Through importance and achievement analysis of participating students in Youth employment academy, 'webtoon specialist education course', the purpose of this study is to derive implications for invigorating webtoon specialist education course. The result of importance and achievement analysis is as follows. First, participating students consider that education course is important for them, express high satisfaction. Second, participating students consider that education infrastructure is important, so need to upgrade. Third, Communication is not important factor, participating students are satisfied with communication. Fourth, employment rate is not important factor, participating students are lowly satisfied with employment rate. Because major participating students are sophomore & junior in university and will choose their own business instead of getting the job, they express low satisfaction of importance and achievement. Through this study, I would like to suggest implications and advanced strategies for invigorating webtoon specialist education course for creating youth jobs.

The coastal area is the place where two conflicting values provide opportunities for recreation, tourism and conservation of the natural environment. Most of these coastal areas have been disregarded in terms of tourism because of the high value placed on natural resources. Management strategy has usually been first on the priority list of natural. resources. However, due to the significant number of visitors, the Important-Satisfaction Analysis(ISA) was applied as a mean of complement since the 1970s. This study analyzed the difference between visitor satisfaction and the importance of the main management strategy targeting visitors to Sun-cheon Bay Ecological Park on weekdays and weekends. Results show that Sun-cheon Bay Ecological Park and the city government have paid a lot of attention and invested a lot of money, but efficiency of publicity didn't come up to their afford. Therefore, we should prepare information facilities, public education facilities and human power. Also needed are visitors' temporal-spacial control to set specific programs and a guide for information education control. It means visitors' company forms change depends on weekday and weekend. In addition, a breeding space for birds should be built for observation, education and exhibition to help meet visitor expectations. Visitors' positive satisfaction might be provided in establishing strategy as a very important measure in limited area. In conclusion, this study might be provided as preliminary data when the management strategy and related guidelines are established through the management priority of coastal regions where importance and satisfaction conflict.

Quality in smart learning is composed of many factors, and it is more complicated than the traditional education. This study put emphasis on three aspects of the smart learning quality(contents, systems, services). This study depended mostly on literature review, supplemented by FGI(Focus Group Interview) for classification of the smart learning quality factors. On a 5 point Likert scale, the survey enables the users to rate the relative importance of factors, followed by another factor performance rating. The questionnaire were composed of 39 questions. 8 questionnaire sheets were excluded which were not properly filled in or unsuitable for the analysis, and therefore, a total of 112 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. Collected data was statistically analyzed using the SPSS 18.0 for Windows statistical package. Importance-performance analysis(IPA; gap between importance and performance) is used for the empirical test.

Domestic and foreign tourists to visit the Baekdudaegan are increasing every year. The purpose of this study is to promote regional development in the Baekdudaegan and to improve the satisfaction of the people who visit the Baekdudaegan area recognized in underdeveloped area. It surveyed the age of 19 years old. Analysis of the factors of selection attributes importance and satisfaction, and the group was separated through cluster analysis. It analyzed a significant difference in the degree of revisit intention and intention of recommendation by cluster groups. They were divided into four groups, according to the selection attributes importance and satisfaction. Groups showed significant differences in the degree of revisit intention and intention of recommendation. The environment elements importance and satisfaction have affected revisit intention and intention of recommendation. It has found out that environment elements have an important factor in selecting the destination and these selection attributes satisfactions have a positive influence on future behavior intention.

The purpose of this study is to examine the importance and satisfaction of users in the use and selection of a dance academy and contribute to methods for the activation of a dance academy based on basic information. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 213 users attending 12 dance academies in G Metropolitan City using the IPA statistical method. The following conclusions were drawn. The highest importance of a dance academy in IPA analysis was a professional teacher, followed by clean dance equipment, transit accessibility, dance academy fee, and a kind teacher. The highest satisfaction was a professional teacher, followed by various dance programs, teacher's choreography ability, a kind teacher, and transit accessibility. Based on the findings, dance academy users felt that the professionalism and kindness of teachers who directly teach them, academy fee, and equipment cleanliness associated with the age of COVID-19 were important. High satisfaction factors were teacher-related factors and transit accessibility. Therefore, it is considered that a professional and kind teacher and clean and hygienic environment will contribute to the activation of a dance academy.

