelligent agents recognize an event and react to it. Moreover, we design an ontology-based intelligent agent, and propose an ontology model that is possible to change the agent's states, to express its emotions, and to expand its intelligence through ontological inference. Finally, we develop an intelligent agent named Helen, confirm the change of her inner states according to the environment and situation, and show the easiness of the extension of her intelligence.

최근 들어 개인용 컴퓨터의 광범위한 보급과 인터넷의 확산으로 인하여 이러한 시스템을 사용하는 사용자들은 보다 편리하고 사용자의 요구에 적절하게 대응할 수 있는 지능화 된 시스템을 필요로 하게 되었다. 이러한 배경을 바탕으로 하여 지능형 에이전트 이론을 활용한 연구와 개발은 다방면에 걸쳐 활성화되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 패턴분류에 있어서의 몇 가지 알고리즘을 통하여 공통된 데이터에 대한 패턴 클러스터링을 통한 패턴의 분류 방법을 고찰하고, 또한 지능형 에이전트 개념을 적용하여 패턴분류를 위한 지능형 에이전트 시스템을 모델링하고 구현하였다. 그 결과 4개의 알고리즘에 대한 300개의 3차원 데이터의 패턴분류가 정확하게 되는 것을 확인하였으며, 본 연구의 핵심 분야인 지능형 에이전트 시스템의 다양한 에이전트들을 적용하여 기존의 시스템과는 차별화 된 인터페이스가 이루어질 수 있음을 보인다.

최근 들어 인간의 컴퓨터 사용을 보다 지능적이고 편리하게 대행해줄 수 있는 지능형 에이전트 개념에 대한 관심과 응용에 대한 기대가 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 지능형 에이전트 기반의 은행 금융상품 관리시스템을 모델링하고 이를 바탕으로 은행 금융상품을 보다 편리하고 지능적으로 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하였다. 이를 위하여 각각의 역할을 가진 여러 가지 에이전트들을 도입하였고, 이들의 협동과 조정을 통해 은행 금융상품 관리면에서 보다 편리하고 지능적인 시스템을 제안하였다.

There are many kinds of multi-agent frameworks which support the high-level knowledge representation languages for providing intelligence to their agents. But, the agent programming interfaces of the frameworks require to use some general-purpose programming languages as well as tile knowledge representation languages. In general, knowledge representation languages and general-purpose programming languages are different in their levels and data representation models. The differences can make the problems about tile coupling of the elements which are necessary for developing intelligent agents. This paper describes a new type of intelligent agent shell INAS(INtelligent Agent Shell) version 2 which has developed to cope with the problems. Unlike the previous agent frameworks, INAS supports a high-level integrated agent building language for building intelligent agents by itself. Therefore, the development of intelligent agents by using INAS version 2 does not suffer from the problems of the previous agent frameworks. Through the development of several intelligent agents, we experienced that the agent building language of INAS version 2 could reduce the difficulties of developing intelligent agents.

Recently, many people are interested in the intelligent system that connects human and computers. And the studies on the intelligent agent system that can manage computer user s diverse requirements are now being accelerated. En this paper, we study the modeling of intelligent avatar system that can provide the user more convenient and user-friendly environments by adopting intelligent avatar agent, and it can be applied to various fields. Modeling of intelligent avatar agent is accomplished and part of it is experimentally implemented, and it showed successful results in the field of avatar agent, mail check functions, and scheduler.

의료 정보 시스템은 많은 지식과 의료 인력과의 연계가 필요하기 때문에, 멀티 에이전트 시스템의 활용 영역으로 적합하다. 본 논문에서는 지능형 의료 정보 제공을 위한 멀티 에이전트 시스템인 MAMI(Multi-Agent system for Medical Image)의 에이전트 플랫폼의 설계 및 구현 대해 기술한다. MAMI는 여러 의료 정보 중 의료 영상을 위한 멀티 에이전트 시스템이다. MAMI의 가장 중요한 구성 요소로서는 에이전트 플랫폼을 들 수 있다. 에이전트 플랫폼은 에이전트들이 동작할 수 있는 물리적 기반을 제공해 준다. MAMI는 FIPA(foundation for Intelligent Physical Agent)가 제안하는 관리 모델을 따르고 있다. MAMI에서는 COM(Common Object Model)과 XML(Extensible Markup Language)로 인코딩된 ACL(Agent Communication Language)을 메시지 교환에 이용하고 있다. 의료 영역의 특성상 의사와 같은 의료 전문 인력과의 연계는 반드시 필요하다. MAMI는 이를 위해서 의료 인력을 하나의 에이전트로 개념화하여 시스템에 연결한다. MAMI의 에이전트 플랫폼은 소프트웨어 에이전트와 휴먼 에이전트들이 지식을 공유하기에 적합한 물리적 기반을 제 공해주어 지능형 의료 정보 서비스를 용이하게 해준다.

