This study recognized a individual central department of the government as an object that can be branded. Therefore, it was studied to understand the impact of the central department's brand equity on the credibility of the government. To evaluate the relationship between them, measurement items and hypothetical construct were developed based on the previous studies, then the impacts of the central department's brand equity on the government's credibility were assessed. To summarize, the measurement items developed based on the previous studies were refined to discover the components of the central department's brand equity. Then, factor analysis was performed. The results firstly showed that brand equity is consisted of awareness, functional and emotional assets. Secondly, it was found that awareness level of the central department has a positive impact on functional and emotional assets. Thirdly, functional and emotional assets of individual central department significantly affect the credibility of the central department. Lastly, the credibility of individual central departments positively influences the president's credibility. This study has an importance in a sense that it defines the elements of central department's brand equity, and provides a frame for an objective comparison.

This study is focused on finding out the mechanical behavior of pillars and the ground adjacent to the tunnel depending on the central tunnel size and the invert during the construction of 2 arch tunnels in the sandy ground. Model tests were performed in the trap door system, which was composed of 3 separately movable plates. Central pillar was installed on the central movable plate to measure the pillar loads during the excavation of pilot tunnel and the main tunnel. The load-transfer and the loosening load were measured at the bottom plates adjacent to the 2 arch tunnels. The ground settlement and displacement of the tunnel lining were also measured. As results, not only pillar load but also the load transfer mechanism was influenced by the construction sequences, central tunnel size, and the invert.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of ultrasonic treatment during probiotics production process on the shelf life and the survival rate. Once Lactobacillus plantarum and Bifidobacterium longum were cultured in edible culture medium, ultrasonic treatment was performed at 100 Hz for 1, 2, 5, 7, and 10 minutes. Ultrasonic-treated L. plantarum HY7715 and B. longum HY8001 were centrifuged, mixed with a cryoprotectant, and lyophilized. The prepared lactic acid bacteria powder was individually packaged. After 6 months, viable cell counts were measured separately under cold storage and room temperature. In vitro digestion experiments were performed to determine the survival rate at digestive tract. As a result, it was observed that shelf life and survival rate were increased compared to untreated control group.

In this study, Matsuda formula used to evaluate the loads acting on the pillar was investigated and load reduction factor(${\alpha}$) was evaluated by numerical analysis to better apply for the design. From the results, normal stress was concentrated to one side due to excavation of preceding tunnel after construction of pillar. And 86.5% of maximum normal stress was revealed partly unequally when the ground was poor. By numerical analysis, $14{\sim}83%$ of total loads calculated by Matsuda formula decreased and then, from these results, load reduction factor(${\alpha}$) was estimated. From now on, stability and economic aspects could be guaranteed by applying the load reduction factor(${\alpha}$).

In this paper, I tried to clarify the background of the strengthening of centralization in the central-local relations during the Xi Jinping period in terms of the institutional structure of elite politics through a comparative study of the composition of the provincial sector of the Politburo, the highest power body, during the time of Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping. Compared to the Hu Jintao period, it is judged that the strengthening of centralization in the Xi Jinping era is being implemented not through the neutralization of institutionalized formal construction norms, but through the expansion of control within the norms. In other words, the institutionalized frame itself was not broken in the composition of the provincial sector of the Politburo, and local compliance with the central government centered on the general secretary was increased by exercising the right to control personnel more strongly.
