목포항 연안여객터미널 이용자 만족도 분석

  • 목포항은 과거부터 서남권 도서를 연결하는 여객선 교통의 충추적인 역할을 담당해왔다. 최근 국민의 삶의 질 향상과 여가시간 증가로 섬을 찾는 관광객이 증가하고 있다. 이에 목포항 연안여객터미널의 이용객 만족도를 조사하여 어떤 시설, 서비스를 중요하게 여기고 있는지 조사, 분석하였다. 그 결과 다양한 연령층이 목포항 연안여객터미널을 이용하고 있었으며, 그 가운데 20대와 50대의 이용객이 많았다. 연안여객터미널 접근성은 좋다고 했으나 타 교통수단에 비해 다소 비싸게 느끼고 있었다. 연안여객터미널 시설의 중요도와 만족도에 있어서 매표소 시설, 대기실 공간, 화장실 여건은 중요하다고 인식하고 있었고 목포항 연안여객터미널의 만족도도 대체로 높았다. 그러나 상업시설과 주차장은 중요하게 인식하고 있었으나 만족도는 낮게 나타나 이에 대한 보완이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 연안여객선의 운영서비스에 있어서는 운항간격, 출항시간 준수, 운항 소요시간 준수, 편의시설 관리, 안전관리 수준, 이용서비스 대비 운임, 차도선 이용 편의성에 있어서 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 이 연구는 향후 목포항 연안여객터미널 운영에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • The purpose of this study is to analysis for maintenance satisfaction of Apartment Building residents in Bundang. For this purpose, questionnaire survey about the level of maintenance satisfaction of Apartment building residents and condition of management. and secondary statistical analysis the important factors which influence the degree of residence maintenance satisfaction. The results of this study are as follows : the maintenance satisfaction of Apartment building residents high correlation with satisfaction of residence. and outsider entrance control level and the head of superintendent's office integrity gives high influence on maintenance of Apartment Building.

Comparison of factors affecting residential and residential environment satisfaction by region using the CART algorithm (CART 알고리즘을 이용한 지역별 주택 및 주거환경 만족도 영향 요인의 비교)

  • This study utilized CART algorithm, a decision tree analysis method, to comparatively analyze factors affecting housing and residential environment satisfaction by region using data from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's housing survey in 2020. First, in terms of residential environment satisfaction, accessibility to medical facilities and school district showed higher importance in metropolitan cities and areas compared to other regions, whereas safety from accident showed the opposite trait, showing difference between region. Second, housing characteristics were important in housing satisfaction, indoor environment level satisfaction and indoor safety and hygiene being important in almost all regions, while residential environment characteristics were more important in residential environment satisfaction and influencing factors were relatively evenly distributed. In order to generalize these regional characteristics, research using time series data needs to be conducted later.

Impact of Science and Technology Information Service Quality Satisfaction and Perceived Importance on User Loyalty (과학기술 정보서비스품질에 대한 만족도와 중요도 인식이 이용자 충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • In this paper, impact of science and technology information service quality satisfaction and perceived importance on the user loyalty was studied to find the way of improvement of information service quality. To analyze the impact among service quality variables, the research questions and hypothesis are set and statistical analysis on 641 survey answers was conducted. The correlation between satisfaction and perceived importance regarding each service quality item was high. Relationship between satisfaction of every item of the service quality and overall satisfaction was verified by multiple regression analysis. As a result, the five out of seven independent variables are statistically significant influence to the dependent variable. Relationship between the perceived importance and loyalty for each item was verified by multiple regression analysis was confirmed that the four out of seven independent variables are statistically significant influence to the dependent variable. The overall satisfaction is having an effect on loyalty verified through simple regression analysis.

An Application of Dominance Analysis and Regression Analysis for Determining the Relative Importance of Critical Factors in Satisfaction of Start-up Support Service Program (우세분석과 회귀분석을 통한 창업지원서비스 만족도 영향요인들의 상대적 중요도 비교)

  • In this study we surveyed service satisfaction for the start-up support program and measured the relative importance of the factors that influence service satisfaction. The five service factors(physical facilities, finance and accounting, human resources, marketing, product development) were used to measure service satisfaction. Typically, the relative importance of predictors is assessed by simply comparing their standardized regression coefficients. However, when the predictors are correlated, regression coefficients cannot be used to explain variance shared by two or more predictors. The dominance analysis used by many researchers in recent years to measure the relative importance of predictor variables. In this article, we applied it in satisfaction research for the start-up support program. The results obtained by the dominance analysis are compared with the results obtained by multiple regression analysis. And satisfaction and relative importance of the five factors are analyzed by entrepreneurship motivation. These findings will contribute to the marketing research field relating to service satisfaction. Service satisfaction for the start-up support program can improve based on this study.

  • In most public transportation related master plans, decisions for investment priorities are initially made by facilities with lower installation rates or lower satisfaction (performance) levels. In general, the decisions are made without conducting importance factor analysis. In this study, a combined method of importance-performance analysis (IPA) model for bus users related in travel time is proposed by using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of the IPA for Metropolitan users show that the categories need improvement are number of bus stops, number of intersections, headways, waiting times for boarding and traffic signal operations in order. On the other hand, Non-Metropolitan uses show that the categories need improvement are traffic signal operations, waiting times for boarding, headways, bus exclusive lanes and number of intersections that is in reverse order to Metropolitan users.

