The purpose of the study is to establish a successful the national tax service electronic document system and suggest an application method by investigating relationships among perceived availability, perceived usefulness and system acceptance suggested by Technology Acceptance Model(TAM). As a result, perceived availability and perceived usefulness were playing roles as mediums on the process of accepting an tax electronic document system, and information quality of the electronic document system turned out to influence on perceived availability and perceived usefulness. And perceived availability turned out to influence on perceived usefulness. This suggests that the more tax officials feel comfortable in using an tax electronic document system, the more useful they perceive it is.

기대일치이론에 기초한 기대일치모형은 정보시스템 연구 분야에서 정보시스템의 지속적인 사용 혹은 사용의도를 설명하는 핵심 이론으로 언급되어 왔다. 이러한 기대일치모형과 더불어 최근에 정보시스템 분야에서 주목을 받고 있는 또 다른 개념은 자동화된 행동 경향을 의미하는 ‘습관’이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 두 가지 개념들을 기초로 모바일 인터넷 서비스에 대한 지속적인 이용 상황에서 습관과 기대일치모형을 통합하는 시도를 하였다. 이에 일치, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 사용 용이성, 습관 등의 수용후 신념, 이용자 만족, 지속적 이용의도로 구성된 연구모형을 구성하고 이를 검증하였다. J도내 250명의 대학생들을 대상으로 설문자료를 수집하여 분석한 결과, 기대일치와 지각된 유용성이 모바일 인터넷 서비스의 이용자 만족에 대한 주요 요인으로서 나타났다. 또한 지각된 유용성, 이용자 만족, 습관은 모바일 인터넷 서비스에 대한 지속적 이용의도를 결정하는 주요 요인으로 나타났다. 반면에 지각된 이용 용이성은 이용자 만족과 지속적 이용의도 모두에 대하여 아무런 관련성이 없는 것으로 나타났다.

정부 포탈 사이트는 국민들의 참여와 이용을 장려하여 정부와 국민간의 활발한 커뮤니케이션 창구로 이용하려는 전자정부의 의지를 반영하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 어떠한 요인들이 정부 포탈사이트 사용의도에 영향을 미치는지를 검증하여 그 목적을 가지고 있다. 이를 위해서 정보기술 수용에 관련된 연구들 중 널리 알려진 Davis(1989)의 TAM 모형과 DcLone & McLean(l992)의 정보시스템 성과측정 모형을 사용하여 연구모형을 도출하였으며, 지각된 모호성과 정부지원을 조절변수로 사용하여 지각된 유용성에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting users' continuing use of Hedonic Information Systems(HIS). Focusing on users' post-adoption behaviors, this study proposes a research model which incorporates technology acceptance theory into expectation disconfirmation theory and investigates the causal relationship among five factors; perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, disconfirmation, user satisfaction, and continuance intention to use a blog as HIS. The results show that satisfaction is significantly influenced by disconfirmation and post expectations(perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use), and in particular the impact of disconfirmation on user satisfaction is stronger than those of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. The results also indicate that while perceived usefulness and user satisfaction have significant impacts on continuance intention, perceived ease of use does not do so and has only an indirect impact on continuance intention through perceived usefulness and user satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to examine the causal relationships among knowledge management system(KMS) quality, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude, and continuance use of KMS. The results of data analysis by structured equation model(SEM) indicate that KMS quality significantly influences individual's perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use affects individual's perceived usefulness on KMS. Individual's perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness affect on the creation of a positive attitude, and attitude affects continuance use of KMS. Based on the results, theoretical and practical implications of this study are discussed.

