동북아 경제중심추진위원회는 오는 4월 1일로 출범 1년이 되어간다. 동북아 경제중심의 금융, R&D, 물류 3분야 중 물류분야가 가장 먼저 로드맵이 발표되면서 공격적인 활동에 들어가고 있다. 짧은 시간 내의 활동사항을 보면 기대이상의 결과라 할 수 있다. 그러나 밑그림만 제시된 것이지 구체화되기 위해선 많이 부족하다며, 이 위원장은 휴일도 없이 전국을 돌며 물류 관계자들을 만나고 있다. 동북아 물류중심 로드맵을 홍보하고, 설득하는 한편, 기업 경영인으로서 회사업무에도 적극적으로 활동하고 있다. 이재희 위원장은 유니레버 코리아 회장을 겸임하고 있다. 그가 이 회사에 1999년 처음 취임할 당시 유니레버 코리아는 존폐의 기로에 있었지만, 이 위원장 특유의 ‘할 수 있다’는 자신감과 ‘승리정신(The Winning Spirit)'' 의 경영스타일로 오늘의 회사로 이끌었다. 이러한 경영스타일은 동북아 물류중심국가 건설을 위한 활동에도 배어있어 2006년 내에 가시적인 성과를 거두겠다는 목표로 그 누구보다도 열정적으로 활동하고 있다. (사)한국물류협회가 올해로 창립 20주년을 맞이하여 기획인터뷰 그 두 번째로 이재희 동북아 경제중심추진위원회 물류분과위원회 위원장을 만나보았다.

Two alternative dispute resolutions for medical dispute have been operated under the States of German Medical Associations. The first is the medical mediation committee of North german area, the other is the advisory committee on medical errors in North-Rhine area. The former has focused on the mediation itself, the latter commission has focused on the expert review itself whether the physician has maintained reasonable care in diagnosis and treatment. Even though these organizations have maintained under the medical associations, to maintain the neutrality on legal and medical decision, the North German mediation committee is composed of a lawyer and a medicine doctor respectively and North-Rhine advisory committee has a lawyer chair person and four medicine doctors. The main difference of Korean Medical Dispute Mediation Agency in respect from the german system is that expert review is subordinated to the mediation process. The neutrality of expert review is suspected from the medicine doctors. The neytrality and the efficiency should be improved to treat the medical disputes. To do so, lawyer and medicine doctor work together in mediation process and lawyer should manage the expert review process but not involved. Mediation process and expert review should be checked and balanced, and they could be developed as a separated process itself.

The current domestic railway wireless communication networks transmit and receive data using several communication schemes such as VHF, TRS-ASTRO, and TRS-TETRA depending on the specific region. Recently, LTE scheme has been adopting in railway wireless communication systems to provide various services and increase reliability. It is critical to support the network interoperability between the existing communication schemes and new communication scheme for seamless data transmission. In this paper, we propose two interoperability schemes in railway communications networks, i.e., network oriented scheme and terminal oriented scheme. We consider the operation scenario for each scheme and compare two interoperability schemes. The practical implementation issues are also discussed based on suggested schemes.

본 연구에서는 각각 1998년 8월 12일(홍수 발생시), 8월 19일(홍수 발생 후) 옥천, 보은 지역을 촬영한 RADARSAT SAR 위성영상을 이용하여 수계지역 및 홍수지역 분류를 수행하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 먼저 두 장의 위성영상에 대해서 각각 스페클 잡영(speckle noise)을 제거하고, ${\sigma}^0$(sigma naught, dB)을 계산한 후 수계지역에 대한 ${\sigma}^0$값을 분석하였다. 이 값을 기준으로 각각 두 장의 위성영상에서 각각 최대우도법을 이용하여 수계지역을 분류하였다. SAR 영상은 영상취득의 원리에 의해 지형의 기복에 따른 음영효과(shadow effect)가 발생하는데, 음영효과가 발생하는 지역의 ${\sigma}^0$값은 수계지역과 비슷한 반사특성(낮은 dB 값)을 보인다. 따라서 지형의 기복이 심한 지역의 수계지역 분류시 음영효과를 제거해야 효과적적인 분류를 할 수 있으며, 이를 위해 위성의 헤더자료로부터 촬영시 각각의 촬영중심을 계산하고, 촬영중심과 지상좌표와의 기하학적 관계를 고려하여 음영효과를 제거하였다. 마지막으로, 수계지역만이 추출된 영상에 대해 영상의 기하보정을 수행하였으며, 기하 보정된 두장의 위성영상에 대해 차분영상를 생성함으로서 홍수지역을 분류하였다.