  • This research investigated user satisfaction and importance of OPAC2.0 services in university libraries for book search result. This research analyzed OPAC2.0 services in university libraries focusing on book search result, user satisfaction with and importance in services, difference in satisfaction and importance, and grade and satisfaction. As a result of the investigation and analysis, OPAC2.0 services given the most was the service of 'portal site linkage'. Generally, the satisfaction with OPAC2.0 services was 2.07 in average, 'very dissatisfactory'. The service considered to be the most important was 'service item'. The difference between satisfaction and importance showed dissatisfactory result, compared with importance in general. The grade and the general difference in satisfaction didn't appear. On the basis of the analysis result mentioned above, with the purpose of the improvement in OPAC2.0 services focusing on book search result, it is necessary to manage users continuously by publicizing libraries concerning respective services, introducing use guide, offering a variety of services, improving quality, and offering information.

Factors affecting on life satisfaction of university students : Focusing on the moderating effects of ego-resilience (대학생의 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 변인 분석 : 자아탄력성의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • This study examined the relationships among stress, childhood traumatic experience, ego-resilience, and life satisfaction of university students to explore the moderating effects of ego-resilience on those variables. The survey participants were 459 university students in Gyeonggi province. The collected data were analyzed using frequency, Pearson correlation coefficient, stepwise multiple regression, and moderated multiple regression by SPSS. The results were as follows. Stress, childhood traumatic experience and ego resilience had correlations with the life satisfaction. Ego resilience and stress were significant effective variables on the life satisfaction. Moderated multiple regression analysis also showed that a positive future orientation, which is a sub factor of ego-resilience, influenced the stress level. Based on these findings, it is important to lower the stress levels to increase the students' life satisfaction level. To do so, a strategy to enhance the positive future orientation is recommended.

Visitors' Behavioral Characteristics and Application of Importance-Performance Analysis to Park Management and Use in the Chirisan National Park, Korea (지리산국립공원 이용객 행태 및 이용.관리에 대한 중요도-성취도 분석)

  • 본 연구는 지리산국립공원의 동부지역을 찾은 이용객의 이용 행태의 분석 및 중요도-성취도 분석방법을 통해 관리와 이용관련 속성들에 대한 중요 정도와 실제만족도 분석을 목적으로 수행되었다 이를 위해 이용객 직접기입 방식의 설문조사가 현지에서 실시되었다 총 254명이 본 설문조사에 참여하였으며 응답자들의 사회경제적 특성 및 방문특성은 다른 국립공원 이용객조사에 나타난 결과와 유사한 경향을 보였다 대부분의 응답자들은 최근 대두되고 있는 환경문제에 대해 높은 관심을 보였으며 이와 더불어 이용보다는 보전이 우선하는 국립공원 관리정책에 더 큰 관심을 나타냈다 각 관리 및 이용관련 속성에 대한 중요 정도와 만족도 결과는 수질의 상태 자연식생의 보존상태 공원 내 쓰레기 문제, 야생동물의 보호상태에 특히 높은 중요도를 나타냈으며 휴양.관광 프로그램의 다양성 여부와 야생동물의 보호상태에 대하여 상대적으로 낮은 만족도를 나타낸 것으로 조사되었다.

의사의 자질과 태도가 의료서비스 만족도에 미치는 영향

  • 본 연구는 소비자의 의료서비스 만족도에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인들을 규명해 보고 그 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 특히 의료소비자가 인지하는 의료서비스의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 구성요소 가운데 의사, 간호사 등 의료인력 요소와 시설, 대기시간, 행정절차 등 비의료적 구성요소를 중심으로 만족도에 영향을 미치는 관련요인을 규명해 보았다. 본 연구에서 사용된 실증적 자료는 서울에 거주하는 사람으로 조사시점인 2007년 10월을 기점으로 지난 3개월 내에 의료서비스를 이용한 경험이 있는 사람을 대상으로 설문조사에 의해 수집되었고, 최종 543사례가 분석에 활용되었다. 의료서비스에 대한 만족도와 요인들간의 관련성을 파악하기 위해 상관관계 분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고 특히 의료서비스의 질과 만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 의료 인력의 자질과 태도와의 연관성에 초점을 두어 분석하였다. 분석결과, 소비자의 의료서비스 만족도에 영향을 미치는 핵심적인 관련 요인으로는 의료인력 구성요소로서 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 "의사실력", "의사의 자상한 설명과 친절", "의사의 믿음직함", 그리고 "의사가 환자의 얘기를 귀담아 들어줌"이라는 의사의 자질과 태도가 가장 중요한 요인이라고 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 의료서비스의 질과 만족도연구는 소비자의 의료서비스 만족도 정보로 활용하므로 의료서비스 공급자와 의료기관 종사자들의 책임의식 고취와 고객중심적 의료서비스 문화 정착에 도움이 되고 소비자들에게 좀 더 나은 의료서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 의료공급자들에게 동기를 부여해 준다는 점에서도 의의가 있을 것이다.
