In this study, we have examined the effect of open innovation of SMEs on innovation performance of firms. Most studies do not consider internal generation in relation to open innovation and innovation performance.We conducted empirical studies to overcome this problem. The research was carried out by collecting data collected from 512 SMEs and the 3SLS method was used to minimize the internal generation. As a result, open innovation investment and use of external ideas among SMEs' open innovation have positively influenced project success and technical performance. But, the introduction of technology and cooperation with the research organization did not affect the innovation performance, which is presumed to be due to the fact that the open innovation of SMEs is limited to relatively inexpensive activities. Therefore, in order to promote open innovation of SMEs, it is necessary to provide support for relatively high-cost activities and to improve the innovation performance of enterprises. In order to reduce the difficulties of open innovation activities, domestic universities and research institutes should support the construction of enterprise networks and actively support the utilization of technology to expand innovation performance.

In the domestic case, although technological capabilities are recognized globally in the IT field, it is actually that the technical capabilities of the domestic leisure ship market which is formed mainly by fishing vessels are not beyond their technical capabilities At the point where the GNP of our country already goes over 22,000 dollars, the demand for the products related to the middle and small leisure boats is gradually increasing, but most of the high added value products depend on the imports from U.S.A. and Europe. And in case of the cars, with the Car Navigation as the start, products which satisfies various demands of the users are coming out in large quantity and now the IT technology is the necessity which can not be lived without in the car industry. Thus, if the digital ship navigator which jointed the recent ICT technology which was applied to the land for the domestic middle and small leisure ships by utilizing the embedded hardware technology and mapping technology which are credible is developed and distributed, it will become not only the opportunity to improve the industry related to middle and small ship IT, but also, the export about overseas market can be expected.

The small and medium sprayer has developed to spray well fruit trees and roadside trees with pesticides for pests control within 60 meters. This study was carried out to analyze and evaluate its performance using image processing. While it sprayed with pesticides on the area of 20m in width and 60m in length, it was experimented 5 places by 5m from 0 to 25m width and 6 places by 10m from 10 to 60m length. The experimental image data of each sheet on places were averaged after binarization process. According to the image data, it was sprayed on all working area. However, when sprayer moved 0.3m/s velocity, the place at 15m of width and 30m of length was sprayed more than any other sprayed area, but the place at 15m of width and 60m of length was sprayed less.

The Energy Efficiency Design Index (EEDI) introduced by the Marine Environment P rotection Committee(MEPC) in International Maritime Organization(IMO) has significantly assisted in regulating CO2 emissions. However, in adverse weather conditions, it can lead to accidents due to slow steaming of vessels and low engine propulsion power. In response to this issue, the MEPC presented guidelines for the minimum propulsion power of the main engine for maintaining the course of vessels in adverse weather conditions. However, the guidelines are only applicable for vessels with a deadweight of 20,000 tons, leaving out small and medium ships. This study evaluated vessels subject to the guidelines of minimum propulsion power and proposed revised guidelines. In addition, relevant cases of marine accidents were investigated with the aim of investigating the minimum propulsion power of main engine for medium and small ships not covered by the guidelines. In order to achieve this, engine propulsion power was analyzed according to the size of the affected vessels. The results obtained from this study could be used as a minimum power criterion that can be considered for ship building to reduce marine accidents in adverse weather for small and medium ships.

현대를 특징짓는 말 가운데 "자격증"의 시대라고 말하는 경우가 종종 있다. 이는 개인의 능력을 객관적으로 측정하고 전문성을 강조하게 되었음을 의미한다. 그리고 이런 경향은 더욱 확산되어 개인들의 자격증 취득 열풍을 넘어 기업들도 여러 자격증(인증)을 받는 것이 보편화되는 시대가 되었다. 회사들이 취득하고자 하는 인증에는 수십여 개에 달하고 있으나 근래 들어 두각을 드러내는 것으로 이노비즈(기술혁신형 중소기업 인증)와 메인비즈(경영혁신형 중소기업 인증)를 들 수 있으며 인쇄업계도 인증을 받거나 신청하는 기업들이 줄을 잇고 잇다. 이처럼 기업들과 관련된 각종 인증이 크게 늘어남에 따라 취득하고자 하는 인증의 정확한 내용과 의미, 취득 이후에 따르는 지원책 등을 알아보고 자사에 적합한 인증이 무엇인지 등을 검토, 확인하고 신청하는 것이 필요하게 되었다. 근래 들어 중소기업들의 이목을 끌고 있는 이노비즈와 메인비즈를 소개한다.

