The RCM strategies are considered as an effective maintenance tool in nuclear power plants to allocate limited resource efficiently. In this paper, the importances of HPSI system on the CDF were analyzed with PSA model of Yonggwang units 1,2. The HPSI system was chosen because it is of one of the pilot system for the study of Yonggwang units 1,2 RCM. With the remodeling of the HPSI system, the total CDF of 16 initiating events was quantified and the importance of 74 basic events of HPSI was analyzed.

이미지 압축을 위한 새로운 기법 중의 하나가 웨이블릿 변환이다. 웨이블릿 변환된 이미지는 이미지 전체의 중요 정보가 한쪽으로 치우치는 경향을 보인다. 그러므로 웨이블 이미지를 순차적으로 네트웍상에 전송한다면 중요 정보가 포함된 패킷에 손실이 발생할 경우 이미지의 품질에 치명적인 영향을 미친다. 본 논문에서는 전송된 웨이블릿 이미지의 품질을 보장하기 위한 새로운 패킷타이징 기법을 제안한다. 즉 주파수 부대역(frequency subband)을 여러 개의 블록으로 나누고, 이 블록들을 서로 다른 패킷에 삽입하여 패킷의 중요도를 분산하는 것이다. 또한 주파수대역이 가장 낮은 부대역 정보를 중복하여 전송함으로써 이미지 전체의 품질을 보장한다. 제안된 기법의 성능을 평가하기 위해 객관적인 성능평가 단위인 PSNR과 주관적인 이미지 분석을 수행하였다. 실험결과 제안된 기법의 성능이 순차적인 블록 패킷 기법에 비하여 PSNR에서 1～4 ㏈ 높았으며, 이미지의 선명도도 높음을 알 수 있었다.

본 논문에서는 PRT(Personal Rapid Transit) 시스템의 성능과 시스템의 안전에 영향을 미치는 PRT 시스템의 운전시격(Headway)에 대해서 다룬다. 어떤 차량과 다음 차량과의 운전 간격을 나타내는 운전시격은 대중교통수단에서 교통 혼잡의 문제를 풀 수 있는 중요한 단서가 되는 성로용량을 평가하는 중요한 인자들 중의 하나이다. 운전시격을 결정하기 위한 중요한 인자들에는 고장 차량의 감속비, 고장차량의 후미에 있는 차량의 비상 제동 감속비, 차량의 선로속도, 차량의 제동을 위한 지연시간 등이 있다. 이들 인자들을 이용한 간단한 해석적 방정식은 차량의 선속도, 감속도와 운전시격에 대한 상관관계를 예측할 수 있도록 해준다. 본 논문에서는 간단한 해석 방정식을 이용한 수치 해석적 방법을 통해서 최소 운전시격에 대한 평가를 예를 간단한 모의시험을 통해서 보인다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate importance and performance about the quality attributes of bean coffee and instant coffee for the Koreans and the Mongolians. The survey was conducted in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, Korea and in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia from April to May, 2012. The questionnaire was distributed to 380 Koreans and 380 Mongolians, and 253 and 250 copies were collected from the Koreans and the Mongolians, respectively, for statistical analyses. For the importance-performance analysis(IPA), 14 quality attributes of bean coffee and instant coffee were investigated. The main results of this study were as follows. In the importance and performance comparison about the bean coffee quality, taste, aroma, quantity, price, hygiene, freshness and shelf life were more important to the Koreans than to the Mongolians. On the other hand, nutrition and ingredient were regarded as more important attributes for the Mongolians. Also, price, nutrition, temperature and ingredient were better performance to the Mongolians than to the Koreans. In the importance and performance comparison about the instant coffee quality, quantity and price were more important to the Koreans than to the Mongolians. However, nutrition and temperature were more important to the Mongolians. Moreover, nutrition, temperature, variety and freshness were better performance to the Mongolians than to the Koreans. According to the IPA results of 14 quality attributes of bean coffee, the selection attributes with high importance but low performance were price and shelf life for the Koreans, while nutrition, hygiene and ingredient for the Mongolians. For instant coffee, the selection attributes with high importance but low performance were hygiene and concentration for the Koreans, while concentration and ingredient for the Mongolians.