To analyze our country's education program for flower decoration and occupational satisfaction of florist, 60 present florists and 60 applicants were surveyed. To investigate satisfaction of florist, the questionnaire items consisted of satisfaction for occupation etc. experienced by attendants, contents of related education, recognition from society, social treatment. And this study analyzed followings : considerations to select occupation, satisfaction on job of person who majored in related subject and non- person without such an educational background, satisfaction on present occupation, satisfaction on education period, significance of florist ability, significance of requirements for occupational development. The points which present florists and applicants consider as important were aptitude for gardening and prospect. From the analysis by major of florists, majored persons had more satisfaction than non-majored persons but there was no statistically significant difference between them. From the analysis by applicant, as in present florists, majored persons had more satisfaction than non-majored persons. For the satisfaction by career and education period of present florists and applicants, the satisfaction on education related to flower decoration or learning experiences and lecturer's teaching method showed that the lower the career is, the less the satisfaction is. Seeing the result by education period of applicants, the satisfaction on job was similar each other regardless of education period. For difference in recognition on ability by major of present florists and applicants, the result of analysis by major of present florists showed that majored persons considered the ability more important comparing to non-majored persons in the fields of gardening and making decorations. In the other hand, in the fields of quality maintenance, flower decoration, and flower distribution and management, there was no significance difference between majored and non-majored persons about the recognition of ability. The result of analysis by major of applicants showed that majored persons considered the ability more important comparing to non-majored persons in the fields of gardening, flower decoration, making decorations, flower distribution and management. For the significance of quality maintenance, majored persons wholly considered the significance more important comparing to non-majored persons but there was no significant difference. Based on the results of this study, in working as a florist, persons who majored in flower decoration had more occupational satisfaction than non-majored persons. And among the contents of education, the education related to gardening was recognized as most important. But at present the systematic and special education programs to cultivate professional florists are deficient. Therefore it is suggested that courses based on systematic educational contents which integrate theory and practice are needed to solve education problem related to flower decoration in this rapidly changing society.

With diffusion of various mobile devices, mobile learning has been one of the dominant learning styles in education fields. The purpose of this research is to examine the difference between students' perceived importance-performance of mobile learning satisfaction. The researchers reviewed the literature looking for variables which affect influential factors of students' mobile learning satisfaction such as system, contents, service, use, and outcome. As a result of t-test, the performance is lower than the importance of all the influential factors. Also, according to the result of Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) matrix, it was noted that system factor is the most crucial factor in improving mobile learners' satisfaction. This result implies that offering technical support and simplifying the navigation design for mobile learning are urgently required.

This study analyzed the Importance-Performance Analysis of selective attributes of Home Meal Replacement (HMR). This study was conducted using a primary field survey on department stores and wholesale markets in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. A total of 201 out of 234 questionnaires were analyzed. First, the highest intake frequency was 1~3 times a month (100 respondents: 48%), the most common purchasing place was wholesale market (148 respondents: 73.6%), and the most cited reason for preference was convenience (115 respondents: 57.2%). According to the IPA results, selective attributes with low satisfaction and high importance in the second quadrant were 'quality', 'health', 'hygiene', 'origin of food', and 'safety'. These results suggest that the microbiological and sensory qualities of HMR production should be improved to meet consumer's expectations.

이 연구의 목적은 무용전승자들의 중요무형문화재보유자에 대한 신뢰가 전수만족 및 전수애착도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 이 연구는 2011년 중요무형문화재무용으로 지정된 7개 단체 보존회에 등록된 보존회원을 모집단으로 설정한 후 집락무선표집법을 이용하여 최종분석에 이용된 사례 수는 총 229명이다. SPSSWIN 18.0을 이용하여 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 설문지의 신뢰도는 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$값이 .829이상으로 나타났다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보유자신뢰는 전수만족에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 보유자신뢰가 높을수록 전수만족 또한 높아진다. 둘째, 보유자신뢰는 전수애착도에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 보유자신뢰가 높을수록 전수애착도 또한 높아진다. 셋째, 전수만족은 전수애착도에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 전수만족이 높을수록 전수애착도 또한 높아진다.