모바일뱅킹은 빠르게 성장하고있으며 은행서비스의 많은 부분이 모바일뱅킹에서 제공되고 있다. 하지만, 모바일뱅킹을 사용자들이 수용하는데 개인의 혁신성이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구는 많이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 불행히도 모바일뱅킹은 그 특성상 제한된 화면을 사용자들이 사용하기가 용이하지 않다. 본 연구는 개인혁신성(PI)의 관점에서 모바일뱅킹을 수용하는데 영향을 미치는 요인을 밝히고 자하였다. 특히 다른 정보시스템에서 많이 사용된 지각된 유용성(USF) 및 사용의 용이성(EOU) 변수뿐만 아니라 지각된 즐거움(ENJ)의 요인을 추가하여 모바일뱅킹 수용에서 영향요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 336명의 모바일뱅킹의 사용자들에게 설문을 실시하였으며, 응답자들을 두 그룹(개인 혁신성이 높은 그룹과 낮은 그룹)으로 분류하여 구조방정식모형에서 집단간차이를 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 개인 혁신성(PI) 모바일뱅킹 수용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 세부적으로 분석해 보면 개인혁신성이 높은 그룹이 낮은 그룹 보다 더 많은 영향을 받는 것으로 분석되었다. 특히, 사용의도와 사용의 유용성 그리고 지각된 즐거움 사이의 경로계수 값의 크기가 개인혁신성이 높은 그룹이 낮은 그룹보다 높았다. 여기서 지각된 즐거움의 경우 개인 혁신성이 높은 그룹이 낮은 그룹 보다 더 많은 영향을 받는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구의 결과는 모바일뱅킹 서비스의 성장과 확대에 실무적으로 사용할 수 있을 것으로 분석된다.

The study has been derived through the empirical analysis so as to find the Continuous Usage of Electronic Official Document 24 System. Total of 236 questionnaires were analysis to users who used or experienced the Electronic Official Document 24 System. As a result of the analysis First Accuracy, Convenience, and Security have a positive(+) effect on Ease of Use. However, Compatibility and Innovation were not effect on Ease of Use Second, Accuracy, Convenience, Security, and Innovation have a positive(+) effect on Perceived Usefulness. However, Compatibility was not effect on Perceived Usefulness. Third, Behavioral Costs have a positive(+) effect Continuous Intention and perceived ease of use positively affects perceived usefulness and Continuous Intention. Finally, perceived usefulness also has a positive effect on the Continuous Intention.

정보시스템 성과의 척도로서 사용자 만족과 시스템 사용이 널리 사용되고 있다. 사용자 만족은 사용자의 태도, 정보의 질, 시스템의 유용성등 다각적인 차원에서 측정되어 사용되는 반면에 시스템 사용은 이제가지 시스템의 사용시간이나 빈도만으로 측정하여 연구에 활용하였다. 본 연구에서는 시스템의 사용을 기능적 사용, 상황적 사용, 사용빈도 등 다각적인 측면에서 측정하여 시스템 사용과 사용자 만족간의 관계를 밝히고자 하였다. 이를 위해 시스템의 사용과 사용자 만족에 영향을 주는 요인으로 알려진 자기유능감, 지각된 용이성, 지각된 유용성, 컴퓨터 능력, 주관적 규범등이 시스템의 사용에 주는 영향과 그리고 정보 만족과 업무성과에 주는 영향을 설명하는 모델을 제시하고, 이를 실증분석을 통해 모델의 타당성을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 농산물 이력추적 시스템을 사용하는 생산자들의 시스템에 대한 만족과 지속적인 사용의도에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하여 농산물 이력추적 시스템의 활성화를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 실증적인 검증을 위하여 재사용의도와 관련한 선행연구들을 검토하여 TAM과 ECT를 결합시킨 Extended ECT 모델을 제안하고 실제 농산물 이력추적 사업에 시범참여하고 있는 생산자 100명을 상대로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 지각된 유용성 및 용이성, 수익성은 시스템 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 이는 지속적인 사용의도로 연결되었으나 지각된 용이성과 유용성이 직접적으로 지속적인 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 것은 아닌 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 농산물 외의 식품 이력추적 시스템에도 포괄적으로 적용이 가능하다.

With the full implementation of open banking in which both banks and fintech companies participate, changes in the whole society such as new types of products, services, and businesses are taking place. Whenever new systems and environments change, research on technology acceptance by system users has been continued, and this study also verified how the characteristics of open banking affect the perceived ease of use and usefulness of the Technology Acceptance Model, and the intention to use open banking. As a result of the study, it was found that both information provision, service interactivity, and system stability had a significant effect on perceived ease of use, usefulness, and intention to use open banking. In the future, open banking may bring significant benefits to data sharing, financial access, banking infrastructure, product innovation and pricing, but it is also expected to bring unexpected damage. Therefore, domestic financial institutions should actively cope with the situation where the business environment is greatly changing due to the digital environment change, and at the same time actively foster fintech companies and promote innovation in the financial industry.