소프트웨어의 유지보수면에서, 재사용이 매우 중요시되고 있는 가운데, 사용자가 최소 노력으로 필요한 컴포넌트들을 선택 및 유사 컴포넌트들을 평가할 수 있는 방법이 필요하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 현업에서의 많은 연구와 실험을 통해서 그 타당성이 검증된 척도들을 측정 인자로 설정, 여기에 러프 집합으로써 각 측정 인자들의 중요도를 측정하고, 이러한 측정값들을 Sugeno의 퍼지 적분으로써 종합하여 컴포넌트의 재사용 가능도를 평가하여 재사용이 용이한 컴포넌트 순으로 사용자에게 제공할 수 있는 재사용 가능도 평가 방법을 제안한다.

도로조명에서 선형유도는 교통과 관련하여 매우 중요한 질적인 요소이며 도로 주행 시 운전자에게 전방의 도로 형태를 미리 인지할 수 있도록 도와준다. 본 논문에서는 개발 중에 있는 낮은 조명 방식과 가로등 조명 방식에서 선형유도 성능을 평가할 수 있는 시험법을 고안하였다. 이 후 20대와 60대의 피험자를 선발하여 평가 시험을 실시할 예정이다.

문서 범주화를 위해 자질을 선별하는 기법으로는 자질의 출현 빈도에 따라 범주를 대표하는 자질들을 선별하는 것이 일반적이다. 출현 빈도에 의한 자질을 선별하는 통계적인 기법은 문서의 내용을 대표하는 용어들의 중요도를 간과하는 문제가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 학습 문서 및 실험 문서에서 자질의 중요도에 의해 범주 대표어를 선별하는 문서 범주화 기법을 제안하였으며, 역범주 빈도 및 카이제곱 통계량에 의해 자질을 선별하는 방법과 비교-실험을 하였다. 문서 범주화 모델로는 나이브 베이지언 확률 모델을 이용하였으며, 성능 평가를 위해서 웹 디렉토리에서 수집된 데이터를 이용하여 실험하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 자질 중요도에 의한 자질 선별 기법은 용어의 출현 빈도 및 카이제곱 통계량에 의해 자질을 선별한 방법보다 더 나은 성능을 보였다.

그래프를 사용하는 데이터 표현법은 직$\cdot$간접적으로 실세계를 표현하는 다양한 데이터 모델 중에서 가장 일반화된 방법으로 알려져 있다. 기본적으로 그래프는 정점과 간선으로 구성되며, 정점과 간선은 그 중요도나 운영 목적에 따라 다양한 가중치가 부여될 수 있다. 특히, 이러한 그래프를 순회하는 트랜잭션들로부터 중요한 순회패턴을 탐사하는 것은 흥미로운 일이다. 본 논문에서는, 정점과 간선에 가중치가 있고 방향성을 가진 기반 그래프가 주어졌을 때, 그 그래프를 순회하는 트랜잭션들로부터 가중치를 고려하여 빈발 순회패턴을 탐사하는 방법을 제안한다. 또한, 이렇게 탐사한 결과에 가중치를 고려한 중요도를 평가하여 빈발 순회패턴들 간의 우선순위를 결정할 수 있도록 한다. 이 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 트랜잭션 노이즈는 기반 그래프의 간선 가중치의 평균과 표준편차를 이용하여 제거함으로써 보다 신뢰성 있는 빈발 순회패턴을 탐사할 수 있다. 제안한 논문은 웹 로그 마이닝 등 그래프를 이용하는 다양한 응용 분야에 적용할 수 있을 것이다.

The study focused on setting priority among future core technologies that were derived by Delphi in agricultural management ＆ information using AHP. Items for the setting priority were decided as 'technology', 'market', and 'public concerns' by council. The future core technologies were divided as four parts by importance and R＆D level. Technologies that are consisted with upper two parts that have high importance were considered in the study. Questionnaires were given to 10 specialists in division of postharvest agriculture. As the results, 'market' was decided as a most important item. The most important technologies number were PⅠ16 in group Ⅰ, and PⅡ12 in group Ⅱ.

A study surveyed to visitors' expectation and satisfaction about trail in the Hanbat Arboretum by using Importance-Satisfaction Analysis (ISA). As the results of the research, the mean of importance was 3.85 and the mean of satisfaction was 3.67 in West Garden. Also the mean of importance was 3.99 and the mean of satisfaction was 3.78 in East Garden. Also appeared the evaluation factors of questionnaire the mostly importance that were higher than satisfaction. West Garden appeared necessary for items of safety features, drain facilities and board for risk area. Also East Garden appeared necessary for items of easy move for the wheelchair and carriage and safety features of trail. The research result are expected to provide clear path towards more effective adminstration and management tactics. Also expects with the research result that will be the possibility of raising the qualitative satisfaction of the visitor.
