본 논문은 기존의 수동적인 DHCP 가입자관리 시스템에서 탈피하여 중앙인증서버를 통한 통합가입자 관리방안에 대한 연구를 통해 새로운 자동화된 가입자관리 시스템을 제안하며, 가입자관리에 필요한 시스템을 각각의 기능별로 나누어 분산 처리함으로써 시스템의 안정성과 효율성을 높임과 동시에 ' 운영자의 개입을 배제하는 자동화' 라는 요소에 초점을 맞추어 기존의 시스템과의 차별적인 다양한 처리방안과 시스템 설계에 대한 방안을 제시한다.

In this research the issues of record management of national archives in Korea are classified into four categories: 1) improving the status of the Central Archives of Korea, 2) constructing a new national archives, 3) revising the law on the record management, 4) creating qualifications for a professional administrator for Archivist. 1) In order to strengthen the function of the Central Archives of Korea, it is very urgent to create a systematic mechanism in which the Central Archives oversees and administers public archives(documents) collected from all the public institutions not only under the Administration but also the legislature and the judicial authorities. 2) This paper suggests that a new National Archives should be a symbolic building representing Korea as archives. Considering the fact that Presidents archives will be a part of this new National Archives, it also suggests that artistic and decorative pieces which embody Korea's representative archives or people should be included in the building. The budget for these should be supplied by the government. 3) This paper looks at the matter of revising the law on Record Management in two respects: (1)strengthening the function of the Central Archives of Korea, (2)making it obligatory to produce archives not open to the public, or making a protection clause for secret archives. This paper proposes that the Central Archives of Korea will be able to collect all the public archives from all the public institutions, and to oversee and administer them by revising the 5th and 6th clauses of the current law on the record management. It also proposes that some laws which make it obligatory to produce archives for documents not open to the public, and which protect those secrecy. 4) Regarding the qualifications for a professional administrator for the record management, this paper suggests lowering the qualification a little to the bachelor's degree of the record management. Also it suggests taking into consideration the persons in charge of the record management in public institutions and acknowledging their qualifications after a certain period of training at the Central Archives of Korea or something like that. In addition, it classifies the ranks of the professional administrators according to their qualifications.

본 연구에서는 퍼블릭 블록체인 기술을 적용하여 탈중앙화된 식별 정보(DID) 어플리케이션을 개발하였다. 기존의 컨소시엄 블록체인을 사용한 DID는 일부 참가자들 간의 신뢰를 기반으로 동작하여 특정 그룹의 중앙화된 통제 가능성으로 인해 보안 문제가 발생하는데, 이를 극복하기 위해 퍼블릭 블록체인을 도입하여 안전하고 투명한 디지털 식별 체계를 제시한다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 웹앱 형태의 DID 어플리케이션을 사용자 친화적이고 직관적인 디자인으로 구현하여 사용자들이 쉽게 식별 정보를 관리하고 교환할 수 있도록 하였다. 더불어 안전한 키 관리 및 전자 서명 기술을 적용하여 사용자들은 자신의 식별 정보를 완전히 통제할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 탈중앙화된 신뢰 모델을 체험할 수 있다.

본 연구는 재난에서 사용되고 있는 정보통신기술( ICT) 연구 국내논문 100개 및 해외논문 100개를 수집한 후, R 프로그램을 이용한 텍스트 마이닝 분석을 통해 국내 재난관리 네 가지 단계에 따른 ICT 기술 관련 연구 동향을 파악하고, 해외 재난관리의 ICT 기술 연구 동향을 분석 활용하여 우리나라 재난에서의 ICT 기술 활용방안을 새롭게 구성해 제언하는 것이다.

Korea's water management system is typically a multi-ministerial system, so its efficiency is declining. In order to propose current state and improvement plan of the water management in Korea, this study discussed the improvement of central and local water management. The water management problems are lack of water policy coordination system, conflicts between ministries due to function of water quantity, water quality and agricultural water, redundant investment and inefficiency, insufficient recognition of water autonomy, concentrated central management and deepening regional disparities, lack of financial resources, etc. Hence, improvement to solve the problem includes strengthening the coordination of water management functions between ministries, transferring water management functions of central ministries and strengthening local capacity, and desirable role allocation of central and local governments. In addition, improvement at the local include efforts to change awareness of the water detailed and get water autonomy, integrate management of the watershed, strengthen the local community, secure financial resources, etc.

본 논문에서는 웹 기반의 분산 소프트웨어 개발 환경에서 원시 코드 중심의 버전뿐만 아니라 원시 코드 이전 단계의 UML 기반의 소프트웨어 개발 환경에서 발생하는 다양한 설계 객체들을 일정한 형태로 구축하여 효율적으로 관리하는 방법론을 제시하였다. 또한, 웹을 기반으로 한 분산 소프트웨어 개발 과정에서 발생하는 버전들을 일관성 있게 관리하기 위해 버전 규칙에 기초한 웹 기반의 중앙 버전 관리자를 설계하였다.

This research seeks to develop preservation metadata and to provide guidelines to apply PREMIS-METS decisions in a METS profile in the National Library of Korea. The process of developing metadata is divided into three steps, that is, analysis of metadata schema in other digital preservation initiatives, analysis of resources and preservation policies, and interviews with librarians in the National Library of Korea. A metadata schema consists of four main entities - object, event, agent, and rights. The study also provides a cataloging example as well as principles using PREMIS-METS for archiving digital resources. The schema has values to manage digital resources effectively and efficiently in the National Library of Korea.

Recently, there was an collision accident of vehicle-concrete median barrier and unfortunately, passengers were killed by exceeded capacity of concrete median. Therefore, improving the capacity of concrete median barrier is need to reduce damage. Accordingly, in this study, appropriate collision model verified by using the FE analysis program LS-Dyna and recommend a concrete median barrier section. The improvement parameters such as wire mesh diameter, steel plate, rubber pad were selected for improved capacity of the median barrier. Finally, section of concrete median barrier improved wire mesh diameter decreased volume loss, section of concrete median barrier improved rubber pad accepted impact loading and increased elastic area.

기존의 다중 사용자 지원 3차원 공간 정보에서의 가상 공간 관리 방식의 특징은 각 참여자에서 발생하는 이벤트를 중앙 서버에 전달해서 반영된 내용을 다시 각각의 참여자에게 전달하는 방식을 사용한다. 이러한 경우 가상 환경에 대한 상태 정보를 중앙 서버에서 관리하므로 및 일관성 유지가 용이하다는 장점이 있으나 네트워크에 과중한 부담을 주며, 확정성이 부족하다는 단점이 있다. 이 논문에서는 3차원 가상 환경에서 발생하는 이벤트의 형태를 아바타의 이동 이벤트와 그 밖의 이벤트로 구분하고, 가장 빈번히 발생하고 신뢰성이 비교적 적게 요구되는 아바타의 이동에 대한 이벤트 전달은 모빌에이전트간의 통신으로 전달함으로써 중앙서버의 부담을 줄여주며, 일관성을 효과적으로 유지할 수 있는 모빌 에이전트 기반 가상 공간 관리자를 설계하였다.
