In this paper through Honan high-speed railroad which is planned with the north and south axis, we will verify the feasibility of the coordinate conversion using railroad control points after regarding current planned-railroad as the linear central axises. From analysis, distortion of Y axis varies 21 cm to 40 cm diminishing to a gentle straight line, distortion of X axis varies 14 cm to 29 cm. Through a revision, the deviation value between the coordinates were 6 mm to 9 mm and it satisfied the allowable error of national geographic information institute which is following ITRF (International Terrestrial Reference Frame) and cadastral boundary survey (10 cm). consequently the coordinate conversion is possible using railroad control points as common control points.

In this paper, we propose an optimization method for obtaining beam curve which minimize the phase errors of Rotman lens. This method is based on idea that 3 path lengths from a beam port through equal phase points, which consist of the center point of array antenna and two points placed symmetrically or asymmetrically along array antenna, to the corresponding phase front are equal. According to this method, the optimal locations of beam ports can be obtained directly by finding each equal phase point set on array antenna to minimize the phase errors for each beam direction. Simulation results show that the proposed method is the most optimal and effective method for determining the beam curve of Rotman lens with low phase errors.
Purpose: This paper studied the effect of eyes on the comparison between the distance optical centers problem of dispensing reading glasses made by optician and finished reading glasses in the current market. Methods: The method of this study has been measured by eleven different categories from +1.00D to +4.00D. This study also separated into three groups by their optical frame size and measured optical center point (O.C) and optical center height (O.H) with 200 peoples of man and females over 40 years old without ocular disease living in Gwang-san gu, Gwang-Ju city. Results: As a result, optical center point ranged from 57 mm to 80 mm and it turned to be most common range is from 61 mm to 65 mm (64.6%). Moreover, the optical center height ranged from 1 mm to 8mm and most common ranged (23%) were 4 mm. In other words, finished reading glasses have irregular optical ranges. After observing 200 people who are over 40 years old men and women, result shows that more than 75.5% (151 people) currently use finished reading glasses. Survey of 151 people, most common error between the finished reading glasses's O.C and the wearers P.D were 4 mm (45%). Furthermore, the most common error between the finished reading glassses's O.H and the wearers O.H ranged from 3 mm to 4 mm. Astonishingly, the entire 151 people who wear finished reading glasses appeal that they feel tiredness on their eyes when they wear finished reading glasses. 53 people (35%) claimed that they feel tiredness on their eyes after 10 to 20 minutes wearing finished reading glasses. Base on the research, We conducted more experiment to find the value of prism of optical centers err because it will tell us whether the finished reading glasses are good enough to wear or not. We multiplied diopter by the difference between finished reading glasses's O.C. and wearer's P.D. Consequently, We found out that the finished reading glasses counter to the German RAL-RG 915 policy. And We also found that it is relative to the diopter of lenses. In conclusion, based on the researched that wearing finished reading glasses have a dangerous factor for our vision. Therefore optician must need to recommend correctly made dispensing reading glasses based on the optical center point.
The aim of the study was to assess the isocenter deviation between multiple arcs and conformal beams in frameless FSRT. Forty seven patients received single isocenter radiosurgery or therapy (SRS/T) using available framelss FSRT system from Aug. 1997 to Dec. 2m. In choosing multiple arc FSRT or conformal FSRT, we had considered one of two techniques with respect to tumor size and tumor shape. In multiple arc FSRT, the average and standard deviation (SD) of the isocenter deviation was 0.2 mm (SD 0.2 mm), 0.2 mm (SD 0.2) and 0.3 mm (SD 0.2 mm)in the lateral (x), anterior-posterior (y) and cranio-caudal directions (z). In conformal FSRT, the average deviation and SD of the isocenter deviation was 0.2 mm (SD 0.2 mm), 0.3 mm(0.2 mm) and 0.4 mm (SD 0.2 mm) in the x, y and z directions. The average spacial deviation ($\Delta$r) was 0.41 mm and 0.54 mm in multiple arcs and conformal beams, respectively. The isocenter deviation using frameless FSRT system was similar value between multiple arcs and conformal beams. In practice, we believed we can select the appropriate treatment technique according to tumor shape and size.

