We introduce some well-known approaches to formalization and automatization of the meta-theory of a programming language with binders. They represent the trends in POPLmark Challenge. We demonstrate some characteristics of each approach by showing how to formalize some basic notations and concepts of Lambda-calculus using the proof assistant Coq.

A number of wireless technologies have been implemented, but each technology has its limitation in terms of coverage and bandwidth. WLAN and 3G cellular network has emerged to be a complementary platform for wireless data communications. However, the mobility of roaming terminals in heterogeneous networks poses several risks. To maintain secure communications in universal roaming, the effective authentication must be implemented. The focus of this paper is on analysis of authentication architecture involved in integrated WLAN/3G networks.

In this paper, we propose a new closest vector problem based interactive proof that is useful for authentication. Contribution of this paper is that the proposed protocol does not use a special form of a lattice, but a general lattice, which makes the protocol design very simple and easy to be proved. We prove its security in terms of completeness, soundness, simulatability.

There are some efficient brute force algorithm for factorization. Fermat's factorization is one of the way of brute force attack. Fermat's method works best when there is factor near the square-root. This paper shows that why Fermat's method is effective and verify that there are only one answer. Because there are only one answer, we can start Fermat's factorization anywhere. Also, we convert from factorization to finding square number.

Due to the producer-consumer dependency of shared variables, the potential parallelism embeded in the logic programming language has not been fully examined. The method proposed in this paper eliminates the dependency of shared variables by introducing number-sequenced variables in expanding an AND-OR proof tree. Basically, the execution of a logic program can be divided into two phases : expanding an AND-OR tree and proving the tree by matching facts with leaf nodes. In the course of the first phase, a set of number-sequenced variables are produced by expanding an AND-OR tree in the breadth-first searching. Based on the information of number-sequence, each of them is verified in the second phase in order to prove the tree. Consequently, the proposed algorithm can explore more parallelism without the dependency of shared variables.

This paper analytically proves the equivalence between two main oscillator phase noise theories, which are based on the ISF, and Floquet vector, respectively. For this purpose, this study obtains the power spectral density matrix from the ISF-based phase noise theory. As a result, one can prove that the power spectral density matrix obtained from the ISF-based phase noise theory is essentially equivalent to the power spectral density matrix presented by the Floquet vector-based phase noise theory, which manifests the equivalence of the two main theories. This study is intended to provide deeper insight into the relations between the two main theories.

The system needs to be modified to improve the performance of the aircraft in operation or to satisfy the requirements of related laws. Appropriate standards are required for the technical skills for remodeling the aircraft system, design verification for airworthiness of the aircraft, and supplemental type certification (STC) certification procedures for type certification. This study analyzes the current status and demand of domestic aircraft remodeling, examines the current supplementary type certification procedure, and diagnoses the problem. In addition, as a result of researching measures to improve remodeling technology and certification capabilities to extend the life of the aircraft, improvements in the education system were derived to improve the domestic additional type certification process, such as approval of remodeling agencies and appointment of qualifications for each professional technician.

As natural language processing technology using machine learning develops, a Smart Home Network Service (SHNS) is drawing attention again. However, it is difficult to apply a standardized authentication scheme for SHNS because of the diversity of components and the variability of users. Blockchain is proposed for data authentication in a distributed environment. But there is a limit to applying it to SHNS due to the computational overhead required when implementing a proof-of-work system. In this paper, a lightweight work proof system is proposed. The proposed lightweight proof-of-work system is proposed to manage block generation by controlling the work authority of the device. In addition, this paper proposes an access control scheme for SHNS.

일본정부는 지난 7월 14일 독도 영유권이 일본에 있다는 내용을 사실상 포함시킨 '중학교 사회과목 새 학습지도 요령 해설서'를 공표했다. 이에 우리나라 정부는 권철현 주일 대사를 독도 영유권 명기에 대한 항의 표시로 일시 귀국조치 시켰다. 이처럼 독도가 일본땅이라고 억지주장하는 것과 비례해 독도에 대한 관심도 그 어느때보다 높아지고 있다. 이에 본지는 독도가 한국영토임을 증명하는 역사적 객관적 사실을 지도와 책자 등 인쇄물을 통해 정리해 본다.

Although the rate of women farmer's participation in agricultural activities have been increased upto 52.7 % as of year 2003, Korean society has not fully recognized their roles in rural society. According to the agricultural basic law, most of rural women were engaged in agriculture as full time job, however, only about 11% of them could have supporting evidence of themselves as farmer having legal right. If women farmers faced some unexpected things such as a traffic accident, insurance company would not reward them as farmers unless they provide written proof of their job as farm worker or farm owner. Based on lawyer's legal advice, the authors developed a diary called "Saenghwalilji", a daily diary based on their time use and bookkeeping to prove the fact of their contribution to income generation of the farm. After examination of the diary, 18 persons out of 29 volunteers kept two types of dairy for the period of two weeks, and they reported it was very useful. Finally the better one of two was selected after reflecting the suggestions from the respondents. The "Saenghwalilji", will be very useful proof of women farmer's contribution to income, at the same time improving their farm management through better use of daily life time.