New two kinds of methacrylate monomers having a benzene ring inserted between spacer and methacryloyl group and the chiral center connected to the terminal of the mesogenic structures were synthesized. In these two series the effects for the formation of the liquid crystals in regard to the length changes of the spacers and mesogenic groups were investigated. The first series did not show any liquid crystalline phases in the intermediate compounds nor in the end products. However, the methacrylates of second series showed the liquid crystalline phases in the intermediate compounds as well as in the final products regardless of the length of the spacers.

히토류 불화물인 SmF$_3$, PrF$_3$, 및 TbF$_3$를 ZnS 모체에 첨가한 박막 EL소자를 Fig.1과 같이 제작하고 발광중심의 농도변화, 열철, 증착시의 기판온도, 증착되는 막의 두께 등의 조건을 변화시켜서 각 조건에 의존하는 소자의 특성을 X-선회절분석과 분광 스펙트럼 분석으르 바탕으로 해석했다. 광학적 스펙트럼은 발광중심과 모체에 의존하며 기판온도의 변화는 발광층의 결정성 향상에 기여한다는 것을 알았다. 기판 온도의 변화에 의한 막의 결정성 향상과 열처리에 의한 발광중신의 모체내 열확산에 따른 재결정화나 비 방사성이완(non-radiative relaxation)을 일으키는 격자결함의 감소는 EL소자의 발광층내 전도전자에 영향을 미쳐 휘도와 효율의 개선이 이루어짐을 알았다. 소자의 발광층에 흐르는 전도전류와 이동전하량을 각각 Chen-Krupka회로와 Sawyer-Tower회로로 측정했다

본 연구는 인터페이스 연구에 이용되는 가상 프로토타입에 대한 인터페이스가 실제크기모형(mockup)과 가까운 실제 프로토타입(real prototype)에 대한 인터페이스와 차이를 분석하고자 하였다. 휴대폰 중심으로 프로토타입을 가상의 그래픽을 구축하고 임베디드 시스템(embedded system)을 이용한 실제 프로토타입(real prototype)을 구축하였다. 휴대품에 대한 감성 평가 모델을 구축하여 두 프로토타입에 대한 평가를 실시하였다. 두 프로토타입의 인터페이스 면에서의 차이는 인터페이스 디자인에 적용되는 제품 평가에 가이드라인을 제시할 것이다.

The spray characteristics of Gas-Centered Swirl Coaxial Injector was investigated that there were different characteristics with or without gas flow. As gas flow was accelerated, the momentum of gas was transferred to the momentum of liquid in the low liquid Reynolds number. Therefore, the axial velocity of liquid was increased and the measured value was smaller than without gas flow. However, in the high momentum flux ratio, the momentum transfer hardly occurred and the results had constant values. As the recess length was increased, the mixing area of gas and liquid also was increased, the results were decreased.

Most big difference of existing robot and biped robot stays at the leg. The wheel is very efficient with the portability than the leg. However biped robot can accomplish many role height. But The two thing which we take the center to the leg and walk to the stability is not easy work. Therefore this proposal make efforts that we try to find technical element for the walking of the robot through its design and implementation.

최근 등장한 Large Language Models (LLM)은 자연어 처리 분야에서 눈에 띄는 성과를 보여주었지만, 주로 영어 중심의 연구로 진행되어 그 한계를 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 사전 학습된 LLM의 언어별 지식 전이 가능성을 한국어를 중심으로 탐구하였다. 이를 위해 한국어와 영어로 구성된 코드 스위칭 코퍼스를 구축하였으며, 기본 모델인 LLAMA-2와 코드 스위칭 코퍼스를 추가 학습한 모델 간의 성능 비교를 수행하였다. 결과적으로, 제안하는 방법론으로 학습한 모델은 두 언어 간의 희미론적 정보가 효과적으로 전이됐으며, 두 언어 간의 지식 정보 연계가 가능했다. 이 연구는 다양한 언어와 문화를 반영하는 다국어 LLM 연구와, 소수 언어를 포함한 AI 기술의 확산 및 민주화에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