선박의 대형화 추세와 더불어 세계 항만들이 급성장하고 있는 실정에서 각 항만들은 경쟁력 우위를 확보하기 위해 많은 전략을 추구하고 있다. 이러한 국제환경으로 인해 기항지 축소가 이루어지며 세계 주요 항만들은 증가하는 물동량을 처리하기 위하여 지역간 Hub항만을 추구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 항만선택결정요인의 연구를 살펴보고 재정립함으로써 국내에 있는 중소형항만들이 향후 나아가야 할 방향성을 제시하고자 한다.

최근 환경오염이 날로 심각해져가고 있다. 이제 환경오염은 한지역 한국가의 문제가 아니라 법세계적인 문제로 대두되고 있다. 이러한 문제 해결을 위한 전지구 차원의 총체적 환경보전노력이 절실히 요구됨에 따라 국제표준화기구(ISO)에서는 96년 6월부터 환경경영인증제도를 시행하고 있다. 이에 정부에서는 국제적인 환경경영(ISO 14000)추세에 적극 대응하기 위하여 ISO 14000진단기관 연구원들의 경험 및 사례를 토대로 산업별 『중소기업형 환경경영(ISO 14000) 지도모델』을 작성하였다. 당협회에서는 '환경경영지도모델' 중 일부를 발췌하여 게재, 회원사의 업무에 도움을 주고자 한다

The employment effect of innovation-certified SMEs (venture certification, inno-biz certification and main-biz certification) and general SMEs was compared and analyzed. Through propensity score matching, general SMEs with similar tendencies to SMEs for each innovation certification were selected. The employment effect was approached from two perspectives: the absolute employment effect, the employment growth rate, and the relative employment effect, the sales-employment coefficient. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that venture certified SMEs and inno-biz certified SMEs, which are technology innovation-type certifications, have an advantage in absolute employment effect. In addition, it was concluded that innovation-certified SMEs have more room for employment than general SMEs by achieving sales growth that exceeds employment growth. Therefore, there is a possibility to enhance the employment effect of innovation-certified SMEs by strengthening employment-related incentives for innovation-certified SMEs.

최근 수도권에서는 지방공단 등으로 이전한 노후 공장 건축물을 철거한 자리에 '테크노타운', '벤처타운', 'IT타워', '디지털밸리', '테크노밸리' 등의 이름으로 아파트형 공장을 설립하고 있다. 아파트형 공장은 서울을 중심으로 수도권역에서 토지이용을 극대화가기 위한 집합 공장건물로서 중소기업체의 입지 해결 및 쾌적한 작업환경을 제공하고 도시근로자의 풍부한 노동력을 적극적으로 활용하고 있다. 또한 공동 부대시설을 확보하여 공간효율의 극대화와 종업원의 복리후생이 개선되는 등의 중소기업 지원효과를 거두고 있다. 고층화, 집단화, 공동화를 주요 특징으로 하는 아파트형 공장에서 부속시설의 화재보험요율 적용에 관하여 생각해보고자 한다.

물류환경의 급격한 변화와 함께 항만을 둘러싼 환경도 빠르게 변화하고 있다. 이와 같은 항만환경의 급격한 변화는 동북아지역을 중심으로 한 전 세계 컨테이너 물동량의 급속한 증가, 정기선사의 경영전략 변화, 부두운영업의 글로벌화, 물류중심화 선점을 위한 경쟁 격화, 선박기술의 혁신 등으로 나타나고 있다. 항만의 운영 관리 책임자들이 이러한 변화를 예측하고 이에 신속히 대응하지 못하면 그 항만은 경쟁에서 뒤지게 된다. 국내외를 연결하는 항만 간 경쟁은 국제적인 것이 일반적이어서 우리나라 항만뿐만 아니라 이웃나라 항만과의 경쟁에서도 살아남아야 한다. 특히 우리나라 항만은 전 세계적으로 항만 간 경쟁이 가장 치열한 동북아 지역에 위치하고 있어 더욱 강력한 경쟁력을 확보하지 않으면 항만 간 경쟁에 뒤져 국제무대에서 사라질 수밖에 없다. 이에 본 논문에서는 대형항만을 중심으로 이루어진 항만선택결정요인에 대한 기존 연구들을 살펴보고 이를 재고찰하여 중소형항만에 적용시키고 향후 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