In this paper, we propose a fast block matching algorithm using the mean absolute error (MAE) of neighbor search point and search region reduction. The proposed algorithm is composed of two stages. At the first stage, the search region is divided into nonoverlapped 3$\times$3 areas and MAE of the center point of each area iscalculated. The minimum MAE value of all the calculated MAE's is determined as reference MAE. At thesecond stage, because the possibility that final motion vector exist near the position of reference MAE is veryhigh, we use smaller search region than first stage, And, using the MAE of center point of each area, the lowerbound of rest search point of each area is calculated and block matching process is performed only at the searchpoints that the lower bound is smaller than reference MAE. By doing so, we can significantly reduce thecomputational complexity while keep the increasement of motion estimation error small.
The purpose of this study is to develop the optimization method for adjusting the film isocenter shift and to suggest the quantitative acceptable criteria for film dosimetry after optimization In the dynamic conformal arc radiation therapy (DCAR). The DCAR planning was peformed In 7 patients with brain metastasis. Both absolute dosimetry with ion chamber and relative film dosimetry were peformed throughout the DCAR using BrainLab's micro-multileaf collimator. An optimization method for obtaining the global minimum was used to adjust for the error in the film isocenter shift, which is the largest pan of systemic errors. The mean of point dose difference between measured value using ion chamber and calculated value acquired from planning system was $0.51{\pm}0.43\%$ and maximum was $1.14\%$ with absolute dosimetry These results were within the AAPM criteria of below $5\%$. The translation values of film isocenter shift with optimization were within ${\pm}$1 mm in all patients. The mean of average dose difference before and after optimization was $1.70{\pm}0.35\%$ and $1.34{\pm}0.20\%$, respectively, and the mean ratios over $5\%$ dose difference was $4.54{\pm}3.94\%$ and $0.11{\pm}0.12\%$, respectively. After optimization, the dose differences decreased dramatically and a ratio over $5\%$ dose difference and average dose difference was less than $2\%$. This optimization method is effective in adjusting the error of the film isocenter shift, which Is the largest part of systemic errors, and the results of this research suggested the quantitative acceptable criteria could be accurate and useful in clinical application of dosimetric verification using film dosimetry as follows; film isocenter shift with optimization should be within ${\pm}$1 mm, and a ratio over $5\%$ dose difference and average dose difference were less than $2\%$.
The propose of this study is a verification of the correct calculation of the dose around source and the prescription dose of Ir-192 source in the plato treatment planning system. The source and orthogonal coordinates for lateral direction and those for the anterior posterior direction were drawn on a A4 paper and then input into the system. The prescription dose was prescribed to two points with radius 1 cm in the direction of polar angle $90^{\circ} and $270^{\circ} from the center of the source. The doses of prescription point and dose points acquired from the treatment planning system were compared with those from manual calculation using the geometry function formalism derived by Paul King et al. In this analysis, the doses of prescription point were exactly consistent with each other and those of dose points were obtained within the error point of 1.85%. And the system of accuracy was evaluated within 2% of tolerance error. Therefore, this manual dose calculation used for the geometry function formalism is considered to be useful in clinics due to its convenience and high quality assurance.
In this paper, we describe the iris localization method in RGB images. Most of the iris localization methods are developed for infrared images, thus an iris localization method in RGB images is required for various applications. The proposed method consists of four stages: i) detection of the candidate irises using circular Hough transform (CHT) from an input image, ii) detection of a pupil center based on deep learning, iii) determine the iris using the pupil center, and iv) correction of the iris region. The candidate irises are detected in the order of the number of intersections of the center point candidates after generating the Hough space, and the iris in the candidates is determined based on the detected pupil center. Also, the error due to distortion of the iris shape is corrected by finding a new boundary point based on the detected iris center. In experiments, the proposed method has an improved accuracy about 27.4% compared to the CHT method.

To get the highly-accurate and precise position of a GPS receiver, they should consider the state-of-the-art GPS force and measurement models. Especially, the phase center variations (PCV) of a GPS antenna can cause several centimeters of positioning errors in the vertical direction. In this study, we implemented four different models of PCV and evaluated their impact on the computed coordinates. The test data were taken from the 14 National Geography Information Institute permanent GPS stations and 30 Minisry of Government Administration and Home Affairs sites. For different combinations of calibration methods, an average of 1.3-2.6cm of height difference was observed. Also, we found a maximum error of ${\sim}4mm$ in the estimates of the precipitable water vapors.
