Prior to the introduction of automated systems such as jewelry CAD and CAM, the jewelry manufacturing industry had many originals made by hand. However, after the introduction of the automated system, original craftsmen with high technology have disappeared, and computer designers and 3D printing print engineers are taking their place. The introduction of automated systems such as CAD and CAM in the existing hand-made production line has resulted in diversification of designs and cutting-edge and specialization of jewelry manufacturing. In the domestic jewelry industry, the dependence of automation systems such as CAD and CAM in the manufacturing process continues to increase, and the situation is taking up more and more parts in the jewelry design curriculum of universities. From these results, the CAD/CAM automation system field in the jewelry manufacturing industry becomes an essential and important field in the future.

글로벌 시대에 있어서 우리나라 귀금속 분야의 국제적인 경쟁력을 높이기 위해서는 전자상거래를 도입하여 유통경로를 간소화하고 거래의 투명성을 확보하는 것이 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 이는 각 기업의 경쟁력제고 및 소비자를 보호할 수 있으며, 국가 자원 관리적 측면에서도 효율성을 기할 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 관점에서 본 논문에서는 귀금속 소비재 분야의 B2B 전자상거래 모델을 쥬얼리코리아의 사례를 통해 제시하였다. 쥬얼리코리아는 귀금속 소비재 부문의 e 마켓플레이스를 구성하여 귀금속 생산업체가 각각 독립적인 입점업체로 참여하고, 국내 소매상과 해외바이어가 구매자로 참여하여 기존의 메이커(제조업체)-도매상-중상인-소매상의 4 단계 유통경로를 축소하여 각 생산업체에서 소매상간 직거래가 가능하도록 하는 것이 핵심이다. 여기에 금, 나석 등 원자재 공급업체와 각종 설비 및 기계장치의 공급업체, 귀금속 제조관련 교육기관, 여행사 등이 참여하여 다양한 제품 정보와 서비스를 제공함으로써 기존의 폐쇄적인 유통체계와 정보체계를 해소하고 귀금속의 종합적인 정보창고로서의 역할도 수행한다. 또한 해외바이어 정보와 Inquiring 정보, 해외쥬얼리쇼정보 등을 제공함으로써 해외시장 개척과 수출 증대에도 기여한다.

This paper presents studies on the creation time of scanning path using rapid prototype device. In the case of Jewellery, it needs to take time too much at the whole process of rapid prototype in accordance with heigh of the multi-layered. When increases the number of polygon by heigh of the Multi-layered, it has proper influence on the creation time of scanning path. Therefore, we can get the spending time and the number of polygon for the creation during increase the heigh of the multi-layered. These values are showed by the quantitative. We try to analyze relation between these and heigh of the multi-layered.

This paper is compared the build time of scanning path as to laminate height of the SLC and STL file. The STL file improve the surface roughness according to slicing height. But it have the fault spending long time to the creation of scanning path by being lower slicing height. So we proposed the SLC file to improve this fault. Therefore this paper showed to the build time of scanning path by the increase of peace using the jewellery model.

This study relates to the effect of forming time of injection path on the total process. The whole process can be divided into build process of forming path of injection and after treatment process. The total time required for the whole process could be reduced by reducing the forming time of injection path using SLC file to correct the problems of STL file that is the basic file format for high speed molding devices. First of all, I verify the forming time of injection path according to the conditions of STL file during the formation of injection path. And I verify problems using STL file during formation of injection path. And then I tried to solve problems of STL file by comparing between the formation time of injection path and the existing method using SLC files.

ART DECO is a suitable for the rational style and the variation in modeling techniques of artistic revival. At present, production using CAD & CAM by software have great potential adaptation in the industrial arts since it accomplishs the understanding of the plan and promote as realization of automation with rapid and accurate results. Until a recent date, geometrical, abstract mode was discovered through the advanced development, with the tendency of mechanical modification. This paper attempts to practice in accordance with liberal form's fascinating variety from above formative style the application of engineering science. As follows presenting the drawing and 3D MODELING/DATA accordingly it carries out the 3D shapes and techniques by CAD & CAM.

The current formal and memorized design repetition training and practice is wandering in the uniform flat design thinking expression. To change these two-dimensional current issues into a three-dimensional design method, set the direction for each grade level under the integrated convergence educational goal and carry out projects step by step to understand design, the principle of spatial composition, the introduction of traditional design history, and the overall design of craft design. Creative and practical skills such as approach should be cultivated. Designers can only be produced through systematic education and training. In order to lead society and succeed, a designer who has experienced solutions and countermeasures on how to adapt themselves to the demands of various changes in the times must come to the field. Education experts insisted on innovation of the organizational structure and subject of the education system, and emphasized the importance of education in response to the rapid pace of change in the 21st century. This study aims to propose an educational system that combines academic research with a structural approach to tasks by setting a project that reflects the needs of society for convergence practice in which design and adjacent disciplines are linked through understanding and analysis of these issues.

Understanding ethical fashion consumers in Korea is essential for the expansion of the ethical fashion market. This study analyzed ethical consumers in Korea in an examination of the factors that influence ethical purchase behavior and attitudes. The differences between ethical fashion consumers and non-ethical fashion consumers were investigated using eight variables (perceived consumer effectiveness (PCE), self-direction, benevolence, universalism, social responsibility, perceived behavioral control, face saving, and group conformity). Data were collected by means of a questionnaire through both on-line and off-line surveys from April 20 to June 7, 2009. Only the respondents knowledgeable of ethical products or ethical consumption were asked to complete the questionnaire. A total of 494 samples were used for analyses. Using independent samples t-test, the differences in each variable between two groups were examined. There were significant differences between ethical fashion consumers and non-ethical fashion consumers in attitudes toward ethical consumption behavior, behavioral intention, PCE, self-direction, universalism, social responsibility, and face saving variables. The factors influencing attitude and behavior intention were investigated by step-wise regression analyses. For ethical fashion consumers, the attitudes to ethical consumption behavior were largely influenced by PCE and benevolence. Social responsibility was the most predictable variable in guiding behavioral intention. Behavioral intention was also influenced by benevolence and attitude. Group conformity was found to be negatively correlated with behavioral intention. The findings of this study provide significant guidance for marketers of ethical fashion products. This study is the start of ethical fashion consumer research in Korea and can develop into variable subfields in the future.
