해양경찰청에서는 2021년부터 기존에 구축되어 운영 중인 선박교통관제(VTS) 시스템에 클라우드 신기술을 적용하기 위한 기술개발 연구에 착수하였으며, 이를 통하여 데이터의 효과적인 관리, 관제 정보 접근성 개선 등의 기술적 패러다임의 전환을 추구하고 있다. 해당 과제의 성공적인 수행을 위해서는 관제 데이터 운용에서부터 관제운영 시스템, 인력 구성, 교육·훈련 및 제 규정 등 선박교통관제 전 분야에 걸쳐 새로운 정의가 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 클라우드 VTS 서비스 제공을 위한 중·장기 로드맵 작성의 첫 단계로써 관련 문헌 연구를 통하여 핵심 키워드를 도출해 보고자 한다.

본 연구는 능동적이고 선제적인 진단제도의 안정적 효율적 관리를 위하여 진단제도상공단의 중장기 대응전략을 수립하고자 한다. 특히, 현재 진단제도의 운영현황, 문제점 분석을 통하여 진단제도의 개선방안을 도출하고 의견수렴을 통한 개선방안에 따른 공단 대응전략을 수립하여 국내유일의 진단제도 전문기관 역할수행 및 수익모델 발굴을 위한 로드맵으로서 활용하고자 한다.

산업통상자원부는 5월 26일 행정절차법 제46조에 따라 "고준위방사성폐기물 관리 기본계획(안)"(이하 '기본계획(안)')을 행정 예고했다. 이번 기본계획(안)은 미래 세대를 위해 고준위 방폐물을 안전하게 관리하는 방식과 절차를 담은 사실상 최초의 '중장기 안전 관리 로드맵'으로서, 사용후핵연료 공론화위원회가 고준위 방폐물의 안전 관리의 세부 절차와 틀을 제시한 "권고안"을 바탕으로 정부 차원의 기본 계획을 만든 것이다. 산업부는 이번 기본계획(안)에 대해 6월 중순경 공청회 등 의견 수렴을 거쳐, 7월경 총리주재 원자력진흥위원회를 거쳐 확정할 예정이다. 기본계획(안)은 현재에서 최선의 관리 방식을 선택하면서 현실적 대안도 감안한 것으로, 향후 여건 변화를 반영하여 5년 단위로 보완할 예정이며, 과학 조사, 부지 선정 등 투명한 절차를 담은 (가칭)"고준위방폐물 관리절차에 관한 법률"을 금년중 국회에 제출할 계획이다. 기본계획(안)은 미래 세대를 위해 고준위 방폐물을 안전하게 관리하는 방식과 절차를 주요 내용으로 담고 있으며 세부 내용은 다음과 같다.

Under the situation of the world becoming a unified global economy, our country should make efforts to get standard patents as well as to take out essential patents in order to maintain the competitiveness against advanced country. In recent years, R&D related standardization is very important. Besides, R&D planning considering standardization becomes more important than ever before. Therefore, this treatise is designed to lay infrastructure on promoting international standardization through suggesting a effective standardization planning framework based on R&D planning and analyzing cases regarding R&D planning and standardization planning.

e-learning standardization has already had a major impact on budget reduction goals through the application of national policy projects such as Cyber Home Learning System and Digital Textbook. It also corresponds with green paradigm, recently attracting more attention, by contributing to reduce carbon dioxide through preventing duplicate development. In the 21st century the concept of convergence and the role of e-learning standardization to unite education and technology have gained popularity on conversation topic agendas. This research is aimed at establishing strategic countermeasures for international standards and help plot the direction for future standardization policy through the development of a mid-to long term roadmap using delphi research targeted at e-learning standardization experts. In addition, it attempts to establish a broad base to improve standardization awareness and diffusion.

This study collected and analyzed case studies related with the use of spatial information in North Korea to prioritize construction and required supporting processes in order to propose a short-term and long-term road map for the establishment of spatial information in North Korea. Recent research cases related to the prioritization of spatial information development were analyzed, and priority for the construction of infrastructure was derived based on the interconnectedness and relationship of national infrastructure. Due to the inaccessibility and remoteness of North Korea, all of the five studies determined priorities according to questionnaires and consulting of refugees and knowledgeable figures by expert groups. In summary, priority was given to unarmed and transborder areas, major cities, special zones, and development zones, while in terms of facilities, priority was given to power communication, railroads, water and sewage architectural buildings, roads, and dams. In the case of prioritizing the establishment of national infrastructure for the unified Korean Peninsula, the development of major areas, ports, and the related city-level spots to develop a line that promotes the sharing of routes such as transportation networks, water, and energy, thus leading to a scenario involving the development of cotton at an urban and national level.