본 논문은 향후 인터넷 사용의 많은 두 부분이 현재의 인간 사용자에서 지능형 에이전트로 옮겨져 갈 때 현 인터넷 사업 모형에 영향(Impact)으로 작용할 수 있는 요소들을 분석하고, 이로 야기되는 새로운 사업 모형의 출현 및 현 사업 모형에 예상되는 변화에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다. 지능형 에이전트로 인하여 인터넷 사업에 있어서 예상 가능한 주요 변화를 사업 모형 관점에서 제품, 서비스, 정보 흐름(Flow)의 변화, 참여자의 역할(Role)의 변화, 수익원천(Revenue)의 변화, 참여자간의 혜택 (Benefit)의 변화, 비용분담(Cost Distribution)구조 변화라는 다섯 가지 측면에서 현재의 인터넷 사업에 있어서 배너광고 모델, 가격책정 모델, 중개자 모델, 브랜드 및 명성 효과, 디지털 카르텔 등의 주요 현상과 결부시켜 살펴본다. 이를 통하여 향후 지능형 에이전트 기반의 사업 모형에 대비한 전략적 시사점(Imp1ications)을 제공하고자 한다.

AI World Cup 환경은 다수 가상 에이전트들이 팀을 이뤄서 서로 상호작용하며 대전이 가능한 가상 축구 환경이다. 본 논문에서는 AI World Cup 환경에서 멀티 에이전트기반 학습/추론 기술을 사용하여 다양한 전략과 전술을 구사하는 가상 축구 에이전트 구현과 시뮬레이션 결과를 소개한다. 먼저, 역할을 바탕으로 협동하여 상대방과 대전할 수 있는 논리 기반 추론형 멀티 에이전트 기술이 적용된 Dynamic planning 축구 에이전트 9 세트를 구현하였다. 이후, 강화학습 에이전트 기반, 단일 에이전트를 조합한 Independent Q-Learning 방식의 학습형 축구 에이전트를 구현한 후, 이를 멀티 에이전트 강화학습으로 확장하여 역할 기반 전략 학습이 가능한 가상 축구 에이전트를 구현하고 시뮬레이션 하였다. 구현된 가상 축구 에이전트들 간 대전을 통해 승률을 확인하고, 전략의 우수성을 분석하였다. 시뮬레이션 예제는 다음에서 확인할 수 있다 (https://github.com/I-hate-Soccer/Simulation).

최근에 PC기반의 온라인 게임과 유무선 연동이 가능한 유비쿼터스 게임기의 개발이 활발하게 이뤄지고 있다. 본 논문은 단순히 연동이 가능한 환경에서 더 나아가 지능적이고 효율적인 게임 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 지능형 멀티 에이전트 시스템과 효율적인 자원 관리 시스템을 제안한다. 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 지능형 에이전트는 사용자의 주변 환경을 인식하고 사용자의 목적에 적합한 행위를 자율적으로 선택하여 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 또한 메모리 용량이 협소한 자원 관리 시스템을 보완하여 내부의 메모리 공간을 최적의 상태로 유지할 수 있어야 한다.

새로운 기술의 도입으로 바라보았을 때 인터넷이라는 기술은 기존에 가능하기 못하였던 다양한 비즈니스 모델의 출현을 가능하게 하여 주었다. 향후에는 지능형 에이전트라는 새로운 기술로 인하여 현재의 비즈니스 모델이 어떻게 새로운 기회를 찾게 될 수 있는지 파악하는 것은 관련 사업담당자들에게 의미 있는 일이라 사료된다. 본 논문에서는 지능형 에이전트 기술을 기존의 속성 기준의 분류를 지양하고 비즈니스 모델 관점에서 핵심역량, 사용주체, 사용공간, 수익원천의 기준으로 분류하고 대표적인 비즈니스 모델인 경매모델, P2P 모델, 전자몰 모델등에서의 구매자 혹은 판매자가 이러한 지능형 에이전트 기술을 보유하였을 경우에 가능한 시나리오와 도식화된 모델을 제시하고자 한다.
